En revanche très froid dans la chambre et système de chauffage très bruyant mais ne chauffe pas
Pas d'eau chaude le soir (oubli de mise en marche des ballons dixit l'accueil), douche dont on ne pouvait accrocher le pommeau au mur (fixation non présente), poignée de porte de la cabine de douche mal fixée, problème d'évacuation d'eau le matin. J'aurais aimé un geste commercial de la direction qui n'est hélas jamais venu (j'ai demandé). Ajoutons à ça un petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qu'il était (qualité très médiocre et faible choix). Bref je ne recommande pas.

Restaurant closed. Little personal attenties. Restaurant was closed although there was a group eating, Nice smell but No food for us. We only could go to the macdonalds. We do not check in for another time.
Standard hotel room was fine, but we didn’t feel comfortable as a couple staying at the hotel.
The fire doors were left open and there seemed to be many men who were guests at the hotel, who made us feel uncomfortable as they stood around in groups. They talked loudly in the corridors late at night, too.
The restaurant was closed on the Sunday night when we stayed. We couldn’t find an alternative restaurant so we had to drive out of town to a Buffalo Grill.

Very welcoming staff
We usually stay at this hotel, having family nearby. This hotel is well located near a park, in a quiet area. The rooms are well maintained. Animals accepted. Possibility of having lunch at the hotel, which we do in the evening: starter, main course and dessert for €20, which seems reasonable to us. On the other hand, breakfast is too expensive (€11.50). We appreciate paying resort fees only at check-out.
PMR room reserved 15 days ago. But on our arrival, we are told that the elevator is broken and that the gentleman in PMR will have to climb the stairs! Impossible ! We were not warned at all, even though the elevator had been out of order since the day before and I had called the same lunchtime to confirm our reservation and reserve, at the same time, a table for the restaurant. The icing on the cake: we had to manage ourselves to find another room in another establishment in Romorantin. It was 6:50 p.m. then. NB: my father is 93 years old and it was, moreover, the heat wave. And Hotel Cit didn't even offer a glass of water. In short, shameful and hotel to flee urgently!
This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars at all.
It's very clean and comfortable. The team is very pleasant, the meal excellent value for money.
Not necessarily very modern, but is it essential to be at the forefront of fashion? Not sure ! But everything is very good: - the room very pleasant, large, air-conditioned …. Bathroom for once at the top !! Marble effect of the best effect…. And the staff, very friendly! And the place…. Just Impeccable…. For those who have a dog, a park with a pond is the…. And yet you are right in the heart of the city!!! What more can I say except that I know where I will go on my next visit to Romorantin…. To the pyramid! It's certain !! Ah yes, very important thing…. While 15 days before I had booked in a hotel where I am used to, the owner of the said hotel, 48 hours before our arrival, warned me that the room was already rented…. And I had the chance to give his to the hotel the pyramid…. And I clearly did well! I recommend it….. Small defect: hotel guests throwing their cigarettes out of the windows…. Or who empty their ashtrays directly in the parking lot!!! Not cool ! But the hotel has nothing to do with it, if some customers are disgusting
Awakened by the barking of a dog, not very pleasant. I think the masters were at breakfast. I didn't like it too much. Otherwise slept very well.
On the road to our vacation this hotel is not too "vacation". Some boarding workers here don't respect others too much. The restaurant can do better, despite the goodwill of the waitress.
Arrived in the slot indicated, we are invited to eat "outside"... understand elsewhere. We find ourselves forced to find another place to eat after long hours of driving. (Because we would be the only customers, otherwise...this argument will however be repeated to another group of people arriving half an hour after us. UNACCEPTABLE!) Despite the presence of an elevator, we are invited to take the stairs , and its creaking, loud, slamming door leads into our bedroom. We haven't slept all night! The bathroom seems to be under construction (no finish, air conditioning pipe that goes into the shower) but the water is hot. The room: worn and dirty carpet (various stains...) and the curtain installed too far from the window does not allow for darkness. The air conditioning starts to make a hell of a racket (purge??) to the point of having to stop it in the middle of the night so as not to wake up the few guests who would have found sleep. Only positive points: the bedding is good, the minibar quiet and the water hot.
The toilet open to the room is not what I prefer. We had to have a room with air conditioning it was there but did not work. Otherwise pleasant passage with a park right next to the hotel
Very good value for money
Hotel announced "under renovation" .. it is therefore difficult to give a very positive rating .. since the elevator is given "out of order" = a little embarrassing when you find yourself with a room on the 2nd floor and the timer of the hallway and staircase is very small
We were very bothered by noise from the neighborhood (people were talking very loudly) until 2 am. So very short night. When we arrived there was a foul smell in the bathroom. Torn carpet in the bedroom.

