Small details that spoil the stay: hard-boiled egg instead of soft-boiled egg requested, water for tea not hot enough, breakfast formula which leaves no variation possible (insufficient butter)
was on a soirée stage and left the table hungry. This is not the intention. And if you serve fries, you must know how to make fries. For a restaurant with their reputation and prices, this was not acceptable. When I looked at the price for breakfast, it was too expensive for what you got. For €18 you can have some cheese, charcuterie and/or an omelette. This was not there.. Furthermore, nothing to complain about the hotel's design, rooms and restaurant. This was great, as was the friendly and efficient service from the staff. Special mention for the pleasant workplace in the rooms. Spacious and good lighting. A relief

Hello, Overall perfect, setting, decor, welcome, service, friendliness of the staff. Too bad that the wifi connection methods are "obsolete", I was never able to decipher the ID and password of the ticket that was given to me (more ink?), at 9 p.m., I opted for my 4G, other hotels opt for a simpler solution, you enter your email address and that’s it! Breakfast: Morning atmosphere a little dark, but that's a matter of taste! I remain very satisfied with my stay in your establishment.
Hotel is clean. The rooms are big enough and the beds are very comfortable. Stuff at reception and in the restaurant unfortunately speaks little or no English.

Super schoon hotel. Heerlijke bedden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De lekkerste croissants die ik ooit op heb. Voor ons een aanrader op doorreis van Spanje terug naar Nederland.
Keurig hotel met heerlijke bedden! Kamers zien er heel netjes en ruim uit. Wel jammer dat er bij dit 4 sterren hotel niks extra was zoals bijv een zwembad of een sportzaaltje. Heerlijk gegeten maar wel pittige prijzen dus voor 1 overnachting ben je wel wat geld kwijt.
Prima hotel. Mooie entourage, luxe uitstraling, voor ons slechts een door reis hotel. Echter, toen we aankwamen bleken we de ENIGE gasten in het hele hotel. Restaurant gesloten, bar gesloten, 10 euro betalen voor een badstop omdat we de kinderen in bad wilden doen. Belachelijk. Het was netjes geweest als ze ons op de hoogte hadden gesteld dat het restaurant en de bar geloten waren. Wij hebben onze eigen drank genuttigd in het pikdonker omdat er geen ENKEL lampje aan stond in het hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Amazing food and lovely decor/rooms. Had our dogs with us and they were treated excellently. Superb hotel and wonderful experience.
A very nice surprise! I discovered the establishment because it was the only possibility found on the date of my trip. I do not regret it and am delighted on the contrary to have discovered it! My stay there was perfect: the setting first of all, with a very well maintained garden and very pleasant to look at from your bedroom window, a friendly and helpful welcome, a spacious bedroom and exceptionally comfortable bedding! For sure, I will come back!

Very nice, quiet hotel with quality. Quality of room (suite) excellent in terms of bedding, bathroom, air conditioning ....etc. Dinner in the evening at Louis of excellent quality, both in terms of food and serving. Including the service of the drink. The breakfast (curiously composed by ourselves at the hotel's request) of excellent quality both in food and quantity. The people at the reception, in the rooms and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Odds even better than 12/10!!!!!

Can not fault the hotel and bedroom styling and decor and comfort - very much 4 star - just the comfort we needed in between two long drives - and the welcome was very good too. May be this was my mistake but my issue is with the positioning of the food offering. I have no doubt that the gastronomic experience is fantastic and Michelin star quality. But your bistro / brassiere is in my opinion not what is required. No kids menu - a €28 three course meal is not a kids menu - but you did kindly offer to do some off menu frites. I expect the bistro to give me what the gastronomic restaurant doesn’t - a well priced and sufficient meal. What we got for our one course €28 steak and chips was a noveau cuisine sized meal of the smallest slither of meat and a pitiful amount of fries - yes it was delicious but it was utterly insufficient and therefore not good value for money. I think commercially you’d be much better off giving a different bistro offering and making it differential to the gastronomic experience thereby enabling you to serve and dually satisfy two different markets/needs much better. Breakfast could have been better. We requested two crepes. We arrived at our table with a plate of cold crepes there - unsure if this was one (plate) or two (crepes) servings. Much later on a warm crepe arrived - so why the cold one at the start? No butter as requested and had to take this from someone else’s table as no staff visibly present. I alas won’t be using it as a stop over hotel again.

Very nice and functional hotel. Points to improve: - Safe closed and therefore not usable when we arrived. - lack of hooks in the bathroom. - no buffer at breakfast (still COVID constraints?).
