Ma réservation confirmée "soirée étape " m'a été refusée à mon arrivée, ma chambre a été facturée au prix de la soirée etape. J'ai dû ajouter un repas a la brasserie de l'hôtel : saucisse aligot, dessert, un verre de vin 45€ !!

Lovely hotel. The only negative is that in the room you can hear noise from bathrooms in other rooms.
Excellent welcome at the hotel and restaurant. Room ok but the bathroom small and lack of lighting. Also lack of small fridge in the room. The plus is the separate toilet... Nice surprise, they welcome both dogs and humans with great kindness.

One night stay with dinner at La GABALE. I took advantage of the swimming pool but unfortunately the Spa was unavailable for technical reasons. Despite everything, I have good memories of it and actually returned (later) to the brasserie restaurant.
Perfect room, attentive service, brasserie with very good value for money. Two small drawbacks: the menu dishes follow too quickly at the brasserie. We asked for a small break between the starter and the main course, as a result: the fish probably waited and was a little overcooked. At breakfast, when the hotel is full, there is a line at the only coffee machine

They have been making improves to the hotel on a regular basis and there is still work being carried out outside which made parking difficult and at the moment they have no electric car charging facilities

Overrated hotel. Small room. We had 3 single beds stuck in the room when we had booked for a couple. The reception, informed, had absolutely nothing to do. With this 3rd bed there was no way to move in the small room and especially to close the door separating the bedroom and the toilets and the hallway. So noisy room because you could hear the noises from the hallway. Small nice swimming pool. Sauna/hamam space very limited: 1/2 hour shower included so when in addition we have to wait for the soap and the next person arrives early and we are kindly dislodged… that's short!

Very good quality restoration. Room some points to improve: bar, difficult opening of the door. Complexity of home automation equipment. Very good spa (no question about this in the satisfaction survey). Difference in treatment between sock (the cat) and the dog.

There was only one small downside, at breakfast there were a lot of people the room was full, it would be worth enlarging this room a little depending on the visitors. The lady in charge of breakfast did her best, but unfortunately the place was too cramped that day.
