Très bon accueil. Logement propre. Très bonne situation. Attention si je n'ai pas mis 5 etoiles c'est juste parce que j'aurais aimé une sorte de mini salon avec 2 fauteuils et 1 petite table. Je suis consciente que la configuration des lieux ne le permettait pas forcément. Sinon quelque chose qui peut être amélioré c'est l'installation de crochet dans la sdb. Sinon c'était sympa

Correct, propre et Bien situé. Salle de bain trop petite avec douche a rideau peu pratique Très bon accueil. Environnement de la piscine pas soigné dommage car c'est un plus pour cet hôtel

Hôtel parfaitement placé a Rocamadour, très bon accueil, personnel souriant et sympathique. Chambre jolie et confortable, avec le petit plus non négligeable de la piscine! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

C’était parfait, l’accueil du personnel, la situation de l’hôtel, la piscine, nous reviendrons !

Bon rapport qualité prix. Néanmoins salle de bain très petite et du bruit la nuit, entre pleurs de bébé et les voitures qui passent devant l'hotel.

Etablissement très bien situé en face du château ,personnel très sympathique et accueillant buffet petit déjeuner correct ,nous n'avons pas testé la restauration,juste un petit bémol pour le rideau de douche mais pas dramatique non plus vue le prix de la chambre 72€..Très très correct excellent rapport qualité prix

Logement très propre et confortable avec climatisation. La douche est cependant un peu petite. Séjour très agréable avec piscine.

Très bien dans l'ensemble, lit très confortable, volet roulant occultant parfait Gros point noir: bac douche plat et rideau de douche laissent passer l'eau sur le sol de la salle de bain. Risque important de glissade et on est obligés de se doucher avec précaution pour éviter l'inondation donc pas très pratique

Accueil super, chambre parfaite, personnel à l'écoute et ambiance chaleureuse. La salle de bain et la douche sont beaucoup trop étroites.

Une qualité de service de la part du personnel absolument irréprochable. L’hôtel quant à lui n’a rien à envier à de grands hôtels. Tout le necessaire y est disponible, le tout dans le confort et avec vue sur Rocamadour. Un séjour inoubliable tant par la sympathie des gérants que par la qualité de l’hôtel.

je recommande cet hotel. chambre propre pratique vue sur chateau. douche un peu juste et le rideau de douche pas pratique.. accueil impeccable.. fin de saison donc plus de restaurant sur place. le parking a proximite..je pourrais y retourner sans problème .

Dans l'ensemble un hôtel agréable et moderne. En ce qui concerne la chambre lit confortable. Couvre lit jolie mais peut hygiénique à mon avis de part sa matière. La salle d' eau: mouche morte collé sur la faïence. Un seul verre au lavabo pour une chambre double, et le plus désagréable un rideau de douche qui n'a absolument pas sa place dans un hôtel pour des raisons d'hygiène et inconfortable qui se colle à vous et vu la petitesse de la douche la sde est de se fait inondé ! Point le plus négatif le petit déjeuné! Présentation des jus de fruits comme des jus fraîchement pressé et quand on se penche on peut voir derrière le comptoir les bouteilles de jus bas de gamme empilé. Tout les produit industrielle "" kiri, compote...) DLC dépassé de plusieurs jours!!!! Pas de serviette pour maintenir le pain à la coupe donc tout le monde y mets ses mains pas de charcuterie alors que l'on est dans une région riche en saveur, pas de fruit... par contre très bonne viennoiserie ! Dans la globalité très bon rapport qualité prix, un établissements neuf ou l'on sens que le personnel doit juste prendre ses marques. Et surtout moderne contrairement au autre établissement proposé sur la commune ou a peur de faire de crise d' asthme rien quand regardant les photos à y voir les vieilles moquettes poussiéreuse.

Ayant réservé une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et vue sur le château à l'hôtel Bellaroc, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel fermé. Orientés sur l'hôtel Belvédère, nous avons dormi dans une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, située sous les cuisines , d'où le bruit jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. En outre la chambre donnait sur le parking et la rampe d'accès à ce dernier. Les réceptionnistes se sont montrés arrogants lorsque nous avons fait part de notre déception car, selon eux, un rabais de 12 Euro sur le prix convenu compensait ce désagrément.

Très bon emplacement, proche à la fois du Château et du centre ville. Hôtel rénové récemment, bonne literie, jolie chambre. Salle d'eau toute petite. Parking gratuit à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Les chambres à l'arrière n'ont pas le bruit de la route.

Accueil minimum quand il y a quelqu’un à la réception. Salle à manger fermée. Porte non barrée le soir quand la réception est fermée, pas très sécuritaire. Confort et propreté. Décevant pour un Logis de France.

Un bel etablissement moderne avec une jolie terrasse tres cosi et une vue superbe , tres propre , chambre spacieuse , l'accueil vraiment tres agréable , tout le personel tres sympa , petit bémol , la salle de bain un peu petite mais bien équipée

Juste le bac a douche un peu petit autrement tout le reste au top avec du personnel au SUPER TOP !!!! Merci

Très Agréable séjour dans un hôtel au pied du chemin de croix de Rocamadour. un peu déçu au regard des abords de la piscine non entretenu, mais la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité des repas, l'ambiance de l'hôtel nous l'a vite fait oublié. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Zeer goed gelegen hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpuntje is dat de badkamer piepklein is en water op de grond loopt als je een douche neemt. WiFi op de kamer werkte zo goed als niet. Prima hotel om 1 of 2 dagen te verblijven. Voor liefhebbers was er een zwembad.

Séjour de courte durée mais fort agréable. L'hôtel est décoré avec sobriété et goût. La chambre ainsi que l'hôtel dans son ensemble étaient propres et entretenus. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et composé de produits frais. Je recommande ce joli endroit.
