Au top comme d'habitude
Très bien, mais bruyant dès 7h. En cause, des eleves en sejour à l hôtel suivi du personnel de ménage qui discute devant les porte de chambre.

Etablissement agréable, propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le seul bémol, le manque d’eau chaude pour se doucher quant de nombreux clients sont la.
Malgré les efforts du personnel nous sommes déçu dans l'ensemble. Restaurant avec une carte très ordinaire et prestations du petit déjeuner médiocre avec peu de variétés par manque de produits. Grosse différence avec d'autres Logis hôtel.

Vermutlich wird ungelerntes Personal in einigen Bereichen eingesetzt. Dieses faßt in die abgewaschenen Gläser, statt sie außen anzufassen, päsentiert das Rührei so, dass es zum Teil eher flüssig als fest ist, und den Schinkenspeck mit Flüssigkeit (Wasser) - alles eher ekelig. Das Badezimmer besitzt einen vollkommen unzureichenden Spritzschutz für die Dusche, sodass der Badezimmerfußboden beim Duschen garantiert naß wird. Der Parkplatz und die Außenanlagen bedürfen einer Renovierung.
Die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft des Personals - egal weches - war ausgezeichnet! Das Ambiente im den allgemein zugänglichen Räumen (z.B. Frühstücksraum ) hat uns sehr gefalllen. Wir fanden es sehr gut, dass das Hotel in dieser Jahreszeit (Anfang Februar) offen ist, obwohl sehr wenig Gäste da waren bzw. zu erwarten sind. Preis-Leistung sind angemessen. Danke auch für die Qualitätsabfragen vor und nach Ankunft - sehr gut. Trotz Optimierungspotential würden wir wiederkommen!
Personnel très serviable et souriant comme d'habitude. Nous avons très apprécié d'avoir la chambre plus tôt pour se changer.
Très bien : qualité de l'accueil, chambre agréable. Néanmoins, 3 points d'amélioration à noter :
- Le climatiseur/chauffage était bruyant. Nous avons du l'arrêter dans la nuit pour pouvoir dormir ..... et il faisait froid le matin dans la chambre !
- la chambre est située à coté d'une parcelle voisine et la maison doit être équipée d'une pompe à chaleur qui a fonctionné toute la nuit, en émettant un bruit gênant également pour dormir !
- Nous avons aussi signaler que l'évier de la SdB était en train de se boucher et l'eau s'écoulait très mal.
A part cela, rien à dire. Parfait et le personnel est charmant.

Snelle booking has a problem with you and we are on the right track for 1 night. Het hotel is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Gelegen aan de rand van de stad. Parking is a luxury and can be parked in the center if it is overly hindered. We had a small one, but we wanted to accommodate the tennis player. Leuk en handicap is dat er ook in a restaurant op het terrein est en voor wil wil sportaccommodatie en een buitenzwembad
Disappointed by this aging, impersonal establishment which generally lacks warmth, business trip. Particularly the cleanliness in the bathroom with traces of mold on the tiles.

Nice establishment, too bad it's getting old. A little maintenance, with not much, and a little idea, could make the place warmer. Why leave broken or functionless items in plain sight of customers?! (empty flower pots and planters, small tables in poor condition by the pool...might as well remove them) Better to air the view than clutter it. Apart from that .... The staff is of impeccable politeness and kindness. Listening to needs.

The air conditioning in my room gave off a smell but above all it made noise which, to sleep in the cool, was annoying. Apart from this small inconvenience, we enjoyed our short stay. And especially the swimming pool in this hot weather..

we come every year, the welcome is always very smiling, professional; the rooms are very correct; maybe consider renovating the hallways as the stains on the carpet are already a few years old; this year the stay was noisy; I understand that the coaches are essential for your activity but we were next to the front door and it must be recognized that some behave at 1 am as if it were broad daylight next year, we will call you to a room on the first floor last small point, reheating fries is to be avoided because it is not good
Very beautiful hotel on the outside, on the other hand carpet inside the circulation corridors dirty and full of stains, poorly designed shower, easy overflow at ground level, intermittent hot water at the sink, really not worth the classification of a hotel 3 stars
The staff were lovely when we arrived! On the way up to our room, glasses of wines and beers littered the floor from traffic (until the next day when we left)...the room was decent and clean. At breakfast, however, arrived at 8:30 am there was not much left and the employees, despite being warned, were slow to restock. The products were not exceptional.

