Pleasant hotel, large parking lot, excellent park opposite. I had to ask for towels which weren't provided, but they were very quick and courteous in getting them.

We've been coming to this hotel for many years. We always receive the same warm welcome, both at reception and in the restaurant. Our only criticism concerns the food. While the quality is certainly there, we regret the limited choice of dishes.

No hot water on Saturday morning, the receptionist opened another room for me => no hot water either At the end of the stay, I asked for a commercial gesture, the receptionist refused and finally after litigation I painfully obtained 10% on the first night (9€ on a bill of 187€)

Avoid as quickly as possible between the welcome, the price and the quality, seriously for a 3 star it fully deserves -4 a disgrace

Avoid rooms with two single beds.

Disappointing, run-down hotel, looks like a low-end highway hotel. Doesn't deserve a 3*. Disappointing room (and yet I had chosen the superior). Very dirty carpet. No hot water, just lukewarm for the shower (in the evening, in the morning the hot water was there.) Bad bedding, very very soft mattress. No hairdryer. Broken shower gel holder. No extra pillows. The air conditioning blows but doesn't cool. Very noisy parking lot, trucks running their engines early in the morning and the train passing (railway track next door)

Hello, we appreciated the staff's availability, courtesy, and customer service. Overall, the service was good, both in terms of accommodation and catering.

Difficult to find the hotel, very poorly signposted! Very warm welcome on arrival by the very kind receptionist! 🙂🙂🙂 However, no indication for the room, on which floor and on which side! But nothing serious! However, in the morning at breakfast, barely a hello even though the receptionist was busy, we took our time! No room number requested, and no invitation to help ourselves once finished with the customer! And on departure, no check if the stay was paid for and above all, barely a goodbye 😕😕😕. Hotel close to the city center and ideal for visiting the south of Sologne

Very warm welcome from the staff, very good breakfast, and dinner at the restaurant was quite good. Overall, a very good stay.

Renovated room in a very quiet setting near a park. Very friendly staff. Excellent service at the restaurant. Simple but good meal. Very good value for money.

The price/quality ratio is ok. The restaurant is ok. We will come back if necessary.

Very good stay, modern and clean room

The room provided initially was not even cleaned and it was my first experience to get into a room without any housekeeping from previous stay. Quality of bed was very poor. I got severely back ache after the sleep

Excellent stopover, very good quality establishment, deserves its three stars. Worth a visit both for the hotel and the restaurant.

The welcome is correct as well as the breakfast. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the equipment of the room (bathroom door that does not close, no hooks or coat racks, no cups or toothbrush holders). We were also disappointed by the restaurant (quality of the dishes MEH)

A hotel close to the city center and with a very warm welcome. I recommend this establishment.

Friendly welcome but the lobby was a bit dark. Room was clean but very cold. Heating provided by an air conditioning system that was active from the reception when I arrived. I had to plug in an electric heater placed in a corner of the room and increase the temperature of the air conditioning. Lots of blowing noise all night. Bathroom floor was freezing. Breakfast room was also very cold. This hotel is not recommended for those who are sensitive to the cold.

A practical, friendly step.

The handle of the dividing door in the hallway should be tightened, the wall surface repairs in the bedroom improved, the bathroom heating system was not working and at 3am a discussion between two occupants of a neighbouring room interrupted our sleep and for my part I was unable to fall back to sleep.

correct overall. and a satisfaction in particular for the catering staff (breakfast included) the downsides to denounce: 1) the freezing temperature of the room on our arrival and the lack of empathy of the receptionist on the subject. who should have anticipated our arrival. 2) the rationing at breakfast when reading a poster "a croissant please" !!! shocking in its wording knowing that the price of breakfast is 14 € and for a hotel claiming 3 *** 3) smell of humidity in the bathroom.

The staff were very good. First impression of the hotel was disappointing and it got worse…in a poor, run down position in the town, very badly maintained and the the improvements in the bathrooms were badly installed ( handbasin tap leaning to one side…) wifi was dreadfully slow.
The meal was adequate, though the dessert was dreadful. Breakfast ( very expensive ) had no juice, no croissants and no ham- it had all run out within 15 minutes of service starting, and only a few people staying.
The bed and pillows were awful and I hardly slept. Just a very depressing stay.
I won’t be returning….

The person at reception is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom, shower support in poor condition, toilet pipe not looking great, no heating. Breakfast, fresh bread and pastries from a bakery in the city center would be welcome.

Second time in this hotel, good welcome, room worthy of a correct three star, restaurant on site, very practical.

The hotel deserves a refresh and especially a new chef

1st test, which we will repeat. Much appreciated the calm and the park nearby. After 600km it is appreciable a little walk in the greenery. Only downside the indication of the hotel ... a road that looks like a cycle path and no sign .... we ask ourselves the question "should I go there, am I not in violation ❓️ ❓️ ❓️ ❓️ Another point given the crowd at the restaurant, perhaps consider hiring .... or perhaps extras

The only downside is that there are no more scrambled eggs at 9:30 a.m. for breakfast, no more sugar and the coffee is not strong enough.

Room needs to be refreshed, poorly installed air conditioning and pipe in the shower, smaller bunk bed mattresses, duvets without covers, dirty fridge, broken toilet flap.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area with ample parking. But the general atmosphere appears cold due to the lack of suitable comfort and decorative elements.

Stopover stay for one night, good reception, wait between 2 courses a little long at the restaurant, the cook seemed alone at the stove which explains the delay.

Hotel is not in the best shape and whatever was “renewed” has been done like an amateur. This is unfortunate as the potential iOS good. EXTREMELY noisy due to water pipe and small walls

Very clean room, very kind staff, even large dogs welcome, hearty breakfast and there is something for everyone, both savory and sweet. And in another area, a place where you can let the dogs loose to stretch their legs

The paint in the room is peeling off. The air conditioning is drained by a handyman because it goes directly into the toilet bowl tank and no care is taken in the work. The shower needs to be redone, etc.

Restaurant is very simple. Beds are good. Sanitary facilities are OK.

The establishment is not worth 3 stars far from it. The room smelled of tobacco there would be 10 smokers in the bathroom it would be the same very unpleasant

Good welcome with large, quiet parking lot. Correct room. Breakfast a bit expensive for the choice, there is very little choice of savory foods (bacon, eggs, non-existent ham), it's a shame.

Very pleasant welcome and staff On the other hand very cold in the room and very noisy heating system but does not heat

No hot water in the evening (forgot to turn on the tanks according to reception), shower whose shower head could not be hung on the wall (fixing not present), poorly fixed shower cubicle door handle, problem with evacuation of water in the morning. I would have liked a commercial gesture from management which unfortunately never came (I asked). Add to that a very expensive breakfast for what it was (very poor quality and poor choice). In short, I don't recommend it.
