Friendly and efficient welcome, beautiful and large room, add a shelf and hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. Reprogram the television, some channels are missing (2, 3 and 4 for example), the problem is known, already reported by other customers, and not resolved...

The staff is not trained enough (impossible to accumulate my logis points and no information on the wifi code) and the breakfast is very limited. The TV channels have still not been updated, so some TV channels are missing.

Hotel very poorly located opposite a supermarket and gas station. Bed made carelessly. No kettle. No tea or coffee pods and cold water. Even though I reported it when leaving while the team was aware, I did not receive a partial refund: “Madam, you have already paid, there is nothing more we can do.”

Staff were excellent, they were helpful allowing us to check in early. They also helped get a taxi when we asked for one. The room was a bit tired but clean and facilities exactly as described.

Room facing the street and a little noisy
I don't like to remind people that you have to clean the room, there is a minimum and here it isn't.
I find it inexplicable that the air conditioning in this hotel is stuck at 19 degrees and that it is impossible to lower it. This weekend it was 32 degrees in the shade.... I therefore invite the management of this establishment to review its position regarding the air conditioning, since according to the reception, this air conditioning is not functional. This is a hotel and restaurant on our vacation route that we stay at every year. Good service, good restaurant, quiet room, free parking, and dog-friendly. It ticks all the boxes. We love it.
The hotel is fine for a short stay. The room is clean but doesn't smell good. I think it's the old carpeting. It was a bit warm and there was no air conditioning. They offered me a room change, but I was only staying one night and had already unpacked, so we didn't change.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years. The welcome is perfect, the restaurant is good value for money, the rooms are large. We will return.

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was well laid out and had a good selection of cereal,jams and breads.

Dated room, no decoration. Uninteresting breakfast. Bathroom not cleaned when I arrived: dirty toilet, dismantled shower door, shower full of hair and bathroom floor. I am asked to pay a second time even though the payment was made on booking (debit made and proof with payment receipt), I then waste 20 minutes getting out of this situation. When I announced to the 3 people present that the bathroom was not cleaned, I did not even get a single response from the staff who remained silent. Ashamed.
Very good address for a one night stopover. Clean and neat. People at reception and at the bar are professional and pleasant. A suggestion: a kettle in the room with tea and coffee would be welcome.
Restaurant side very good Room side very basic and in need of a new look, rust in the bathroom, the black carpet did not allow you to see if it was clean or not, very basic furnishings and decor that leaves something to be desired. What's more, I was charged €122 when I made the reservation with Booking for €101!!!

The hotel is well located. Parking is okay. The general decor is pleasant. The bedding is good. The pillow a little soft for my taste. Large room but too bad the carpet is stained. Personally I prefer another covering for the floor. What bothered us the most was the lack of storage in the bathroom to put our products, towels, pajamas... For the restaurant: very good, the beef cheek and pork sauce with mustard the old fashioned way: a treat.. the nougat dessert..hum!!! Excellent. Nice presentation of the dishes...we will keep a good memory of it. The staff is smiling and friendly. Alright. Very warm welcome upon arrival and this continued during our 2 day stay. Well done
A smiling and cheerful team for a well-run and very comfortable establishment. Facing the street, I nevertheless spent a night in perfect silence. Nothing to say.

Very smiling and pleasant staff. The only negative point for us is the noise from the street, the room is not sound-insulated enough.
The street my room faced (124) was not very noisy (traffic). TV channels 1 to 6 do not work well (image and sound).