This hotel does not correspond to the image we have of Logis hotels in France! The catering, breakfast and dinner services are deplorable. The customer must be satisfied with uncleaned tables, mediocre quality products and dinner that does not meet the qualifier of "gourmand" indicated on your site or your "Guide Europe 2023".
I can not count the name of the first time we went to this hotel, and each time it was with the same pleasure. When we go to the region, we don't think anymore, it's directly there that we go. The reception of the staff, whatever their function is impeccable, friendly, really perfect!
Nickel for the price in this period

A good refreshment of the corridors and carpets would not be a luxury! The single beds in the family room should also be revised. They squeak! In the bathroom, provide a larger window so that the shower does not flood the floor.

second stay for work, top overall, during the last stay, the kitchens were at rest forcing me to find a restaurant for 3 nights, difficult in Uzes in January after 8 p.m. :-)

Door does not close by itself even For the bathroom, door that is peeling off when it would be possible to place a metal plate at a lower cost to hide... The really bad point was the brush of the toilet which was in an indescribable state and the flushing mechanism which needs to be reviewed (room 111)
The reception of the hotel was pleasant, however the room was not super comfortable, very noisy air conditioning, insufficient insulation of the walls, narrow room size and comfort and cleanliness of the bathroom to be reviewed! No indication of breakfast times. The problem is going outside to access the rooms. So the morning of happiness to go have breakfast is not pleasant. In terms of catering, unwelcoming staff no smile, no hello, which does not offer the menu or food or wine, so the choice is limited only to daily specials. The starter is served before the aperitif, and no various proposals (digestive, coffee, wine etc.... the impression that they are in a hurry to finish their service and go home. Otherwise the pleasant morning staff and full breakfast.I would not recommend this hotel despite its ideal location and its beautiful decoration.Really a shame.

Nothing to say about the reception, however the comfort in the rooms remains to be reviewed. Old and damaged furniture. Cabinet doors will fall if you don't hold them. It was cold in the room. The air conditioning was making a hell of a noise and had to be turned off to be able to sleep. Suddenly even colder in the morning when you wake up. No heating in the bathroom. The breakfast, the eggs were cold... in short, a bad experience which I hope will be the only one.

Hotel site on a human and pleasant scale. Some weak points in the room: missing bulb on the floor lamp and therefore faulty lighting (reported but not replaced), poorly hung window curtain. Unacceptable from a hotel of this category. Generous buffet but passanle cuisine.

With each stay in this hotel, the overall situation deteriorates. The common areas are more cramped, the breakfast buffet contains only soft bread, the cold drinks are of an ambiguous taste, impossible to line up to be able to choose and help yourself at the same time as someone else other. The proposed bathroom/shower makes us feel in a hospital. The staff do what they can to fill in the gaps certainly guided by the management and they have a lot of credit.

We have been coming regularly for several years. Always so satisfied. In this period, many people in groups, breakfast at the same time, hence the wait in the morning. The staff is always so friendly. We will stay there again with pleasure.

Air conditioning very noisy even in night mode. Sink totally clogged (we had to brush our teeth in the shower!!). Invasion of smokers from breakfast (taken outside). It would be wise to provide a small area reserved for non-smokers who did not seem to be the majority of your customers that day.

Very correct for the reception, the room....but for the breakfast....the coffee and pastries are to be reviewed... The coffee (machine) was really not good at all and the pastries... .not good at all ! We were quite rushed so couldn't make time for the rest, but the base was really bad.

We enjoyed this room, a small fridge would be nice. Good breakfast but lack seasonal fruit at breakfast. We had a family dinner at Le Cercle Rouge, great meal (thanks to the cook!) and excellent service from Thomas.

The corridors of the hotel are really not very clean. Old and stained carpets. The shower was very difficult to use. I had the control for the shower mixer in my hand. Damage!! Other than that, a very nice hotel.

N'a pas aimé · Propreté des couloirs a revoir (moquette tachée), vitre cassée sur une porte d’entrée, Extérieur de l’hôtel moyen : parking vieillot (places étroites, revêtement fatigué) déchets apparents, tennis et zone de pétanque semblent abandonnés. Aspect extérieur de l’hôtel ne correspondant plus du tout aux photos publiées. Chambre petite. Salle de bain fatiguée (traces de moisissures, bac à douche qui évacue mal, pomme de douche entartrée, Wc qui se remplit régulièrement sans être utilisé, miroir pas nickel). Mobilier fatigué: la porte de la chambre coince, le placard grince.

Very nice hotel with swimming pool. We had a small 2 bedroom suite. The bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning works well, but a bit noisy. The staff is friendly and available. The restaurant is very good. Only downsides: the breakfast is correct, nothing more. The pastries are not up to par. The hotel is not very close to the city center: 15-20 min, which is painful on foot in case of strong heat.

