A comfortable bed, great shower and a real hairdryer! Tea making equipment was a bonus. Plenty of plugs for chargers. We'll equipped.
Restaurant was very helpful and catered for a gluten free diet with no problem. Excellent meal.

It's a pity that the hot/cold ventilation comes directly to the bed, it's very unpleasant. Very difficult to adjust, either it's hot or it's cold. Mattress too hard. Welcoming and very very friendly and pleasant staff!

Smiling welcome. Pleasant stay. No elevator in the main building. The rooms are well appointed but the decor is a little disappointing. The carpets leading to the bedrooms in the main building are faded. The WiFi connection is unsatisfactory or even impossible if you are not near the bedroom door. From 11:00 p.m., there was even no connection at all... The breakfast room is dilapidated (tables). The breakfast was good without more (not possible to have fresh squeezed orange juice).

Charming hotel, I arrived late and was well received, spacious room and nice decoration. Large work space. Courtesy tray and little touches in the room. The hotel is a bit old but it feels very good.

Very noisy in the room which is not isolated. And therefore cold too When booking I had asked for a double bed, I had 2 beds side by side… not practical for tall people

The reviews for the hotel stated that the decor was tired but of a good standard. However the room we had was quite frankly not to the cleanliness standard we would have expected particularly when you take the Covid situation into account. The bathroom facilities were poor and in fact falling to bits.

This hotel needs to be reviewed from A to Z, except for the reception which is very satisfactory. Fortunately, we have experience of other establishments in the Logis chain. Sorry to tell you this but remain at your disposal to talk about it. Henri Di Matteo

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with high quality catering.

We had a very spacious room with a jacuzzi bath, which was a surprise. The rooms are undergoing refurbishment so are not in pristine condition but we’re very clean and comfortable. We chose the option to include breakfast and dinner in the evening, the food was very good and the service was efficient and friendly.

Very good hotel in its category. Clean and modern room, very well equipped. Large spacious bed and quality bedding. Spacious and modern shower room, WC separated from the shower room. Air conditioner. The hotel is ideally located near the castle.

Very nice experience, very spacious and comfortable room, very well appointed, the reception is very concerned about the well-being of people, I highly recommend, an ideal location for lovers of the Château de Lunéville.

Hotel which has suffered from the long COVID period while sections of renovation work were launched. It's picking up slowly, but there's still a lot of work to do... some parts are still in their old, slightly outdated decoration, but it has a certain charm with some concessions. The best way is to help the continuation of this renovation and frequenting this place which will help the owners.

Photos on website and reality do not match. Hotel is faded glory. Renovation and cleaning is urgent. Positive reviews do not correspond to reality. A 3-star hotel can be a bit more. Eg. Wash off beautiful mosaic shower with antifungal product. Worn floor covering, air conditioning box against the ceiling without any cover. Which is a pity, the annexe restaurant is nicely maintained and gives value for money. Service and staff are also very good and friendly. Breakfast is also well cared for and good.

Really great establishment! Its location, a hotel that is a bit in its own right... but it gives it an authentic and friendly character. The cuisine is extraordinary, the team welcoming, a family atmosphere with very nice amenities! I stayed there for professional reasons but I will return as a couple for fun!

Very, very friendly and nice lady at the reception. The room appears newly renovated, big shower and very comfortable bed. The restaurant ist absolutely great, they even had a Meursault on the wine list!

Very friendly staff and good location in the centre of this lovely old town. Hotel could do with modernising/updating in particular the communal areas which are very dated.

A dirty, noisy room (elevator + hotel guests), traces on the walls, inaccessible toilets, mistakes all over the restaurant menu, for check out I am told that someone will be there from 6 a.m., passage at 6:15 a.m. and reception closed, I turned around for 5min before leaving the card outside in front of the door… :(

Nice hotel in a very good location right next to the château of Luneville. Very friendly reception. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not optimal. Regarding the hotel is the lack of cleanliness of the shower in the room to complain about. The quality of the food in the restaurant is only average and too expensive for that.

A little disappointed by the restaurant In particular the price-quantity ratio (for example Kidneys really not much knowing that kidneys are not the most expensive meat)

We have a holiday home in Italy and drive there in the spring and the autumn. Hotel Les Plages is a regular stop-over en route and we have always found the hotel and the restaurant a special part of our journey (that’s why we keep going back!).

Loved my stay at the hotel. Especially the food in the restaurant is great. And another thing that is quite awesome is the smell of the soap and shower gel. I think that it's a unique touch.

We had a nice room that was intelligently furnished, bathroom and toilet were separate, the bathroom had a tub and shower - what more could you ask for. Unfortunately, there is one but: At the entrance, the roof was still open and my wife could hear a very bright sound, fortunately not for me. Also, the room may not be suitable for allergy sufferers due to the type of ceiling.

Traces of unfinished work (installation of window with still visible insulation, some marks on the walls, cut in the ceiling with visible air conditioning/ventilation..) ==> Would have required a small exceptional discount perhaps? Otherwise very good welcome, good cleanliness and good equipment. Nice location near the castle. Pleasant and quiet area!

The hotel being full I benefited from an upgrade to a comfort suite reception and perfect room service nothing to complain about calm and seen on the castle for one of the rooms situation next to the castle and the city center

Disappointed with the dilapidation of the premises Room with old-fashioned decor Bathroom with shower set in the dangerous floor Old-fashioned breakfast buffet, lack of choice of fruit, bread, etc. Unfortunately everything needs to be reviewed but it requires a lot of investment This hotel does not deserve its 3 stars.. I consider that it is false advertising to sell this hotel with the 3* classification.

Hotel site very well done, hotel ideally located in Lunéville, access to the various buildings of the hotel very accessible, the hotel has automatic doors, elevator, access ramps for people with problems of motor skills, the welcome is very friendly, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had booked this hotel for a one night stay during our journey back home from Italy. The room was clean and large. The bed was excellent. The lady at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was o.k. We had a good stay.

Accueil chaleureux dans cet hôtel plein de charme, bien situé juste en face du château. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et salle de bain très jolie. Petit bémol sur le ménage, de nombreuses toiles d’araignées, table du côté salon sale et joints dans la douche à refaire…. Petit déjeuner très très basique, même plus de pain et viennoiseries industrielles, pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Besonders hat uns das Badezimmer gefallen, Bad und WC getrennt, das Bad ist wie ein altes Römerbad, einmalig.

Großes Familienzimmer. Tolle Einrichtung und Design. Von außen hätte man das nicht erwartet. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Great hotel room, but unfortunately a bit noisy.
The room had a brilliant bed and a very cozy atmosphere.
There was a beautiful view on the château, but the room itself was a bit dark, because there was only one small window.

Déçue par le fait que bien que mon repas du soir (pris en demi-pension) était trés léger (entrée et un dessert), l'on m'a compté les boissons en sus. Le prix de que j'ai payé pour la 1/2 était bien supérieur à ce que j'ai consommé. Le serveur aurait au moins du me prévenir et j'aurais, du fait, apprécié un geste "commercial" concernant les boissons. Je serai plus vigilante la prochaine fois, s'il y en a une....
