Jolie chambre petite mais confortable avec une très bonne literie . Cependant, la salle de bain avec WC est trop petite et le gros point négatif : le rideau de douche.
Cependant , l'accueil et le service étaient parfaits ainsi que le petit déjeuner .

Excellent qualty rooms, with some overlooking the chateau. Very nice pizzas served for us in the bar. Close lift to take you to the old town of Rocamadour. Quiet at night, comfortable bed, good shower. No negatives.

Hotel très bien situé face à la ville de Rocamadour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons mangé sur place en terrasse. Le repas était très bon. Le petit déjeuner bien (varié mais simple dans l'ensemble).
La chambre lumineuse, confortable et décorée de façon moderne nous a charmé.

Hotel very well located, facing the Rocamadour castle, visible through the bedroom window. And this is a very positive point. Concerning the equipment: nothing to store your clothes in the room (no cupboard, no hanger), no place to put your suitcase. It's really surprising and disturbing. And in the bathroom, just a small hook to hang laundry... not all of which can fit there. Why isn't there the bar that you can find in every hotel? Damage. Regarding breakfast and evening meal, it was good.

On the web they advertise a swimming pool and it was not working. It may have a fault, but they should report it. We chose that hotel because it had a pool and it was a very hot day. We arrived at 3 in the afternoon and we were surprised. Reporting on the web costs 10 seconds.

Very good hotel, ideally placed to visit Rocamadour. Spacious room with breathtaking view of the castle. Small flat on the size of the shower. Varied and good breakfast, same for the restaurant. The staff is welcoming and very pleasant. I recommend and above all we will come back.

The welcome from the staff and a good breakfast were positive, but there were major negative points: a bed deformed by wear, a tiny bathroom at the limit of functionality, a strong smell of rancid humidity in the room. We dined at the hotel restaurant in the evening and in short… the management obviously does not have great regard for its customers and its profession.

Excellent hôtel ! Très bon accueil, bel hôtel, à 15mn à pied du centre de Rocamadour, à 150m de la grotte des merveilles, et à 12mn en voiture de la grotte de Lacave. Excellent petit déjeuner sauf les jus de fruits qui pourraient être meilleurs (orange et pomme). La chambre est agréable, seul bémol le rideau de douche qui n'est pas agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We, my partner and I, spent one night in this hotel on July 31. From the reception, through the handing over of the keys as well as the breakfast box the next day, we loved this short stay. The welcome was very pleasant, the staff very friendly and smiling, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel room was very clean, the mattress comfortable, the view incredible, the only downside was that the shower was too small. (For the short time spent in the shower, this was not disturbing!) We had lunch the next day (August 1) at the restaurant, and it was very good! Waiters and welcome always very pleasant, the waiting time between starters, main courses and dessert was more than adequate. The products are excellent and fresh, everything to stir up gluttony! I would strongly recommend this establishment for both the hotel and catering aspects, without forgetting the little extra to highlight: the hotel swimming pool!

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food served in the restaurant.. We had pizza the night we arrived and left over half, it just did not look appetizing and had no real taste. First time we have ever left pizza at a restaurant. We noticed several people leaving food obviously had not enjoyed what they had like us. Unfortunately a lot of people do not like to complain. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome and the hotel was very clean , swimming pool very inviting. Would not hesitate to stay again but would avoid the restaurant.

A really lovely hotel - we were very happy.. the only disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed.. This was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.. But... the hotel and staff were excellent and we have absolutely no complaints at all.
