Sehr freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer, alles was nötig ist zum Uebernachten war vorhanden. Matratze sehr weich. Auto kann im Hof gratis parkiert werden. 150 m vom ÖV und Bahnhof. In 10 Min. n Basel. Danke. Komme wieder.

We arrived very early and could check-in already, very pleasant. Center of Basel is within 1 hour walk. Brasserie Runser hasta a pleasant terrace and lovely French food.

The room was very clean and the private parking was nice. However, the room on the ground floor was not soundproof at all (child crying from the next room). The bed is too small, the mattress in poor condition. Reception is unprofessional. There was thawed bread for breakfast.
Great location, the train station is just a few steps away, parking is free, my room was small but clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. To go to Basel, you can take tram no. 3 which leaves directly behind the station or the bus. Also recommended for people who have a flight from the airport very early in the morning, then there is a shuttle from the station. Flawless!
Pleasant welcome, cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, efficient wifi (which is rare), two downsides, the shower was a bit small, no power supply at the headboard. Free private parking, quality breakfast.

Not to be recommended. Cold room as well as the bathroom I asked to go somewhere else refused ...'''' to finally access the bath I waited 5 hours for the time needed to feel the heat a little I had asked for a room at the, calm, barely lost the room Ground floor view of a very busy street passage of motorcycles noise and exaggerated acceleration noisy cars ... etc,.....' A nightmare. Around 9 p.m. asked for a heater to have a little more comfort refused. The person who had to adjust the heating on radiators with a thermostat instead of raising the temperature, this one was kissed zero comfort in the morning, totally cold room. The next morning sore throat cough cold. I entered this hotel in good health...I came out sick. I avoid talking about the reception, same observation. No right to speak, unpleasant and pretentious person This is my opinion on this well-decorated, pleasant, clean accommodation with respect to the remains of lamentable behavior. Cordially

The shower without hot water in the morning before starting a big day with a plane flight, it's really not terrible. I didn't complain at the time, because I would have exploded… Otherwise, it's okay.
Very nice hotel with a welcoming staff.
The only negative was that there was no one to welcome us when we arrived at 1pm. We had to wait for over an hour, with full luggage outside, before someone came to reception.
But I have realized in retrospect that this is something you do in France - to stay closed in the middle of the day.

Good welcome, clean room, but the layout of this one (in H) was particularly oppressive. When we woke up, we had only one desire: to leave the place as soon as possible. In addition, I'm not sure that the room we got corresponded to our reservation ("great comfort"). This is probably due to the fact that the receptionist had no record of our reservation when we arrived (the room had already been paid for and we had received a confirmation email). Finally, when we returned to the hotel at the end of the evening, no place in the parking lot. We were forced to park much further, in front of a private residence. Rather disappointing experience.
The female receptionist was not welcoming and inviting at all. Not certain why the hotel door is locked during the day? As a guest you have to ring the bell first...
The hotel room seemed to receive a renovation recently. Hence, giving the room a fresh and clean touch. The standing fan was great, but still did not provide a cool room in the night. The mattress is a disaster as it is laid through. Ample parking space just behind the hotel. 4min drive to the airport which is convenient.

The air-conditioned corridors of the hotel gave hope of a temperate room during an evening whose temperatures certainly reached extremes. Unfortunately, a fan acted as air conditioning, largely insufficient for the temperatures of 30/31 degrees that we suffered that evening. I wrongly assumed that a night without breakfast at €100 would certainly include air conditioning in the room... The price is in my opinion not in line with the equipment offered.

The proximity of the airport makes the hotel an excellent resting point before a trip. The comfortable rooms would still be cramped for an extended stay. In temperate weather, the lack of air conditioning is not a problem. The outdated nature of the general equipment does not justify the price. Courteous and helpful staff.
