The welcome, the setting of the establishment, the restaurant, the staff – everything was perfect for the 48 hours we spent there. We were able to peacefully explore this beautiful region.

A very good restaurant and top-notch staff, the hotel could use a refresh but the bedding is very good.

We stayed on a b & b rate which was ideal as we visited other local towns & could eat out whilst based in Epaignes. Always got a car parking space off the street in hotel parking area .

Spacious rooms, clean, excellent cuisine and excellent restaurant

I had a wonderful multi-day stay with my husband, who had surprised me for my birthday. The room was decorated with a heart on the bed and a basket of chocolates 🍫 prepared by the hotel, and the spa was just for the two of us. It's a shame the water wasn't warmer. The meals were very good and to our liking. Breakfast was good, but there wasn't enough choice. The TV in the room didn't work, and when it's raining and cold, a TV is useful in the evening.

Ideally located for exploring the region. The owners and staff are very competent. The breakfast is varied and high-quality, and the restaurant offers fresh, regional products. Welcoming staff, bright, spacious and clean room, with thoughtful touches from management, met our expectations.

The spa was very good, and the restaurant service was excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive.

The bathroom equipment included a rusty radiator and a limescale-covered shower head. Breakfast was included in the package, but upon arrival, it was impossible to have breakfast; we had to pay an additional 15 euros per person. I don't think that's right, especially since breakfast was included in the package.

A short stay for my wife and me went very well. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the staff (hotel, restaurant, wellness area) were all excellent, despite being young but already true professionals. The neighborhood is quiet, the room is above street level but the soundproofing is perfect. We plan to return.

Overall, the hotel was good. The staff were very pleasant. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast was varied, but it lacked dairy products, yogurt, and a quick-fry machine, which would have been a plus. The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, but the proximity to car traffic is a problem.

Very good hotel, the restaurant is expensive. Good reception, and friendly overall. Perfect for a one-night stopover, but if you stay for several days, the restaurant menu is always the same, so you quickly get used to everything. The rest was just fine.

Very pleasant stay from every point of view

We only stayed one night, however we were very well received, our little kitten was gladly accepted, the staff is welcoming. We will come back with pleasure.

Perfect welcome, very good dinner ;-))

The room was very well equipped, the bedding was of very good quality, the only downside that made me put well, is the proximity of the road quite busy at night. The welcome is perfect, the staff friendly and smiling. The restaurant is a little expensive but the price corresponds to the quality of the products, the dishes offered, the quantity served and that of the cuisine (kudos to the chef). We highly recommend.

Our stay was from Saturday to Monday morning. The first evening was a great welcome. The last day was a no-goodbye, an extremely unpleasant woman. I have never seen anything like that. I sent a text message to get my detailed bill. No response. I am still waiting for tomorrow. If I don't have my bill, I will notify you by law.

There was no one there to meet us. The restaurant was closed. There was loud music close by until midnight. The bar was not open. The fridge didn’t work. We never saw the hotelier. There were road repairs making parking difficult. We were allocated a room up two flights of difficult stairs, we are over 70 and carrying luggage. The bar and reception area was untidy. There was no one available on our departure.

Decent hotel, but very slow service for the evening meal

Bathroom: A shower would be better than a bathtub, easier for older people. Very good food but prices a bit high.
