Muy cercano del centro y de la estacion de tren. El personal del hotel muy amables, te atienden en español, la limpieza magnifica, cada dia te cambian las toallas. El desayuno genial.

We hace reserved with Booking and had a problem with traffic in our Way to the hotel. The hotel didnt want to receive us before the schedule of check in for only 25 minutes, and wanted We gave them the Numbers of the bank card to pay other mounts. We decided book other hotel in the night.
Everything was perfect cleanliness bedding comfort equipment
A motel that looks pretty bad right away as you cross the threshold, dirty and poorly maintained, tiny rooms and old-fashioned furnishings, low bed and very uncomfortable mattress. I do not recommend. The only positive note is the convenient location in the historic center, within walking distance.

Very practical parental suite with 3 children. Access facility. Paid but secure garage. Good for a night out on a long drive. Breakfast to the person you have to ask for it when you arrive. We didn't.

We booked for 2 nights. Our train was delayed and we couldn’t get to the hotel by the strict 2000 cutoff time for checkin. I got a phonecall on the train asking where we were but it was not at all helpful….more irritated because we hadn’t turned up in time. We were not offered a code to open the front door late, unlike the alternative hotel in Perpignan where we eventually lodged.for the night. No compensation was offered by the hotel du midi. Next day we made it to Narbonne in the morning but couldn’t check in till 1600 because of the strict check-in times. We did not feel welcomed even then. The receptionist was surly and arrogant. The room was clean but tiny. The internet didn’t work. My wife asked if she could smoke outside in the back yard and was told absolutely not….the hotel is strictly non smoking even in the back carpark. Very unfriendly.
We were rather happy to leave and felt we had been treated as a nuisance, rather than paying customers.

A correct hotel, halfway between the urban center and the great buffets. It has parking in the same establishment and on the street it is easy to park. Correct room and bathroom. Very attentive reception.

very bad experience, we called three times in the same day to find out if there was parking in front of the hotel and three times the receptionist told us yes, that there is parking in front of the hotel or everything is full all day. the private car park is blocked at 8 p.m. but it was raining. The receptionist was audacious, hides in order not to talk to you, the dog walks around and lands on you, it is impossible to have breakfast when the next morning it was served for 2 people, we were 6! and did not get an explanation. impossible to recover our etik points. this hotel does not deserve to be housed!

i only stayed at this hotel because i was stuck in narbonne because my coach was over an hour and a half late so i missed my connecting train. i had to call my mum to book this for me whilst i worked out how to get into narbonne centre so i was unaware that the check in time was until eight pm, booking.com tells you to enter your check in time (i told my mum i would be arriving between nine and ten since it was already eight and i didnt know yet where i was going), the booking confirmation email was received at 1959 local time. so if check in is up to eight pm then they should not allow you to make a reservation.
i arrived just at 2100 and the pin code for the door didn't work and i waved at the person at the reception who proceeded to lecture me repeatedly that i should have arrived in time. i apologised and understand that it was an inconvenience for them but i didn't even have a chance to explain because i was just lectured repeatedly on how i needed to be there on time. i found it extremely patronising and rude and i didn't appreciate it after my extremely stressful day of travelling.
i was then told to pay the tax which i was happy to do (however i have since looked at the booking email and seen that the tax was included in the price on booking.com). it was only one euro but i had no cash on me because i forgot to get some out when i arrived at the train station. the person at reception wouldn't let me pay by card and didn't bother telling me where the closest cash machine was, they just told me to go next door to a shop to buy something and get some money back. when i went to the shop they said no card, so i had to look up on google where the nearest cash machine was, it was seventeen minutes walk so i ran there and back (i tried to go back to inform them that i might be a while but they had left the desk) and when i returned i was once again lectured on how i need to have money etc. on the booking confirmation it says they accept card, i know one euro is a ridiculous amount for a card transaction but i didn't expect it to be so little. and, again, i had already paid for the tax online on booking.com
the person at the reception then told me how lucky i was that he was there (which yes i do appreciate that someone was there to let me in after check in time finished but i thanked and apologised but these lectures continued on and on) and that i should leave a good review to which i replied that i would but only because i didn't want to be turfed out onto the street to wait twelve hours for my train to leave
when i got to my room it seemed clean but was very average, but then i found the duvet cover was ripped open on one corner and the water in the bathroom left an oily residue on my hands that i could not wash off no matter how i tried. i tried using both the sink and the shower and the water was just oily and i could not deal with it. because of the gross water i ended up being dehydrated because i didnt have much water left with me and i was too tired to go wandering out to buy bottled water (which id prefer not to do anyway because of single use plastics)
the only pros are that this was a secure room for me to sleep in (5/10 comfort on the bed) with my belongings with wifi (although i had to keep logging back in to it). if i hadn't been alone i might have preferred to save money and time and just wait outside the train station all night. i opted to leave early at eight am instead of hanging around in the hotel room and went to the train station early
also the toilet roll was just sheets in a dispenser which was weird

Great welcome
Very warm welcome: advice, a smile and easy procedures. The very positive point of the hotel as well as its location (5min walk from the historic heart) The room was spacious (double privilege) and the bed comfortable except for the pillow. Besides, it's more of a sofa cushion than a pillow. It was too domed and not wide. Nevertheless, I would gladly return to the hotel for the welcome, the room and the location.
