Structure à rénover mais accueil très professionnel et chaleureux

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est agréable.
Mauvaise surprise au matin, plus d'eau dans l'hôtel pour cause de travaux dans la rue.
Aucune information aux utilisateurs de l'hôtel, pas de solution de proposé.
J'ai du demander une bouteille d'eau pour pouvoir faire ma toilette.
Aucun geste commerciale, etonnant !

Je suis déçue de Logis Hôtel pour la 1ère fois. Très difficile de se garer dans cette ville (fête sur le parking). Pas de télévision dans la chambre : on nous a donné une autre chambre. Pas de Canal + comme indiqué. Pas de wifi même dans le restaurant. Du coup, j'ai eu une baignoire dans la chambre, donc je ne m'en suis pas servie. La boîte de mouchoirs (collée sur le mur) est tombée toute seule dans un grand bruit de ferraille. Côté énergétique : le radiateur était à fond à 23 h et impossible de l'arrêter. On m'a proposé de changer de chambre encore une fois, chose que j'ai refusé. Côté sécurité : les blocs-portes de sécurité dans les couloirs sont sans arrêt ouverts, donc inutile contre le feu. Peut être mettre un panneau pour les clients qui ne connaissent l'utilité d'une telle porte ?

Ma grande déception est que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas! J’ai dû réorganiser mon travail ce qui m’a demandé un temps considérable.. et pourtant on disait bien que le wifi était disponible à la reservation et pas de compensation pour cette lacune. J’aurais réservé ailleurs.

Central location with great food in historic town

Un hôtel bien placé en centre ville, très propre et accueillant, une très bonne table sur place, chambre traditionnelle spacieuse, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le deuxième lit (destiné à notre fils) n'était pas fait et celui-ci a dû dormir avec nous.

Personnel très sympa et pro.
Chambres propres et bonne cuisine.

Great welcome from the director and staff, all with a smile and kindness +++. Very nice room with a top bed and above all what I like, airy. A dinner for a king from starter to dessert. No complaints

The Hotel de la Tête Noire is ideally located. It functions like a grand hotel: spotlessly clean room of generous size, unformatted furniture, well-equipped bathroom. They have a restaurant kitchen service with all kinds of dishes for all budgets and all tastes! Very generous and impeccably prepared. The staff is friendly and professional. They even have a night watchman! And the prices are more than reasonable. Really nothing to say except congratulations and thank you!

The problem with this hotel is parking!

Rooms and bathrooms were relatively large and air-conditioned. View of a backyard. The hotel has little or no parking space of its own, which made the journey very stressful. A hotel employee tried very hard to organize a parking lot on the street directly in front of the hotel, but we had specifically chosen the hotel because it supposedly had its own parking lot. The breakfast was good.

Old hotel in the city centre, very well renovated, lift, air conditioning, restaurant with excellent cuisine, very varied cellar.

Hotel very well located, in the city center but easy to access and close to several car parks. Absolute cleanliness, very complete equipment, excellent breakfast: on all these criteria, the establishment is above the services offered by many other hotels of the same category. Restaurant of very good standard, at very affordable prices.

Stay of May 27, 2023, The little extra for bikers, the hotel provides a closed garage and that is priceless, everything was perfect from arrival to departure, the staff is very pleasant , the restaurant is worthy of the stars on the facade of the hotel and the breakfast is of very good quality and varied. very good stay I highly recommend ... good luck to the whole team.

Parking nearby - Fairly large room - Nice bathroom (however, towel rails are needed) - Good soundproofing - Slept well even though the room overlooks the street. A nice and good breakfast buffet. A good choice !!

Je voudrais 5 stars everywhere BUT cannot, because NO wifi in chambre 305 - ma femme has to stay in sometimes and wants to use her iPad but no!
She could only read it with petit dejeuner…

Very good welcome. Pleasant family room. A/C was a bit loud and geared towards the bed (turned off overnight). Too much plastic packaging at breakfast (remaining Covid rules surely). The breakfast itself was very good.

When I booked a stopover evening online, it was noted that the €92 package included 1 meal (excluding drinks), 1 night in a room for 1 person and 1 breakfast. However, breakfast was billed to me at the end of the stay. I don't think that's right at all!