Unacceptable, not my first time here and usually no problem. However my last catastrophic passage, indeed being a delivery driver I got up at 4 am to travel about 600 km arrived at the hotel I took my room and asked to eat I was categorically refused when I usually eat at the restaurant no problem. So pay attention ⚠️ ⚠️ to this hotel.
Very pleasant welcome. Simple but good meal. Continental breakfast, very correct. The only negative are the doors and windows which creaked horribly. But I recommend.
Noisy door worries thinking about installing gongs
The room is fine. But located above the kitchens with Vmc engine, the air conditioning is being installed. Impossible to sleep with the window open. Singing frogs!!!!! Work in progress, so should not be a problem in the future.
We had taken a PMR room which was spacious but we were very disappointed because over the 3 nights we spent at the hotel, no cleaning was done in the room and we had to ask for clean towels during our entire stay in this 3 star.

Very good experience as it is. The breakfast was not quite complete compared to the price. Another negative point: you can hear the doors slam from 6.30am.
A flat on the shower which becomes extremely slippery and dangerous without any safety bar. Otherwise very good bedding and very satisfactory room. On the other hand, deplorable breakfast at 8am, no more bread, no more pastries and after an hour still no refill...11€50 per person for a small piece of cake and an orange juice and a compote it is very expensive . After several customer requests to the hostess, everything was in the oven but not hot!!! A tip would be to preheat the oven in advance and anticipate breakfasts when the hotel is full on a bridge day... no one to handle phone calls, departures, cleaning tables and transporting trays to the back room does not allow you to take care of reloading the buffet.

Work in progress on the hallway ceiling, not bothersome at all.
The room was not prepared, nor was the next one offered to me... There was no Wifi, the heating in the room is an auxiliary radiator near the bed, a light bulb in the room no longer works. Work is in progress in the hallway, a 10cm hole above the bedroom door, pipes and cables hanging down, ... Equipment generally dilapidated. The dinner is very basic. The price, on the other hand, remains unchanged despite these disadvantages...
Cigarette smell in the room and in the corridors, very unpleasant in view of the price
We chose this hotel because we were attending a show at the nearby La Pyramide (500m walk). Quiet hotel, large secure car park, adjacent park for a short stroll. Excellent welcome, smiling and caring staff. Renovation work is going on in the hotel (it needs it), so you have to accept some inconvenience. Heating problem in our room (double room, view of the park) and also, big disappointment with the open bathroom (and WC), which we had completely missed when booking, because it was mentioned nowhere. With the toilets neither closed nor even half hidden, the partner enjoys the sight and... the smell! Despite an almost full establishment, we were able to change rooms quickly thanks to the kindness of the staff. In the new room (simpler), a light bulb was missing from a wall lamp and the towel dryer in the bathroom (closed this time) did not work. Time to go to dinner and everything was put back in order when we returned. Great responsiveness from the staff, and with a smile too! Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bedding, good soundproofing. Classic continental breakfast certainly, but where nothing was missing. To conclude, pleasant hotel, stay to repeat when we return to Romorantin.
While the hotel was empty, we were assigned a room whose state of dilapidation is inconceivable from a host, dilapidated convector, patches of paint and plaster that come off the walls leaking into the bathroom in short an experience that we will not renew in this hotel
For a 3 star I find that the hotel is not at all satisfactory. The cleanliness really leaves something to be desired. No hot water in the bathroom. At night it is very cold in the room. The restaurant is not bad. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Very good welcome, staff very available, and responsive, but aging hotel - initially the door lock had no battery, so impossible to enter the room, then we were changed rooms because in the 1st room the tv did not work, and in the 2nd at the start there was no hot water, and the heating in the bathroom did not work either. Too bad because otherwise very comfortable and super nice team - welcoming and very very available, who do their best to make the stay very pleasant, hence my notes.
We are used to staying in hotels. I believe that by choosing a room over 90 euros, the customer has the right to have a more correct room, so (very annoying broken shower head for the shower), 1 glass for coffee and no sugar. Really leaves something to be desired. I have read some unfriendly comments. I would not recommend your hotel. So

