Very disappointed: no one at reception at 5 PM, impossible to reach the manager, one hour wait.
An aging establishment, but thankfully with a friendly staff.
A customer of this establishment for many years, this is the first time that I have been so badly received at the hotel. Access door to the hotel without code, very ordinary room when entering at first glance one side of the bed suggested that someone had sat or slept on it. The heating was probably not broken. In the small bathroom the sink was not clean, the toilet lid open, the lid of the small trash can with blood stains. No one at the reception since it is closed on Fridays. Telephone number to call in case of problem no answer despite several messages left. I had a very bad night being cold and on a bed in poor condition. I was finally able to express my dissatisfaction in the morning to the receptionist who did not understand!!! and who offered me another room for the rest of my stay. I preferred to cut short this unbearable experience and draw a definitive line under this hotel . . .

3-night stay at the Teyssier Hotel. Oral appointment made Sunday morning for the evening meal. . In the evening, we found the restaurant closed and no one at reception. Monday morning (this morning), as indicated in the room, we went down for breakfast at 7 a.m. Everything was closed. Finding no one, we left the check in the room for the services due and left without having been able to consume anything. Around 10:30 a.m., we received a phone call accusing us of having left without paying. We clarified that this was not the case, indicating the presence of the check. They hung up on me, without a word of apology. Since then, not a word of confirmation that the check had been taken into account, nor an apology. A hotel to avoid...

No welcome for a three-star hotel, the front door is broken. The shower, let's not talk about it at Formula 1, it's a bigger plastic shower like Formula 1, the light above the sink is broken.
Nothing to do with the site
Indisputable. Rooms on the 2nd floor only accessible via spiral staircase. No restaurant, no breakfast room. 1st floor was unoccupied. A total of 4 guests with us. A wonderful restaurant 50 m around the corner. Never again.
Cosy room and very good kitchen
This hotel in no way deserves its 3 stars. It's sad to see this decrepitude. The carpet in our room was particularly filthy. Certain investments are needed to restore this establishment's shine (and comfort).
Old hotel, not very secure, the access door to the hotel is totally accessible to everyone. The facilities could really do with a refresh, stained carpet, the deep cleaning is not done properly, dust (and not just a little!) on the headboard, bedside tables, around the bathtub which can no longer take it, shower hose in a pitiful state. However, the bathroom and bedding were clean. When we arrived at the end of the afternoon, the hotel was closed until 6 p.m. without us being warned. The person in charge of breakfast seemed less than smiley. This establishment certainly does not deserve its 3 stars.
Rather old-fashioned hotel. The surroundings are not very clean. The bedding is quite comfortable. The meal is a bit expensive (a risotto and a pannacotta) at 26 euros!

No welcome when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The key was on the board and I called to find out my room number. I didn't see anyone all evening. The next day, there was someone at the reception who handled the checkout formalities. The breakfast was very good.
Spacious room, very clean and comfortable, renovated corridor, air conditioning ok, nothing to complain about on these points. On the other hand, we found the reception very disappointing for a hotel accommodation: the key is left at the entrance with our name written in very small print for an arrival at 9:30 p.m. while the adjacent restaurant is still open.., it is written in large letters the code to get back in at night but there is no more digital code... (it's quite confusing). When we left the next morning, our bill was prepared in advance including the breakfasts that we had not taken, they were removed without problem but rather coldly... and without asking us how our stay went... In short, we liked the room, the town has its charm but the reception was disappointing even if we were actually only passing through for the night at the hotel without eating at the restaurant.

Modern in a classic, excellent restaurant
Very well located and good quality restaurant but the prices are high (menu as expensive as the 4-star hotel restaurant which is 200 meters away). We were surprised to find no one when we arrived in the section which was closed. And finally, no elevator and this is not mentioned anywhere.
The shower is very small. Impossible to bend down without bumping into the walls. Breakfast is minimalist. Little variety of products. No toaster. Bottled orange juice has no taste. Coffee machine is out of order. We were treated to a small coffee. Parking can only accommodate 3 cars.
One night spent in this hotel and thank goodness! Lack of cleanliness in the room (cobwebs, stained sheets) but also on the breakfast dishes.
There was no one to greet us at 5pm. I did get an email with an entry code but the morning after our stay if it had not been for another customer telling us our keys and our name were on a hook in the hall and the door being left open we would not have been able to gain access!! The Bar part was closed and no reception. When someone finally turned up, after 6pm they didn't sign us in but said did we want breakfast, we said yes if they could do it at 7.30 as we had a meeting, she said yes. Next day, surprise the Bar was locked again, waiting until 7.50 and no-one came. As to the room, the sheets were clean, though the room had seen better days. At Logis Hotel? Normally supposed to have standards? didn't see anything. No reception, no checkin, no breakfast, no service at all.

Pleasant and helpful staff. However, the price of breakfast is high compared to what's offered. It's great to come back to an air-conditioned room after a day of sightseeing in high temperatures. The reservation email was confirmed the day before with the access codes. I couldn't find the Wi-Fi code in the room.

The hotel is deteriorating and nothing is being done. Room 103 is impossible to pick the shutters. The doors close after a superhuman effort (they need a plane). The street is noisy. The dijicode to access outside of hours doesn't work. The restaurant is meh. A staircase good for a mountaineer.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, quiet hotel, good restaurant, decent service. The only problem is that the reception only opens at 6 p.m. If you don't have the hotel entry code, you have to wait.
This large room is perfect except for the bathtub. We get water everywhere, why not put a shower with a door?

