I booked this hotel for one night with a half-board package (72€ in addition to the room including 36€ for breakfast). When we arrived, I asked for the menu that was on offer, it did not suit us, we asked if it was possible to dine a la carte. Answer affirmative, result we had fun and had dinner for about 180€. The next morning we skipped breakfast because we weren't hungry. When leaving this establishment and therefore paying, I pointed out that the breakfasts had been counted in the invoice. So I asked for them to be deducted, the receptionist told me that was not possible after asking the manager. So I insisted and asked to see the manager who didn't even deign to come to us. Finally 30€ were deducted, it is more than mean to keep 6€.... Moreover during this stay, a party was organized so a lot of noise very late and to top it off the room adjoining ours was occupied by two very noisy people from this party who went to bed around 2:30 am. Last point, this establishment is very poorly insulated because you can hear the conversations of neighbors and if you have a room that faces the front, be aware that it is located on a very busy road. Conclusion: I am extremely disappointed with this establishment.

Big door problem. Door of the room which opens towards the corridor, in the opposite direction of the exit. A danger in the event of a problem... Interior door of the bedroom which serves as a +/- door for the bathroom.

Great Hotel. Very pleasant setting (on the side of a noisy and fast-moving road), very green hotel grounds. Ballad to do The hotel's cuisine is simply divine, high quality products, presentation of the dishes very well. The service between each dish is a little too long. Very good table.

When you live in the city, a quiet weekend is priceless

The room was quite small but compensated for by the super shower. The beds were very comfortable and the bedside lighting was good.
The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken but reception was able to give me one.
Wi-fi reception was hit and miss - a shame as it was one of the few days that we needed it.

A little bit outdated but everything is super super clean. The People are very friendly. And our dog was more then welcome. I loved it!

Bediening probeert wel wat Nederlands maar een enkeling kan je in het Nederlands helemaal helpen. Menukaart is beperkt voor een verblijf van 4 nachten of langer. Inrichting is sfeervol, zuiver en netjes. Maar alles is gedateerd en toe aan onderhoud. Maar toch acceptabel in zijn geheel.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, respectful, hard-working, and take measures to protect guests & staff from the spread of COVID. This location is an excellent hub for many hiking/biking trails and is walkable to the town of La Roche-en-Ardennes. I didn't need a car to have a great experience!

Hôtel qui a besoin d'une forte rénovation s'il veut garder ses 4 étoiles. Ceci vaut surtout pour la chambre à coucher, mis aussi pour le repas du soir (trop longue attente et qualité qui laisse à désirer à cause de l'excédent de sel dans les plats). Mettre au moins une poubelle dans le jardin serait également une bonne chose, ne fusse que pour y mettre les déjections des chiens.
Dans les points positifs figurent l'accueil familial, le petit-déjeuner, le jardin et les facilités offertes.

Via Expedia geboekt, maar bij aankomst bleek dat het hotel reeds lange tijd was volgeboekt.
De hotelhouder heeft werkelijk alles uit de kast getrokken om voor ons elders een kamer te regelen. De man vond het oprecht zeer vervelend, terwijl de situatie was ontstaan door (voor de zoveelste keer) het niet functioneren van Expedia.
Wij zullen nooit meer boeken via Expedia en raden iedereen aan dat ook niet te doen.
Voor het hotel echter een heel dikke pluim!!!

Accueil et déjeuner impeccable.
En ce qui concerne la chambre, nous avions choisi une chambre classique.
Nous avons été déçu par la literie. ( anciens matelas ou matelas de mauvaise qualité).
Chambre à l'avant de l'hôtel , très bruyante: ce sont d'anciens chassis simple vitrage et l'hôtel est situé le long d'une route avec beaucoup de circulation.
Confort de cette chambre pas digne d'un 4 ****

Tout était parfait excepté la chaleur étouffante de la chambre située sous les toits.
