Good value for money in this well-located hotel on the outskirts of Gap
Hello, I am a regular at this establishment and I have nothing to complain about.
The stays follow one another and are all the same. My previous reviews are still relevant: dilapidated hotel, damaged wallpaper, peeling doors, bathroom fittings needing updating (a "wobbly" shower bar, cramped shower, etc.). We return for convenience (family nearby) and appreciate the garden for breakfast. This time we have to add to the inconveniences the impossibility of using the television due to very poor reception, reported at the end of the first night ("it's because of the storm we were told"), second night identical and the same in the morning despite the good weather. So, no check had been made after our report.
Already a customer of your establishment for several years. Very satisfied with the overall service. It's a shame that the junior suite (no. 2) is not equipped with air conditioning!
This hotel is not recommended. It shames Logis de France. I took photos that I have available. Cobwebs on the spotlights in the room, indeterminate traces of grout on the entrance door of the room, wallpaper peeling or even torn off on some walls, decor from the 1970s and therefore outdated, no air conditioning. When we opened the window because it was 28° in the room, the windowsills had not seen a sponge or a lick of paint for at least 50 years: peeling paint everywhere, dead or living creatures everywhere and so on. A hotel that should definitely not be recommended and avoided at all costs. We have had much cheaper and better quality accommodation. It shames the Logis de France label.
A disappointment, I had kept an excellent image of this hotel....But the quality of the rooms and the bedding have really declined. And this is the 2nd time I've paid for my room in advance!
Decent value for money, but the room lacks air conditioning for summer, which is disappointing. The maid should raise her head/wire, and at the level of the exterior window frames. Otherwise, it was okay overall, but a little disappointed with the partner restaurant regarding the presentation.
Excellent welcome, very good value for money
This wasn't our first visit. Initially, the location was a convenience, but now we happily return when we're in Gap because it feels like home.
Impeccable...you just need a microwave that you can use independently without having to go through reception
Spacious and comfortable room, friendly welcome even by the work-study students, and breakfast... because it's important to start the day well. I recommend it in Gap 😉

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and there is plenty of choice. The quality of the beds is low this is something to be improved.
Too bad the stopover evening was with an average partner and not on site!!
Hello, we have been staying at this hotel once or twice a year for convenience (family nearby) for the past five years. We appreciate its location, its setting (garden at the back for breakfast, quiet rooms facing away from the street), its parking and its friendly staff. Conversely, we are regularly disappointed by its dilapidated state, which has nothing to do with its ranking: stained carpets, peeling, torn or soiled wallpaper, outdated taps (the shower hose, which was visibly already dilapidated, was left in our hands, the shower bar was "wobbly"), dirty or damaged window frames, heating system out of order in winter, etc.). The remarks made verbally and kindly have had no effect. One wonders whether this hotel should be demolished, judging by the presence of a sign announcing construction next door, and this has been the case for several years. If necessary, I can provide you with photos taken in the last few days. Sincerely
