Très bon emplacement avec chambre très confortable et repas et petit déjeuner délicieux.

Confort et calme
Best bed on the Via Podiensis. Nice large room and bathroom and friendly and helpful hosts.
Le souci de la rentabilité est plus important que le confort des clients dans cet hotel. Belle chambre tout juste rénovée mais pas de chauffage début avril en raison 'du soleil en journée'. Pas de rideau et pas de volets pour une chambre qui donne sur la place du village. Malchance pour nous l hôtel avait organisé ce soir là un banquet juste en dessous de la chambre. Entre le banquet, la vaisselle, le rangement et le ménage avec aspirateur que je resumerais par 3eme mi temps du personnel jusqu à presque 2h du matin, le balai des phares des voitures des clients et du personnel lors de leur depart, reflechissant dans la chambre ... le camion de livraison de la boulangerie à 3h du mat tout phare allumé, nous n avons pas dormi.
Côté restauration l entrée etait trop crue , legumes trop al dente, le plat de resistance aurait etait un plaisir divin si le poivre n etait pas si présent ( un calvaire nous en avons été souffrantes ) . Par contre le dessert était excellent. Sachez que lors du petit dej le buffet n en ai pas un. Le responsable nous accompagne pour vérifier les quantités prélevées, et sa camera peut etre aussi si elle est en service.
Sachez aussi avant de reserver que l hotel n accepte pas les cheques vacances.
Un café pour le dedommagement ? Ben non ! Je voulais juste dormir en fait ! Et un autre couple de clients aussi. Bonne continuation et bon courage.
Chères Mesdames,
nous nous excusons effectivement pour le bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin. Le banquet en question, que nous recevons chaque année, a pris des proportions que nous n'imaginions pas... Nous reconnaissons que cela ait pu perturber votre sommeil.
Cependant, quant aux autres points soulevés:
- le chauffage ne se déclenche pas dans une pièce où il fait 20°C. Mon mari est monté et vous a proposé un chauffage d'appoint, que vous avez refusé. Toutes nos chambres sont par ailleurs fournies en couvertures d'appoint.
Le camion de la boulangerie ne passe qu'à 7h30 du matin!
Côté repas, quand on prend une entrée à base de légumes croquants, oui, les légumes tiennent leurs promesses: ils sont frais et croquants!
Le buffet petit-déjeuner est fidèle aux photos mises sur notre site internet.
Les chèques-vacances sont acceptés pour les réservations prises en direct. C'est pour cela que vous avez rebasculé votre réservation depuis Booking à une formule en demi-pension en direct chez nous. Effectivement, pas de chèques-vacances pour les réservations prises sur les centrales de réservation (Booking, Expedia...)

Nous avons bien été reçu par les propriétaires et notre petite chienne Tinkie était à la fête avec une ambiance familiale et chaleureuse.
Le dîner a été copieux et varié, nous avons très bien mangé , les plats étaient locaux, de qualité et succulents.
Bref un très bon moment passé, dans ambiance conviviale et sympathique. Je recommande vivement.

A very pleasant and successful stopover in AUBRAC. A very friendly hotel couple, Very friendly welcome and atmosphere. The quality of the catering is to be underlined, we enjoyed ourselves, with the addition of typical Aubrac dishes. Bedroom, bathroom, bedding and pillow, top.

Everything was good but the floor in the room was not properly cleaned. No air conditioning but luckily we didn't need it. No power plug next to the left side of the bed
We were very well received and advised by Elise on the walks to do. The chef's cuisine is tasty and varied and gives pride of place to local specialities. - The location of the hotel allows you to discover Aubrac without doing too many kms. It was a very nice experience that allowed us to appreciate this very beautiful region even more with only one desire: to come back!

Renovated but tiny room. Not even a cupboard or a hook to hang laundry. 2 skylights overlooking an embankment serve as windows, one has nothing to hide the early morning light. Meal in the restaurant correct without more, the portions of the desserts take care of your line!

This hotel is perfect! Warm welcome, attentive and quality service, Elise and Vianney Deprez do a remarkable job. The table is very good, the hotel, ideally located in the village of Saint-Chély, enjoys a tasteful decoration, is very clean and very well kept.
The room was about 300m outside of the main house, which we knew before we arrived and were fine with that. The room was very small with only 2 small windows for ventilation. However, the bathroom (very modern and functional) lacked hanging options for both towels and clothes. Please correct here. The staff, whether boss or service staff, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was extremely tasty. Overall we felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay at the Coudercous hotel, Elise and Vianney are great! Very pleasant, smiling, warm and professional. They are very good advice for going to visit key places in this beautiful region of Aubrac which had put on its white coat when we came, making these few days a magical and wonderful moment. The room we were in was perfect, well insulated from the cold outside, with all the necessary comfort for a good night's sleep. What about the meals, they were plentiful and very delicious, whether at lunch or dinner, prepared with quality local products and always with a smile and a good mood. Be ready to go for a walk afterwards to burn off the calories! Thank you again for these unforgettable moments!
