Very good stay, very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was not very big and located on the street side, but this is not a problem because the noise is well muffled and the noise of the road does not bother at all. We slept very well there. As for the cuisine, it is excellent. Congratulations to the chef who really deserves his title of distinguished table. The price is correct considering the excellent meal served. A hotel to recommend. I will return without hesitation.

The room is spartan, but neat. The material used for the pillow and duvet cover is not our thing; we prefer linen. The restaurant and the food were very tasty and refined. The service was professional and attentive.

Zeer leuk hotel met ruime mooie kamers. Het dinner is yesterday altijd top! In order to do so, it is correct. Enkel miste ik bij het bijt echt vers fruit en mss wat meer kaas en thee mogelijkheden maar dit is misschien persoonlijke smaak.

It was a good surprise, even if our choice immediately fell towards this address based on the merits of its website. We were looking for a stopover towards the south and chance worked out so well that we spontaneously repeated this same stop on our return, especially as it fell on Valentine's Day evening (and the first time that we had to celebrate it, not being really inclined to observe the calendar of commercial holidays).
An inn as we like them in France! 4 generations to serve you! From the moment you enter, you know that everything is going to go well, the love of hospitality, the passion in the kitchen...we let ourselves be carried away by a staff happy to welcome you to share a great experience with you. The rooms are very well equipped, the bedding perfect. The cuisine is exceptional and in the dining room, right next to the fireplace, you feel at home. How good it is to stay in Coulombiers!

The accommodation is very beautiful and the food absolutely delicious. However, I do not recommend the small room facing the street above the main road, as it is not only noisy, but the headlights of passing cars illuminate the room all night long despite the curtain and shutters. The TV and internet also did not work in this room. I also regretted the distinction and separation between business travelers on the overnight package and other guests during dinner; all the tables in the room heated by the fireplace were reserved and inaccessible to overnight guests, even upon arrival at opening time.
