Juste déçu du matelas
Hôtel bien situé et moderne, confortable, repas de qualité. Seul bémol il faisait assez froid dans les pièces communes. La météo était très froide (T° négative) dehors et les pièces avaient du mal a être réchauffées, sans doute par conception il y a des courants d'air.

It's a hotel that I like a lot even if they encounter some recruitment difficulties resulting in a drop in quality of service compared to what I have known but very pleasant staff, a well located hotel... I recommend and I hope they will succeed in recruiting (kitchen and household)
A very beautiful place, on the banks of the Loire, a clean and functional place, with rooms that all bear the name of one of the great jazz musicians. A very welcoming, attentive staff and a good table.

Despite the shortage of personnel that affects service companies, the friendliness of the employees makes the stay pleasant. The meal is (very) hearty and the breakfast excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is beyond reproach. In conclusion, an unbeatable quality/price ratio for a rural stopover.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are quiet (because they are located on the garden/courtyard side) and they are well laid out, with a small private terrace. Good point, duvets are a good size, bolsters can be a little "hard". The continental breakfast is good, with some local products and a large choice. The presence of private parking is pleasant when traveling by motorbike.

A very nice welcome, the staff attentive to its customers, efficient and responsive, very pleasant hotel, calm and nicely decorated. The perfect restaurant. One downside, however: our room lacked care in terms of cleaning: - the glass shower screen was covered with limestone as well as the shower fittings - the shower joints need to be redone (dirty appearance) - at the sink , the corners were a little yellow ..... However, we very much enjoyed our 2 night stay

We slept in the lodge adjoining the hotel. This one is large, the bedding of good quality. The person who greeted us and served breakfast was very friendly and available. The only downside to our stay was cleanliness. The cottage deserves a good cleaning (many cobwebs in the corners, stains on the ground in the toilets). Apart from these details, we do not regret the choice of this accommodation.

Very bad experience at the Logis Hotel Terre de Loire for several reasons. The first, the hotel was closed when we arrived at 3 p.m. although it was written that the reception opened at 2 p.m. The second is that we had warned (several days in advance) that we would be 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) and the rooms had been prepared for 4 people. We asked for an extra mattress which we were refused. I insist that we had reserved a room which, according to the conditions found on the booking.com site, allows us to add a child. We had warned by e-mail that we would be 2 adults and 3 children.
Efforts to be made on maintenance and landscaping Lawn not bare, not mowed, flower boxes full of weeds, hedges not cut in brushwood... A very positive point the breakfast....

Quiet hotel, shaded terrace and very pleasant garden in summer when it's hot. Too bad the view of the chimneys of the neighboring nuclear power plant... Attentive staff. We appreciated the air-conditioned rooms but the bedding was a little soft and the cleanliness of the toilets left something to be desired (cloths of dust in the shower, limestone on the taps, smell of urine in the toilet) Rates a bit high but we went through an intermediary …
Hotel room was amazing value. Reception was amazing. Restaurant meal was insulting. Very poor food quality. Steak has gristle, fish was poor, duck was terrible. Worst meal of our 21 day Loire velo ride. And almost the most expensive but even if it cost 1/2 as much it was still bad.

Hotel which could be perfect but the cruel lack of staff directly impacts its general good behavior and its functioning: no permanence at the reception in the afternoon and at night... in the middle of July... it is not possible. Major downside: the restaurant. - no order taking after 8:15 p.m.... and it's time!!! - three dinners taken: between 1h30 and 1h45 for a starter, a main course, a dessert... it's long... much too long when there are no more than 10 covers to manage from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. . - while a waitress (beginner, in training) does her best to get by, her "manager" eats her bowl at a table of customers (whom she obviously knows) in the middle of the other customers... that does not happen! According to several social networks specializing in the restaurant and hotel industry, this has been a recurring problem for a number of years and no corrective action has obviously been taken. Too bad, the place is nice, nicely decorated, very well placed, easily accessible but the human factor spoils what could be a nugget.
On arrival, for a room with a couple we had a child's bed which cluttered up the space? We ask if it is possible to have breakfast in the room, negative answer, although it is marked in the description. The worst was the breakfast there were two mini croissants and a mini apple turnover and a few pieces left of bread at 9:45 a.m. when it was planned to have lunch at 10:00 a.m. When I asked I was offered to cook some croissants which we accepted but to our surprise, while the staff was seated on the terrace we asked where the croissants were cooking, we were told that they had already made 21 breakfasts this morning?? At €12.50 breakfast is simply outrageous. Ditto for the orange juice or it was necessary to add fruit, it seemed very difficult to this pseudo manager who, moreover, is very unpleasant.
Pleasant hotel
To do this job, you have to want to do it and also have the right reception reflexes while thinking of the customer. The cleaning in the hall is not done, the terrace could have been welcoming but was not accessible for dinner, the service not being possible there, and inaccessible for breakfast (wet chairs and tables). The garbage can in the room was not emptied (packet of cigarettes and Kleenex stained with blood), cleaning was not done (dust on the bedside table) the departure formalities were a nightmare as we had to wait for someone to take us in charge (20 mn in all). The hotel has wonderful assets (location, decoration, layout), but it must be maintained.
A non-existent customer relationship, a deplorable attitude, and an inability to try to do better. Lodgings in the adorable surroundings and less expensive!!
Very nice people but no professional handling.
Second stay at the hotel and still as delighted! Very comfortable room, well soundproofed and well equipped. Functional bathroom, multi-jet shower, separate WC. The restaurant is a marvel! Without forgetting the local craft beers, the regional wine, to be enjoyed on the terrace or in the garden.

Really charming and attentive staff despite obvious understaffing (only 1 person in the evening for reception and room service = 2 hours for only 1 dish and 1 dessert)! Few people in the kitchen too... Very good room, good quality bedding, pleasant view of the canal. Too bad the minibar was not working, but we were able to benefit from a tray of ice cubes in order to benefit from a few cold drinks.
Sympathetic house
I was very well received by the smiling, friendly, attentive young woman. However lack of staff, the young woman was there when I arrived at 3 p.m. (reception) then in the evening service (waitresses) until at least 8 p.m., and at breakfast at 7 a.m. (.may be lack of staff ???? ?) I do not put in any cause the professionalism of the young woman all managed alone!!! she has merit.

Pleasant hotel, modern and stylishly furnished, hotel's own free parking lot, good food. Only taking orders in the restaurant via tablets takes some getting used to - I personally miss the interaction with the staff (which is friendly and competent).