Good morning! Clean hotel and rooms. Most: parking, accept dogs with small park directly accessible next door. Restaurant with full board and half board. Excellent quality cheese charcuterie board. Very nice waitress, good service. Cons: in the restaurant we were a little disappointed by the overcooked and uncut beef cut with the round knives provided. Dessert ok. Room not air-conditioned (nevertheless we were provided with a fan). No shower curtain so water gets everywhere. Cold reception on Friday but very pleasant on Saturday and Sunday
The air conditioning was broken in the room both nights were complicated.
Arriving at 7:30 p.m. the reception informs us that our room was no longer available, after 45 minutes the very unpleasant receptionist gives us 1 card and it is my daughter who must go and check if the room is free...(which is not very normal at 98€36 per night) and miracle the room is free...after that it improves the room is clean, although there is no privacy in the room the bathroom is not partitioned...and the cold water tap only delivers hot water certainly so that customers in this heat wave can drink at the hotel bar... there is 1 coffee machine with 1/2 bottle of hot volvic also.... otherwise the air conditioning very good, the cleanliness, the towels, the bedding was correct for this type of establishment and the hotel very quiet .... in short, apart from the reception not very professional and the time lost, we had to settle for a fast food to eat, the establishments of the city and even the restaurant of the hotel no longer taking customers ele from 9 p.m....

very good hotel, well located .. comfortable bedding, quiet just need a small fridge to put bottles of water in the fridge when the weather obliges it to redo the joints at the level of the bathtub and the sink we had a bathtub in our bathroom, very nice, might lack a bath screen, which would allow us to shower standing up (we are quite tall 1.80 / 1.95 m)

Hotel cher pour la qualité de la chambre, lit avec ressort (on sent tout), douche sans pression, tâche sur les serviettes en arrivant.. au retour de notre journée lit fait ainsi que les serviettes changés !

Decent hotel, but bathroom to redo for a 3 star standard
The hotel is dreadful - haphazardly miss run by a few people that don't even bother to try anymore - the hotel itself is rundown and in disrepair.

Not to mention the elevator which was out of order (which can be understandable), this morbid hotel left us with a bitter taste. A tiny bathtub without a shower screen with a pipe far too small to pass the water under our heads The comfort of the mattress leaves something to be desired and the old Lidl fan in the room says it all .. no air conditioning and an abominable heat throughout the night Can do better value for money fortunately the receptionist was adorable.
Overall correct hotel: good welcome, good value for money, cleanliness. Only if the room is completely correct and conforms to the photos on the site, unfortunately the bathroom is from another age (hand shower without support which drags in the bathtub, no curtain to avoid splashes, average taps, flushing very noisy toilet water, paint to refresh). This did not prevent us from having a good stay, the remark on the bathroom aimed at highlighting that an improvement is absolutely necessary. Especially since for us this Hotel is very close to the A 85, and allows us to take a break on our vacation route. Cordially.
Pleasant staff, good restaurant. Convenient location.
You can see that the hotel is under renovation. The quality of the rooms is very uneven. Our bathroom had a walk in shower while others still have tubs and are very shabby. A hair dryer would also be needed. Air conditioning is not present in all the rooms either, still linked to this ongoing renovation. Hope that the whole hotel is of the same quality because it's the lottery when you arrive! Be sure to ask when booking renovated rooms. We were a group and we were disappointed. Otherwise very pleasant staff. Absolutely correct value for money.

We had booked a comfort plus room. Upon arriving it smelled of sewage so we asked to change rooms which was done immediately! Alright. On the other hand we had a comfort room and the price was the same!!?? I don't understand because the room is much smaller.
