Just some footsteps, because it's poorly insulated, as usual in Toulouse or some hotels. The usual annoyance :) But otherwise, super cool!

The open shower area with toilet is not idéal. When used in the night the light shines in all the room. The sliding door did not fit properly so didn’t close. All very awkward when using the toilet.
No bedside table. No space between the bed and shower wall. The shower floor had black (moule? Chipped paint?) areas that were not nice.
No milk available to make tea (English style).

Receptionist was very good. We chose the hotel for location and the Logis reputation but this is not in the drop down list.

A welcoming staff and beautiful property in a vibrant, but surprisingly calm area. The building is historic, part of the pink brick buildings and churches in Toulouse.

As I can not eat milk and milk products I would recommend to think about some more milk free (vegan) products. But anyhow, we enjoyed the stay, it is a very nice hotel, decorated with love and beautifully situated. The bed was good! ;-)

We were so pleased with your sweet little boutique hotel. The staff was always warm and friendly. We were especially pleased with Alexander. He was professional but with a wonderful sense of humor. He was also very helpful. When I lamented that I had no milk for my morning tea in our room he immediately found a small pitcher filled it with the much appreciated milk.
The proximity to the town center was one of the reasons we chose your hotel and, along with your amazing staff, we are glad we found this little treasure. Sincerely, Jerry and Lindy

A very well-run hotel next to the beautiful Basilica of St. Sernin in the pedestrian zone of Toulouse.

Hotel room way too expensive for what it is.. It's very light in the room in the morning despite the curtains, so we were woken up very early. In addition, the room is not up to the price displayed, it is not very qualitative.. The bed is too small, the bathroom is not practical (we put water everywhere even though we were very careful), the materials chosen are not qualitative, we only had a bathrobe and a set of bath towels when we arrived. It was a room at 264€ which was not even worth half of it! Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel despite our initial enthusiasm.. However, positive note concerning the welcome and the very welcoming and warm staff.

Lovely boutique hotel in a superb location. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 5 nights and were happy with the service and facilities throughout. Lovely breakfast which accommodated my fussy dietary needs (gluten and lactose intolerant). Staff were knowldgeable about the area and local attractions and willing to converse both in French and English. Alexander, in particular, was fantastic, though all staff were super helpful and polite. Would highly recommend for a few days either for a peaceful break in a gorgeous city or as a business trip stopover.

Literally a hidden gem. Not familiar with the location so it took a while to navigate the City Centre streets on initial arrival.

The front desk went above and beyond with helpfulness.
My only complaint t is the parking situation. GPS doesn’t direct you properly and The area is not conducive pulling o er to ask for assistance from your hotel. Especially when it is busy- I spent 2 hours and had to give up and park in another garage, which cost €64.00

Great hotel , great location, great staff.

Very well located, quiet street at night, nice room and good welcome. Soundproofing needs to be improved, you can hear people upstairs walking and neighbors talking. Fortunately everyone was respectful. We didn't really like the concept of the bathroom, open and glassed into the bedroom. When you have a walk-in shower, in principle it should be deep enough not to soak everything, here the design needs to be reviewed.

..passing through for one night, we were welcomed in the best possible way, with a smile as a bonus..! just a tiny downside regarding the purring noise of the air conditioning.. (in this case the heating). otherwise a trouble-free stay..! we will be back..!

The Villa du Taur hotel is ideally located in the heart of Toulouse. The room we occupied was of very good quality. The breakfast is excellent. Finally the staff is pleasant and attentive.

Très bel endroit avec un personnel de qualité mais des fautes rédhibitoires pour un 4 étoiles : suivant les chambres, il manque table de nuit et prise pour chacun, certains fruits étaient périmés au petit déjeuner et surtout panne d’eau chaude pendant plus de 12 heures, inacceptable à ce niveau. Les Bansky au mur ça ne remplace pas le confort attendu pour un hôtel.

The open shower is not a good idea (flooding) and the soundproofing of the room/corridor needs to be reviewed.

