We just stayed overnight on route to the Alps. Staff very helpful and welcoming and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

We had an excellent stay in this establishment managed by very welcoming and professional staff. Thank you for the upgrade to a suite which we really appreciated. The evening meal as well as the breakfast were of high quality. We will come back with pleasure.
Good for a night as a stop over
Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Gratis upgrade van kamer naar suite. Enorme grote kamer met een extra zithoek en minibar. Mooie, royale douche.

The bathroom is simply narrower than in the sleeping car without freedom of movement, the room is completely but noisy, there is street and train noise at night, and it is not possible to open the window. Wif had asked for a quiet room, this was not responded to

Very modern clean tidy and right in the centre of the town. Restaurant was not open on Sat night, which was a little peculiar
Not to be defined as a hotel from the outside at first glance, but that is irrelevant! The beds are very comfortable but on the small side, although there is room for something bigger! You can also push the beds together, but you should bring a few straps or something similar so that they stay together, otherwise you fall through again in the middle, as they slide apart easily! Otherwise everything is there, what you need! The bathroom is small but equipped with every comfort, only the shower could do with being sealed! For breakfast I just say TOP! There was nothing missing! We didn't visit the restaurant! Registration and departure at the reception, no problem! The staff was friendly, helpful and nice! All in all I can say! I would recommend it and will definitely be back!

The reception was very friendly and uncomplicated. We were very happy with our short stay. The accessibility of the hotel is definitely good, there was only one fair that weekend and the road to the hotel was closed, so it was a bit cumbersome....
The name suggests another type of hotel. It is situated in or near the Centre of the town. A lot of young people hanging arooind. The room are very small. After a long drive it is disapointing to find out that the restaurant is closed in the weekend. Probably because it is a relatively cheap business hotel for people that work in this area but go home in the weekend. Around eleven o'clock a lot of people arrived.
It was a very hot daay (33 degrees celsius) but no ac.
First impression when moving in: room very small, pungent, unpleasant smell - maybe due to cleaning agents and lack of ventilation? I don't know! Tiny bathroom but clean. Windows cannot be tilted. Street side very noisy so I asked to change rooms and they accepted. At night: the mattress was of very good quality, and our fellow travelers in the next room thought the same. Pillow soft and small but good quality. Waking up with neck pain is inevitable, mainly because of the pillow size. Breakfast was ok, but the selection of cheese/sausage wasn't particularly good. Overall not a bad hotel but only recommended for a short stay.

Quant au restaurant, les plats sont délicieux.

I am a repeating guest at this hotel. I like it because of fair pricing, good to very good quality of facilities for business guests, the free parking lot, its closeness to the local village center including a nearby and well-sorted supermarket, and its closeness to the train station. The location is a good starting point for reaching Luxembourg City and the EU premises both by local transport free of charge or by car (via smaller roads and larger roads with alternatives to circumvent typical Luxembourgish traffic jams, including via Park&Ride at Kockelscheuer). Last but not least: The breakfast is great! And on weekdays when the restaurant is open, the resto serves great meals for dinner as well!

Everybody was very kind.
All the rooms on the Rue Thionville are far too noisy: one wishes the future residents there "sleeps of the night" and insensitivity to earplugs or oropax. Those who book should avoid the even room numbers and insist on a room with a view of Rue Auguste Liesch. Sleeping with the window open is impossible, and with the window closed the air becomes scarce. The hotel should think about noise protection measures. These rooms should not even be offered to guests who are not only staying for a day or two. You shouldn't hope for relaxation here. Although this does not belong here, it should be mentioned: at the moment, Ukrainian refugees are lovingly accommodated here, who can also behave as hotel guests. We have seen enough of neglected hotels. The food in the evening was good, but if the Ukrainians are also offered the "Plat du jour" in the evening, one could also think about whether one could offer the same to the other guests. The breakfast item was good, but tomatoes and cucumbers would have been good too.
Despite the heating being completely turned off and all windows open all the time, it remained uncomfortably warm in the room - and that in mid-October with outside temperatures of 5 - 18 degrees Celsius. When I asked, I got the answer that the problem was known and could not be fixed. The high temperatures would be caused by the existing hot water pipes. In Suite 319, which we lived in, we could only stay very lightly clothed and sleep without covers at night to at least prevent sweating to some extent. The kitchen equipment was enough for the preparation of a breakfast.
It was hot in the room (no air-conditioning) and if you put the window open, there's a lot of noise from de highway!

Hotel was really good, service very welcoming and friendly. As my daughter is vegetarian (and I eat little to no meat) the range of food was limited (and my daughter ate fish which was the first time in a long time). We however understand that the entire region is very meat-orientated so it wasn't a real problem, but small things like Soya or Oat milk, and maybe a few small vegetarian meals would have made a difference for us. However, definitely didn't stop us from enjoying it. Due to the heat outside the room as very warm too .. maybe an A/C would have helped. But again, didn't stop us at all from enjoying it

The standard room is really very small. Unfortunately, you can only sit on a chair (very uncomfortable) or lie on the bed. The windows can only be fully opened/not tilted. The staff is very nice Breakfast buffet is great.
This was a comfortable stay. Dudelange is not the most suitable tourist town, but the hotel was okay for our needs. Receptionist could have been a little more helpful regarding my request regarding parking in Lux City. But she was very pleasant and the atmosphere of the hotel was good.
Easy to find, very friendly people, our room was upgraded to a studio without further charge when the person behind the reception saw me ( 6"9 tall) so I would have no problem showering. The studio looked amazing. One thing I would give as advice would be to add a lock on the bathroom door.

Hello, we rated it 5/5. The staff was very friendly (to us, to our kids), the room was good, the bathroom was very nice, there were a lot of windows to get fresh air into the room, there was water, coffee, a lot of towels, ... The bed & sheets were comfortable.

Very clean and tidy. However, the entire hotel is dated. The receptionist on arrival could have been a bit friendlier. Breakfast was fine.

The food is very good and the breakfast is very plentiful and freshly prepared, there is something delicious for everyone! The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very polite and very friendly to their guests! Everything is very clean and shines! Free parking is also great. I'll be back! Shops can be reached within five minutes what more could you ask for
