Small, pleasant, and clean room. Hotel well located next to the viewpoint and castle. Free parking.
I've stayed at this hotel several times before. The welcome and service are impeccable, and the breakfast is outstanding. My only slight disappointment this time was the room, which had a small bathroom and a very small shower, but I'll still come back!

Great hotel and location, restaurant superb and reasonable, my only disappointment was, the price I paid and the advertised price at the hotel was much lower, I suggest if you are to stay here or any other Logis hotel is book via their website, I went though booking.com and paid over the odds for the room. Our room was clean and quiet, had minor problem with flies. The shower cubicle was too small for me, but adequate for my wife, I would highly recommend the hotel, if visiting Rocamador, which has the WOW factor
I highly recommend it. The welcome, the comfort and the property, the breathtaking view and the very reasonable price.

Very good hotel, very professional, competent, responsive and pleasant staff. Very clean room, one downside is the shower curtain which lets water run onto the floor when in use, but really bad. Comfortable room and very good restaurant.

This is a hotel we've stayed in a few years ago. The rooms have been tastefully renovated and are well equipped. The bedding is good quality, the only downside is the shower stall, which is a bit small. That's why 4 stars for the bathroom. Otherwise, a nice hotel with a lovely pool. That's it.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant; the pizzas were very good and the service impeccable. As for the room, it was missing a bedside table (it was broken), a lightbulb was burned out, and the bathroom cleaning left something to be desired. The shower is quite narrow, and it's difficult to avoid splashing water everywhere when using it.
Small, poorly soundproofed rooms. No elevator. The location and views are the highlights.
Our 3rd stay and the hotel is still as welcoming as ever... a favorite for us so we'll be back.
The reception staff was very attentive, but the hotel manager or restaurant manager was rude, calling out an employee in front of us. The location was unbeatable, and the hotel was fine, although it was very hot inside. The pool was very nice. The bathroom toilet was dirty.

Nice clean Hotel with a lovely location and friendly staff. Recommend the restaurant but be prepared to be full up as portions are large.
Dont be put off by the 2 star rating as this is only for the facilities ie: no tea or coffee in the room etc
The hotel is very well located with an exceptional view of the Rocammadour castle. The room was clean. The staff was welcoming and always available. Free parking is available.
Very clean room with a great view. We enjoyed the restaurant where we ate very well, quality products and very well cooked. Very large selection, also of quality, at breakfast And the +, all the staff are great! 👏

Very good location with very convenient private parking in ROCAMADOUR where parking is generally paid with a good welcome. A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, upon our arrival and following the various visits of the cleaning staff. For the bathroom, the shower is quite narrow but we manage to shower... on the other hand, the operation of the shower tray needs to be reviewed, the water is evacuated towards the room and not into the tray.... on the other hand, a big point to correct, the smell of sewage in the bathroom which fills the whole room quite quickly given the intensity of the nauseating smell there is... even the air freshener used abundantly by the staff during their visits does not cover the smell... presence of a cockroach in the bathroom one morning... the breakfast is okay, a thought for people intolerant to gluten (gluten-free madeleines) on the other hand, also to think about for people intolerant to lactose (lactose-free milk or soy or other)

Zeer goed en vooral vriendelijk personeel. Een echte aanrader. Enig minpuntje is vrij smalle douche en te weinig onderhouden zwembad. Voor de rest een prima hotel dicht bij Roccamadour.

The hotel is fine and has a great location, but in room number 5 (I don't know if it's the same in the others) there's a plumbing problem in the bathroom; it smells awful. Keep in mind that the rooms are on the first floor and there's no elevator.
The view is beautiful, the location very convenient, and your staff (both at the hotel and at the restaurant), phenomenal!

Very well located hotel outside Rocamadour with private parking. 20 minutes walk from the center of Rocamadour. Very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Hearty breakfast with gluten-free madeleines, which is not the case everywhere.
