friendly welcome and atmosphere. The meal is excellent, particularly some nice surprises with the “carte blanche” menu.
For 17 years I have been visiting the hotels in France 3 to 4 times a week and more particularly for the past 5 years the Logis de France for the quality of their services, so I booked the Côté Lac de Savenay hotel for the night from October 24 to 25, 2023 with my eyes closed, but I never should have! However, it started well: pleasant welcome by the employee, nice setting, natural environment... when I arrived in the room I found that it was cold (12°C outside) in fact the thermostat was at zero. Before leaving for dinner I raised the thermostat to the maximum...2 hours later still cold, so I called the reception, response: "we don't have time we are in full service" except that at 11 p.m. I didn't had always seen anyone. I had to call the reception which I did not get anyway and obviously a little exasperated I left a not very pleasant message and strangely a few seconds later the boss knocked on the door, to yell at me loudly and saying that he couldn't do anything, only that I had to keep the blanket that I had already had on me for 4 hours (it was barely 14 degrees in the room) and telling me that I was the only one without heating. After checking, at breakfast, I was not the only one! A couple with children had no heating either, and so did my colleague. Flee, flee, good people, this hotel, the boss is unfriendly, disrespectful and a liar! Too bad because the employees are friendly and welcoming and the food is pleasant, but that unfortunately doesn't make up for the rest.

Small charming hotel restaurant in the middle of the woods and on the edge of a lake… Very warm welcome by the staff. At the level of the restaurant, it's a real TREAT!! I really recommend this establishment. Very professional staff
Everything went well, the rooms and the people were very good, but there was something lacking (not able to get wifi, and the television was in subtitles, failed to change, at some point in the evening there was no more television) meal very good and people are listening I recommend
We announced a late arrival and therefore had the access code to the night hotel. Our room being locked, we could not have access to it and our multiple calls to the emergency number were unsuccessful. So we were getting ready to sleep in the car when other travelers arrived. Luckily they had another cell phone number and someone came 20 minutes later. Assessment, arrival 10.50 p.m., access to the room 00.15 a.m.
a pleasant stay during a stopover. the hotel is ideally located next to lake savenay. The dinner was very good, the dishes are sought after. very welcoming, friendly staff.

Charming hotel in a calm and peaceful environment, with the lake nearby which allows walks. The catering is of an excellent standard. The breakfast is composed of very good products. The staff is friendly, smiling and very attentive to best satisfy its customers. I highly recommend, go there with your eyes closed.

In the evening stopover, take an aperitif in addition, not even a few things to accompany, while customers in the evening restaurant have an appetizer.

Very happy with the relationship with a very warm welcome from a receptionist who found a solution to my vegetarian needs when it was the cook's day off. Very good information by the receptionist about the possibilities that could best suit my needs. Disappointed, however, to never be able to find the possibility of having breakfast in the evening, an early stopover to arrive at the construction sites full of energy (start of shift between 6 and 7 am)
top reception a young dynamic team we go from hotel to hotel during our holidays and it was the best welcome we had, family room with balcony it was hot but it was hot all over France
Without air conditioning, Too bad there wasn't enough fan for everyone.. The night of the peak temperature 40 degrees.. Not easy to sleep... the evening stage over 100€, it's a bit high
The installation of an arbor is in progress. A definite plus to enjoy your aperitif with a view of the lake!