Good hotel overall, a few details to be reviewed (carpets in the entrance halls to the rooms to be changed, dirty sheets in a heap in the hallway when the rooms are being made… the swimming pool not super clean (while there were 4 or 5 people inside only)…
Just out of town, ample parking, very clean hotel, fabulous breakfast
We arrived at this seemingly charming hotel. However, we waited in front of the reception staff for well over 5 minutes before even saying hello (they were chatting as if no one was there) Then we went to the room, there we found the room very dirty with Lots of dust on the ledges, hair all over the bathroom and a room air conditioner with black pilling everywhere. I then went down to the reception to report this. After a short stay in the room, the manager came back to see us, assuring us that the room was "nicelle". Luckily I had taken pictures. So I ask for a passage again to make the room and this after 3:30 p.m. because we had to get ready to leave for a wedding. 2:45 p.m. we knock on the door to clean the room, I ask them to come back, answer: “we can’t finish at 3 p.m.” the two people therefore started to clean the room while we were inside getting ready. After a few wipes in the bathroom I ask for the air conditioning to be done, I am told that it will not go away and that the air conditioning units are only cleaned once a season! So I ask her if she wants me to show her how to do it, after which she does it and finds that indeed by rubbing just a little the air conditioning turns white again. The next day at 8 a.m. we were woken up by dull noises of doors slamming and falling objects, these are the same two people who pass through the corridors with the kipping cover trolleys… after being rebellious with a start, we end up go back to sleep a few minutes before the fire alarm goes off… tired, scalded and very unhappy, we decide to flee this hotel as soon as possible with its deplorable service, all after we have shed 150€ for one night. UNACCEPTABLE! Incidentally, we heard during a discussion between the employees that they were not trained in fire procedures, which in addition to being unacceptable is also extremely dangerous. We will never set foot in this hotel or even any other establishment of the group. A Google review will be published with supporting photos and of course I will send an email to the group to report this establishment which in my opinion does not deserve 3 stars.
The amount paid is really too expensive for this room with a view of a clod of grass, people could see into our room hence the obligation to draw the curtains. In addition the cleaning lady did not make our room after the 1st night. There were 3 tourist coaches, so it was impossible to have our breakfast. We went into town. Ultimately we are disappointed and will not be returning.

Having booked for a date prior to my arrival (in fact I booked at midnight for the same day when I wanted to book for the next day), I could not go to this establishment ... The refund being at the appreciation of the director of the establishment, he did not want to reimburse me. Staying in a Logis de France at the time of this unpleasant mishap, the owners of this establishment (having suffered the same mishap with customers who had booked for 3 nights) reimbursed the customers who were to stay the same evening... The platform, couldn't help me.
Air conditioning which does not work and therefore change of room not without difficulty... Hotel which needs a good refurbishment to be cataloged "Logis de France"
Good hotel, especially for families. Both air conditioning units in our room did not work, which was inconvenient on one if the hottest days of the year. There was confusion with the online booking, which was a bit of pain.
Hotel very well kept and with good value for money service of course
Very nice home. Ideal location for the city. Free parking appreciated. Varied and very good breakfast. Comfortable bedding but very dated room and common areas. Bad smells at times in the room (problems with pipes?), cobwebs above the bed, bad toilet evacuation, very noisy and not very powerful air conditioning, no decoration on the walls, moldy seals in the bathtub, in short, relatively disappointing for a 3 star.
A room for two people as small as a boat cabin, empty shower gel dispenser (completely dry), washbasin soap dispenser at a height inaccessible for a child and squirting up to the opposite wall. Little by little coordination between the reservation of the restaurant at the reception and the waiters. in the dining room, hence the multiple misunderstandings between customers and staff in the dining room. Access to the swimming pool blocked by the tables and the customers of the bar, compulsory slalom in swimsuit between the tables.

Everything was perfect for our 2 nights at the hotel Only one downside: no possibility of hanging or putting the towels in the bathroom No hooks, no suspension bars!
They felt that the cleaning of the bathroom was very quick, the air conditioning made an unpleasant noise so we were hot, but the room was very good.
Very simple room, you would have thought you were in a formula 1 at the time, dilapidated bathroom that would need a renovation 😂
I think the carpet on the 2nd floor facing the elevator should be changed. I did not eat at your place during my stay, so I cannot pass judgment on the catering part. I breakfast was more than enough, coffee and bread very good. It would just, perhaps, improve the quality of orange juice. I'll be back. Good day Lucien Dietrich

Small room. Average bedding. Air conditioning does not work (33 degrees outside). We are told that the hotel is full but by insisting we were able to change rooms.

We come several times a year to this hotel and it is always so pleasant and breakfast by the pool when the weather is nice is a moment of relaxation. Thank you again for this pleasant weekend.

We had a wonderful week here. The hotel is centrally located for trips to Provence. Uzes is a lovely interesting place.....alleyways, small restaurants and of course the Saturday market
For me this Hotel satisfies me because of its setting very well to arrange its swimming pool these palm trees which really reminds me of the SOUTH !!! these different indoor outdoor dining areas, the staff are very kind and attentive, only small downside, no meals on Sundays, but I understand, Thank you to the whole team,
