Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The hotel deserves a good refresh (carpets in the rooms, shower room).
First of all, at first glance the room is very good it is a fact, but the cleaning had not been done, cobwebs on the ceiling next to the bed and the headboard. On the information from the hotel it was specified that there was the Canal + package, well not at all and when we went to ask reception the answer was extraordinarily banal, yes we didn't. have not renewed the contract but we have not modified the ad (misleading advertising). Other than that!!!!!!

Hotel is definitely not worth 3 stars. Small room no extra fan / air conditioning doors that cannot be closed. Peeling paint and tile which are broken in the bathroom. Breakfast where meat is discolored in the display case because it has been exposed to the sunlight and the ambient temperature for more than 24 hours. And if you then remove the foil from a bowl of fruit and a wasp comes out, you just want to leave as soon as possible.

Ok experience but at the price of the room, I would have thought that, on a two night stay, the bed would be straightened and the bathroom treated with a change of towels!!!!!!!!!!! One night, two rooms rented. One of the two, family, was very comfortable, well decorated, perfect. But the other is barely correct: faded wallpaper, mold on the bathroom ceiling, questionable taste in the choice of paintings on the wall. We were also woken up by the phone ringing at 6am. We had chosen this hotel because it was communicated that they were equipped with air conditioning, we were disappointed because this was not the case once we arrived in the room. Our room obviously needed a renovation (wardrobe that does not close, dilapidated shower, damaged door bottom, tiled corner and so on...). The breakfast could be improved. Good welcome. We knew this hotel outside the heat wave period. This time we unfortunately realized that not all rooms are air-conditioned. Too bad that this is not specified in the description on Booking which on the contrary indicates "air conditioning" in the list of equipment. The rooms equipped with air conditioning being all occupied, I asked if the hotel could at least provide a fan, unfortunately my request was not followed up. In these periods of heat wave it is preferable to clearly announce the situation to avoid disappointment on arrival. Apart from this lack of comfort and my bad score for the wifi (too slow), overall this hotel is quite nice and I recommend it.

High quality and very helpful staff, when for the rest disappointed: taken Junior Suite, the equipment is not up to par, because beautiful bathroom with shower curtain: redibitory for me especially when you see the mold on the part lying on the ground, a shower door would have been classier! And the cleanliness remains to be desired. I was told that there was no wifi code when announced on the services listed in the room and on the site. No air conditioning in the room these days in a three star hotel is the minimum required, suddenly it did not occur to me to make it an element of choice it seemed so obvious to me. Too bad there is no swimming pool yet a good location to make one, we had to fall back on the municipal swimming pool, not very glamorous for our wedding anniversary, certainly I should have checked this point before validating but at the time of booking far from thinking that it would be the heat wave in June!