Es un hotel chico pero muy pintoresco y acogedor, las muchachas de la recepción fueron muy amables. La ubicación es perfecta, a cinco minutos, máximo diez de todos los puntos de interes. A mi esposa y a mi nos encanto el hotel

The hotel is situated in a great location although anyone driving needs to obtain a password to drive down the street as the hotel does not volunteer this information. The room is small for 2 people as it is hard for one person to get in and out of the bed.

A very nice hotel. The quality of the bedding is very good. Very quiet hotel with a very warm welcome whether at the reception or the restaurant. The restaurant is exceptional. The quality of the products, the presentation, the seasonings... Finally a pure delight. Thank you to the chef who made me like foods that I don't usually like too much. I recommend this hotel and especially the restaurant.

Hotel in the city center as we like them... with character because very well renovated. The rooms are a little small but let's not forget we are next to the Saint Sernin basilica (magnificent) and the Capitol

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend in Toulouse with a girlfriend. The hotel was well-situated in the heart of the city, yet felt peaceful and private. We each had a classic room. Communication with the hotel via phone and online beforehand was always quick and helpful. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Our breakfasts were delicious - great variety of food and always fresh and plenty of everything. Our rooms were modern in design, comfy beds, air-con, tea/coffee etc. I would love to return and would happily reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location and nice room, but a bit small.

Overall experience was very good except for two things. First, there were dust bunnies under the bench in front of the bed. It felt unpleasant when I arranged my shoes. Second, at the breakfast the tables were not set except for one. I didn’t know where I get a cup and cutlery, because there weren’t under the counter like usual. So we went out to get from a table that was set outside. The eggs and bacon platter was completely empty and wasn’t replenished during all our breakfast. And we came rather early, not last minute at all. Otherwise everything was good. Helping and polite staff, comfortable room…

A warm welcome, the desire to satisfy the specific needs that I requested, a big thank you to Jean, who knows how to discover the wine list with passion. I had dinner two evenings in their restaurant and there, ohhhh it was an absolute delight. The chef is a virtuoso. I recommend this central location with exceptional value for money!

Our executive room was too small and dark. The bathroom paint was completely peeling off, the sink was cracked in 2 different areas. The ceiling plaster was also cracked. The pillows were hard.

Perfect place to stay in central Toulouse.

Hello, there was only one large towel in the room, and only one small towel. The bathroom door doesn't close, the coffee machine doesn't work, the bed creaks loudly. We were also disappointed by the size of the room and the price offered for the breakfast: €23

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located, with super-friendly staff and excellent restaurant! Special advice: Guests arriving with a car that is higher than 1.80 m will not be able to enter the parking garage recommended by the hotel - and the same applies to some other garages nearby. Therefore, it is recommendable to park either on the street in the hotel neighborhood or in the garage at Place Arnaud Bernard.

Room a bit small

Good location and front reception staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend the hotel and would stay at Logis Hotel Villa du Taur again.

Very good, just the toilet and shower part, the opaque glass should have been continued for sink access when the person is in the toilet.

Good stay overall. Very nice home. Nice contemporary decor. Quality bedding. Excellent location and good exterior sound insulation. Disappointed by the surface area of the room and the interior sound insulation vs the price. Expensive breakfast for the diversity and quantity offered (buffet a little empty on our arrival)

I thought the Wi-Fi was terrible. I had clients that I needed to spend time with, and it constantly went down and I would have to re-start. That was my greatest disappointment.

Very pleasant hotel ideally located in the center near the city's points of interest. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast excellent with a large buffet and the staff welcoming. I would come back with great pleasure!

Very fine property overall, superbly located a 5 min walk from the Capitole with all its cultural amenities. The Villa can boast of one of the finest, most welcoming staffs I have encountered in France, very well trained and very customer-oriented. The bar and restaurant are a nice plus although we didn’t use them during our short stay. Only 2 minor suggestions for improvement. The chairs available in the suites and lobby area are very tired and in need of a serious upgrade. I hope I don’t appear too critical l but think 1950s American motel quality. They neither fit the image of a top-quality boutique hotel nor meet the expectations of customers paying for suites. A second small point is the lack of carpeting in the rooms. Some inexpensive, easy-to clean rugs would add a lot to the comfort and look of the rooms. We will definitely return.
