Very friendly people, nice clean hotel, and a very good restaurant
From the warm welcome to the quality of the dinner and even the departure the next day, everything at this hotel is delightful and the staff are very friendly.
A warm welcome, a delicious dinner, and generous and enjoyable breakfasts. The staff and management are friendly and attentive to customers. The view is extraordinary; everything is there for a wonderful stay.

For our planned 5-day (4-night) stay, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. A very thoughtful gesture from the management. We were greeted with a smile at reception and throughout our stay. The staff, though very down-to-earth, were remarkably kind and unfailingly professional. BEAUTIFUL ESTABLISHMENT WELL PLACED TO ADMIRE THE GARABIT VIADUCT. SMALL DOWNFALL FOR THE VERY NOISY WC VMC EVEN WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR, WHICH DISTURBED MY SLEEP.

No remarks at all, everything was ok
Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. We chose the junior suite since we were staying for several days and it was nothing but bliss. The view is magnificent from both sides, the hotel's surroundings are a haven of peace. I highly recommend this hotel, which I had spotted a few years ago and wanted to spend a few days in. For photographers wanting to take a photo of the viaduct at night, this is the ideal location. Everyone is very professional and attentive. Many thanks to Madame Bigot and her staff, a special mention for her chef, his cuisine is a moment of happiness.

We returned to the Beau Site Hotel for the second time. The very comfortable rooms have been renovated, and the restaurant continues to serve excellent quality cuisine.
We had to arrive after the 8 pm reception closing time and called to inform them. We were greeted by a very nasty person on the phone and she very begrudgingly said we could arrive after 8 pm. I expected the worst when we arrived at 9:30. Instead I was pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome my daughter and I received. We hadn’t had a proper dinner and we were exhausted from an 8 hour drive. Even though the kitchen was closed, we were very kindly offered a beautiful plate of bread and cheese and a delicious flan to enjoy in our room. This was so appreciated after a long and tiring journey. We were then able to appreciate the lovely room and views of this well kept hotel, sleeping comfortably. However, in the morning when we went down for coffee at 9:45 were greeted by the terrible woman who had apparently been the one who answered the phone the evening before. She said we had missed breakfast and that check out time was at 11 am as if she already wanted us to leave! All we wanted was coffee and she comes out saying such unneeded comments. Needless to say her unkind and unwelcoming attitude ruined the morning and a stay that was only saved by the kind welcome of the folks the evening before.

The hotel was easy to find and the welcome was warm. I had a good meal at the restaurant, which offered a decent menu in terms of both variety and quality. The portions were also generous. There was a lovely view from the restaurant and from my room, though the view from the breakfast room was a bit less impressive. I slept soundly and peacefully. We'll definitely return. The only thing missing is bedside tables, and they should remember to bring longer charging cables for devices, as the outlets could be better positioned.

We've stayed at this well-run hotel several times, boasting a fantastic location and beautiful natural surroundings. Perhaps that's why we've received an upgrade for the second time. We particularly like the swimming pool and the excellent restaurant service. We'll definitely be back!

A very well-maintained and very comfortable hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Modern decor, and the same goes for the restaurant. One downside, however, is the automatic light that keeps turning off. The breakfast is good, with homemade jams, local honey, and homemade fruit salad. The mandatory check-in time, which I discovered upon arriving at 8:50 p.m., before 8 p.m., is too restrictive.
