Very decent hotel, very good location in the center of Mont Dore with parking opposite. Correct breakfast maybe a little expensive compared to others at the same price in other hotels (with homemade or higher quality products) but the bread was fresh and nothing was missing (1 euro or 1, 50 less would be nice). And if I could add a chioua: adding towel bars in the bathroom and a small glass for toothbrushes would be a plus. Staff very smiling, polite and pleasant. An address to recommend

Clean and well equipped room. Well stocked breakfast buffet.

No reception the first day, we waited for someone on the phone who told us: there is no one today… We had to wait for her to give us our room number on the phone so that we could take our key from the counter… On entering the room: pubic pool in the toilet, organic matter on the bathroom door… hair in the bed… The next day, our card no longer worked. Someone came to change the card telling us that we shouldn't put it with the phone... except we always separate the two to avoid this... When the hotelier came to try the key card, we made him see the hygiene problems… he told us: I would talk to the housekeeper about it… In addition, the bed is very good in size (king size) but with shape memory… the shape being already made… we very slept poorly. Between the poor insulation of the room (as soon as someone passed you could hear everything) the fact that the toilets are only usable with the door open (the glamor in this case…) and that the bathroom was dirty and tiny… At the end of our stay, the young lady asked us to pay 5.10€ tourist tax. .. except of course the Booking.com site it was 4.50€ … the latter, we made the regulation … however taking people for pigeons … I find it big! So I run away from this place with joy !!! If necessary photo evidence of the "cleanliness of the premises" No excuse from the hotelier for cleanliness … average!

The only negative point is the noise from the sanibroyeurs. I jumped every time my neighbors in the room used the toilet because the noise is so loud.

Very badly soundproofed room. Water in the shower with the temperature changing on its own, my daughter almost scalded herself… otherwise quality of bedding and cleanliness ok. But 130€ per night very expensive given the quality

Correct hotel without more, correct room, bathroom leaves something to be desired: WC with very noisy sanibroyer! especially at night !! shower very good except absence of thermostatic mixer.

Impossible to get a "twin" room because these rooms are occupied by spa guests..... Moreover, having reserved a table for the evening, I am informed on arrival of the absence of the cook.... Room assigned tiny.....

Small, very pleasant hotel in a very good location, a few minutes from the summer toboggan run and the Léchades park. Satisfactory reception. On the other hand, it is necessary to plan to climb the stairs if you are not lucky enough to have a room on the ground floor.

Very nice home ! The person who welcomed us is very smiling and attentive (really very appreciable) Breakfast: just what is needed for me because the habit of eating fairly classic but for hikers or sportsmen lacks a bit of diversity … (this is not a negative review but just to maybe improve this side 😉). Not too many choices on the restaurant menu but the truffade was very good! The quadruple room on the top floor was very nice. Lots of connections so that everyone can recharge their phone. Comfortable bed (the sofa bed is a little less but it's okay anyway and the pillows are a bit flat) Very pleasant stay in this hotel.

A small but pretty and functional room. The shower was clogged, impossible to run the water for more than 2min minutes otherwise it would overflow. I reported it but nothing was done. Breakfast a little expensive for the limited choice there was. Only one piece of bread per person, it's a shame.

Très bon accueil, propre, agréable, super petit déjeuner, tout l'essentiel est là, très calme, récent.

Très bon accueil, chambre bien , tarif de la chambre élevé, petit déjeuner bien sauf qu'il n'y avait pas fromage charcuterie et œuf, comme indiqué sur le site de l'hôtel, car hors saison , par contre même prix pour celui-ci, dommage .
