Very good, easy to park in the venue. Room is decent, clean but a bit expensive as is breakfast 12.50 per person.

A quiet room, with only the sound of seagulls, a 5-minute walk from the historic center!
Rooms 32 and 16 that we occupied are more than mediocre and do not correspond at all to the photos on the site. Room 32: shower full of mold in the joints, very very narrow access, very worn sink faucet, cracked sink unit marble, NO ventilation in the bathroom, imagine the quality of the air after your shower not to mention the unusable mirror due to the mud. Only one bedside table which unfortunately placed on the side of the bed without a power outlet to power my breathing aid (CPAP) .... first price parquet flooring damaged in places ... For room 17, impossible to take a shower without flooding the room, no ventilation and therefore the same as room 37. Breakfast too expensive compared to what you are offered (2 mini mini pain chocolat + a mini mini croissant and finally a mini mini baguette + drink and that's it, no extra baguette available, no cheese, ham, fruit ...) ... Very poor value for money ...

The +: Very well located hotel. Close to the train station and the restaurant Les Grands Buffets. Possibility to take a VTC from the hotel to the restaurant. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Clean room. Very good welcome, wifi ok. Perfect for a night as a stopgap. The -: small room, no fridge and no bar (so no ice cubes), hotel and reception not open 24/7. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and had to wait 2 hours outside. Average quality/price ratio: we paid €100.60, a bit expensive for what it is.
Arrived in Narbonne for a meal at the grand buffet. This hotel is ideally located 10 minutes walk from the grand buffets, warm welcome. Possibility of a closed parking lot for your car quick access to the hotel, very well maintained

Very clean hotel and room, well located to get to the old town of Narbonne on foot, and accessible on foot from the train station in about 20 minutes. Bus stops nearby. I was on a stopover. There is no restaurant in the hotel so the hotel provides a voucher to go to a nearby restaurant (in this case for me: Tablao Flamenco 200 m from the hotel, good). Strong point: breakfast with an individual bag of pastries ready to eat on site or take away (practical and hygienic) and a very welcoming housekeeper. Weak point: a little old and the view from the room was uninteresting. Average soundproofing. The hotel reception is friendly, nothing more.
I highly recommend this hotel, very welcoming, very well located, close to the center, charming staff, deserves an extra star.

Hotel 2⭐️ meets expectations. The bedding is good and the rooms are very clean, that's the main thing. The hostess could be smiling and show a little enthusiasm, this would not take away from the good points of the hotel mentioned above on the contrary.