Very good bedding, quiet and well-located hotel
We booked via the hotel website and received confirmation including arrival time but nobody was there to let us in and there was no note on the door nor had any message been sent to us via phone or email. We waited an hour and a half and rang the hotel number twice leaving messages, before driving away in the dark. The following morning we received an automated cancellation of our booking (so we did not have to pay) but no word of apology or explanation.
Decent hotel, staff not up to par, we were asked to leave the premises at 10am when the departure time is possible until 11am. Warned at 9:30 the same morning by knocking on our door then again at 9:55 to accompany us to the exit. At the very least, it would have been correct to warn us the day before.
A rustic place where we were welcomed wonderfully well with our little dachshund, ideally located with rooms and a dining room with a view overlooking the river... the bridge or this splendid village... no matter where you look even in the middle of winter the pedestrian walk with the dazzling Christmas decorations... it's beautiful! The very complete breakfast of very good quality and really plentiful.. I highly recommend

We had 2 large suitcases and the spiral staircase was very complicated to climb.

Never arrive on a Sunday evening.... No one to welcome you. Your key is hung with your name on it, you manage. No restaurant... No information. You have to look for an open restaurant in the village.... The room is the bare minimum sitting on the toilet your knees touch the wall... Really very disappointed. Fortunately the breakfast and the welcome the next morning were good. For a 3 star and more than 90€ 1 night and 2 breakfasts... It's too expensive.

The bedding needs to be renovated. Bathtubs are no longer relevant. Without a curtain or protection to use in the shower, it is a guarantee of flooding the bathroom.
I didn't appreciate being told that I had been ripped off by booking via booking and that I was paying €20 more than if I had gone directly through the hotel. In addition, I paid the tourist tax twice: on the price of the room via booking and on site when I paid (obviously I realized it too late).

We booked for 16 people for 2 days because we were going to a wedding. Everything went very well: the stay, the breakfast, the dinners. The people at the hotel went out of their way to make sure everything went well and the dinner was delicious.

we stopped 2 years ago...it was really a gourmet meal.....average room but too bad, hearty and good breakfast...So we booked again! clean room but old....shower too cramped....the meal not gourmet for the chef's menu...LOL.pieces of squid as a starter with a good sauce...then lamb stew badly cooked but good dessert (the day before in a truck stop we had eaten better for €17....the large windows of the panoramic room without very dirty....there are companies specialized in that....breakfast for the price shame: 1 mini croissant + 1 mini pain au chocolat Bread there were croutons left...In short..coffee machine good...3 stars that! logis de F...We will not come back!.. the next day at noon we had lunch in Corrèze Poteau de Maussac between Egletons /St Angel...then there the class with 1 local wine 1 a little expensive anyway....89€ for 2 but real sought-after gastronomy....it's 1 logis de France...There you go.. the stop at the hotel teyssier cost us 190€....it's not worth 110......

Bij ons vertrek werkte het betaalapparaat niet. We mochten het bedrag niet ter plaatse overmaken maar moesten het verplicht contant betalen. We werden gewezen op een geldautomaat waar we naartoe moesten lopen. Die bleek behoorlijk ver weg te zijn. Dit leidde tot een vertraging van 45 minuten. Met een terugreis van 10 uur in het vooruitzicht was dat niet prettig. De receptioniste die dit regelde sprak alleen maar Frans en was erg gestrest. Info delen via de vertaalapp werkte niet. Zij stond daar niet voor open. De service liet wat haar betreft behoorlijk te wensen over.
Het ontbijt was redelijk. De eieren moest je zelf koken, echter het apparaat werkte niet naar behoren waardoor de eieren niet goed gaar waren. De stukjes stokbrood waren taai. De koffie uit de automaat was lauw.

Old hotel with character. Bedroom adequate and quiet. We enjoyed Wi-fi and the air conditioning. The food was very good but the service was poor. We waited a very long time to have a menu and then I had to ask for it. Same with bread! No bread offered, I had to ask for it! Service also was very slow and not just for us! We joked about it with the people next to us.

The hotel rooms are upstairs (difficult spiral staircase) but there is a PRM room on the ground floor which was allocated to us.

It's a shame that a customer friend of the chef (who didn't intervene) imposed himself on the restaurant on Saturday evening in a rude and disrespectful manner to the people who were dining in the room by showing I don't know what on his cell phone at high volume then constantly uttering very loudly throughout the evening racist, misogynistic, homophobic, etc. remarks that are unacceptable! Everyone, including the waiters, was very embarrassed

Very friendly and professional staff. The room was a good size as was the bathroom and very clean. The dinner menus we had were excellent.
All we need is a shelf in the bathroom to put our toiletries as well as a small refrigerator and a suitcase rack instead of a chair, a squeegee in the bathroom for the shower. Being disabled we sometimes need to use cold treatments (CH1). But to conclude, these are just suggestions! Excellent staff, very attentive to your needs, very good restaurant. In short, we really recommend it +++++ I forgot the pretty sunny terrace opposite the La Vézière Viaduct..... A little nod to Elo and his whole team!

There really is no elevator! Lots of small steps, "break in the eye": bedroom door, bathroom door. Very good dinner, too bad we don't change the cutlery after the starter! We even had to ask for fish cutlery! Also remember to add water to breakfast! Very pleasant staff.

Aging room, the carpet is worn, not heated when I arrived as well as in the common areas. There is work to be planned for an upgrade. The staff saves the furniture luckily they are there!!!

Great stay!
The weather was bad. So the current opinion would be a little influenced by the bad weather. This 3-star hotel does not have a reception on Fridays, which complicates our arrival. The organization of the rooms and the reception the next morning are not very good. But overall we had a quiet night. We thank the housekeeper who put a lot of effort into trying to provide the best service possible.
