Fijn dat er werd meegedacht en een kamer gewisseld werd ivm niet werkend licht op de andere kamer
Prachtig hotel om La Roche-en-Ardenne te bezoeken.
Have stayed here several times and always had a good stay. Hotel is now being modernised and that is making it an even more pleasant environment. Lovely situation beside the river. Good food. Very friendly service by a team that care about their guests.
Onveilig hotel,heb me met mijn hoofd gestoten tegen het lage plaffond,waar ik nu nog last van heb aan mijn hoofd,terras was erbarmelijk klein en onveilig en dat voor 390 euro,neen replace krijg je hier niet voor!!!

This was my first stay at this hotel. It was chance that chose. I can say with certainty that I will return, whether for professional or private reasons. This has already been agreed with my wife as the photos I took were revealing of the quality of the hotel, as well as the story I gave her of my visit to this magnificent place. Quality of service, spacious and luxurious room, large bathroom with a large shower, very large restaurant and above all meal quality well above average if not perfect. I recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Wij waren niet op de hoogte van de verbouwingen bij het boeken. De helft van het hotel is bouwwerf. Gelukkig waren er geen werken aan de gang toen wij er waren. We kregen een zeer slechte kamer 'junior suite' bij aankomst: donker, verouderd, zeer klein terras dat maar half was afgewerkt: half betegeld en een werf-ballustrade. Na klagen kregen we wel een mooie kamer. Ontbijt was heel goed. De tuin is ook heel mooi. We vinden het in het algemeen niet kunnen dat het hotel nog open is tijdens de werken en vooral dat dit niet duidelijk vermeld wordt op de site en de prijzen gezien de omstandigheden zeer hoog zijn.

Very good renewed and friendly people
I booked this hotel for one night with a half-board package (72€ in addition to the room including 36€ for breakfast). When we arrived, I asked for the menu that was on offer, it did not suit us, we asked if it was possible to dine a la carte. Answer affirmative, result we had fun and had dinner for about 180€. The next morning we skipped breakfast because we weren't hungry. When leaving this establishment and therefore paying, I pointed out that the breakfasts had been counted in the invoice. So I asked for them to be deducted, the receptionist told me that was not possible after asking the manager. So I insisted and asked to see the manager who didn't even deign to come to us. Finally 30€ were deducted, it is more than mean to keep 6€.... Moreover during this stay, a party was organized so a lot of noise very late and to top it off the room adjoining ours was occupied by two very noisy people from this party who went to bed around 2:30 am. Last point, this establishment is very poorly insulated because you can hear the conversations of neighbors and if you have a room that faces the front, be aware that it is located on a very busy road. Conclusion: I am extremely disappointed with this establishment.
Big door problem. Door of the room which opens towards the corridor, in the opposite direction of the exit. A danger in the event of a problem... Interior door of the bedroom which serves as a +/- door for the bathroom.
Great Hotel. Very pleasant setting (on the side of a noisy and fast-moving road), very green hotel grounds. Ballad to do The hotel's cuisine is simply divine, high quality products, presentation of the dishes very well. The service between each dish is a little too long. Very good table.
