Great hotel and location, restaurant superb and reasonable, my only disappointment was, the price I paid and the advertised price at the hotel was much lower, I suggest if you are to stay here or any other Logis hotel is book via their website, I went though booking.com and paid over the odds for the room. Our room was clean and quiet, had minor problem with flies. The shower cubicle was too small for me, but adequate for my wife, I would highly recommend the hotel, if visiting Rocamador, which has the WOW factor

I highly recommend it. The welcome, the comfort and the property, the breathtaking view and the very reasonable price.

Very good hotel, very professional, competent, responsive and pleasant staff. Very clean room, one downside is the shower curtain which lets water run onto the floor when in use, but really bad. Comfortable room and very good restaurant.

This is a hotel we've stayed in a few years ago. The rooms have been tastefully renovated and are well equipped. The bedding is good quality, the only downside is the shower stall, which is a bit small. That's why 4 stars for the bathroom. Otherwise, a nice hotel with a lovely pool. That's it.

Our 3rd stay and the hotel is still as welcoming as ever... a favorite for us so we'll be back.

The reception staff was very attentive, but the hotel manager or restaurant manager was rude, calling out an employee in front of us. The location was unbeatable, and the hotel was fine, although it was very hot inside. The pool was very nice. The bathroom toilet was dirty.

Nice clean Hotel with a lovely location and friendly staff. Recommend the restaurant but be prepared to be full up as portions are large.
Dont be put off by the 2 star rating as this is only for the facilities ie: no tea or coffee in the room etc

The hotel is very well located with an exceptional view of the Rocammadour castle. The room was clean. The staff was welcoming and always available. Free parking is available.

Perfect for a tourist stay!

Very good location with very convenient private parking in ROCAMADOUR where parking is generally paid with a good welcome. A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, upon our arrival and following the various visits of the cleaning staff. For the bathroom, the shower is quite narrow but we manage to shower... on the other hand, the operation of the shower tray needs to be reviewed, the water is evacuated towards the room and not into the tray.... on the other hand, a big point to correct, the smell of sewage in the bathroom which fills the whole room quite quickly given the intensity of the nauseating smell there is... even the air freshener used abundantly by the staff during their visits does not cover the smell... presence of a cockroach in the bathroom one morning... the breakfast is okay, a thought for people intolerant to gluten (gluten-free madeleines) on the other hand, also to think about for people intolerant to lactose (lactose-free milk or soy or other)

Very well located hotel outside Rocamadour with private parking. 20 minutes walk from the center of Rocamadour. Very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Hearty breakfast with gluten-free madeleines, which is not the case everywhere.

Awesome! The location is fabulous, the view breathtaking, and the hotel really comfortable. The people there really took great care of my daughter and me. We really regretted not staying longer! The only negative points would be the shower being a bit small and a lack of soundproofing for waking up in the morning, but when you consider the price and quality of the services, there's nothing to complain about!

Pleasant stay

Very bad night spent in this hotel because of the cold, impossible to increase the temperature of the room even by increasing to 26 ° on the heating remote control ... the duvet was not even wide enough to be able to isolate well from this cold. And no radiator in the bathroom, with a tiny shower without shower screen, only a shower curtain that sticks to the skin, and which does not prevent the water from flowing onto the floor. Hotel to absolutely avoid in winter.

A rather mixed opinion. It is once the reservation is made that we are informed that breakfast and reception are done at another establishment. The room was not heated at all and impossible to increase the air conditioning to heat it, the cleanliness was not there either, and the use of the TV remote control was complicated. But the bedding was very comfortable and the location very good. I am not sure I will book again in this hotel, too bad.

Recently renovated hotel very well placed to visit the sanctuaries of Rocamadour. Beautiful view. Good breakfast.

Everything is very good, location, cleanliness, decoration, excellent restaurant. Only downside, the soundproofing, you can hear everything that happens, people talking....especially if the room is above the dining rooms.

Nothing to report apart from the lack of information on cleaning hours. Regarding access to the hotel, there is a lack of markings in the car park, which means that customers park as they wish.

The room itself was adequate but the bathroom was not. It was very small, the shower so tiny that it was impossible to prevent the water soaking the bathroom floor when having a shower, despite not using the shower again the floor was still wet the following day. The soap dispenser must have been installed by a 2m10 basketball player, it was at head height, the one at the wash basin was almost as bad. As for the restaurant, it was very poor. My wife is lactose intolerant and allergic to mushrooms, all we got was a plate of tasteless salad and some tasteless salmon. If this had been my first experience of a Logis Hotel, I would never have stayed in another one.

Cramped bathroom

Impeccably clean, air conditioning, large swimming pool, close to the town of Rocamadour via a lovely promenade, very good breakfast, good food in the restaurant, free parking...everything is spotless, and an excellent choice for visiting Rocamadour!

This is our second stay at this hotel and we are very satisfied. We will probably come back next year.

In the end, despite the establishment's responsibility for the dysfunction, he did not apologize. We were woken up by cleaning in the next room.

A hotel very well located on the Corniche of Rocamadour, close to all shops and the historic center. A monumental view. A caring staff: caring, warm and attentive. A swimming pool to cool off in and a very good Italian restaurant to eat. What could be better ! A special mention for the quality of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the premises.

So Hotel in a great location, with private parking, with super friendly staff, a very good Italian restaurant, pizza salads etc etc. Very decent rooms, the only problem would be the bathroom, which could have done this kind of thing, it looks like for our room I don't know the others, but the bathroom looks like a boat bathroom that makes the crossing to Corsica and the boat one is better done, maybe try to do something. The only negative point is there, the rest is just happiness. THANKS

Lovely small but comfortable room with very good bedding. However, the bathroom with toilet is too small and the big negative point: the shower curtain. However, the welcome and service were perfect as well as the breakfast.

Excellent qualty rooms, with some overlooking the chateau. Very nice pizzas served for us in the bar. Close lift to take you to the old town of Rocamadour. Quiet at night, comfortable bed, good shower. No negatives.

Great little stopover hotel!

Hotel very well located opposite the town of Rocamadour. We were made very welcome and ate on the terrace. The meal was very good. Breakfast good (varied but simple overall). The bright, comfortable and modernly decorated room charmed us.
