It's a beautiful place, quiet, with a lot of character and a very beautiful decoration. A true haven of peace!

We came back for the second time, we were upgraded and we enjoyed a very nice room with a view of the vineyards!! We had very good lunch, dinner and breakfast. The staff is elegant, smiling and welcoming. We also really like the boutique hotel and the location! The hotel was full with many children! who are very happy in this beautiful place. Our dogs were well received and walked in the vineyards with pleasure.

Elegant but small room. The toilets are in the bathroom and there is very little space. The dining room is very pleasant. The service is very good and the food is good. Downside: no elevator and the stairs are very steep. Pleasant setting.

Quality service, but we expect even better for this price level. The restaurant is good but a bit on the side compared to others in the area

Nothing special to report for this third stay in this establishment, except that from a certain category of room, for a hotel classified ****, the presence of bottles of courtesy water would be appreciable as well as a kettle and/or coffee maker.

What a treat in the middle of Ardèche. Everything was gorgeous.

The Mas du Terme is a great place; very beautiful and perfectly situated. Breakfast is standard. But we had a tiny room which has not been refreshed for a very, very long time. The room was the worst we had during this holiday.

Accueil, service, restauration : bien. Malheureusement, on nous donnés la chambre 401 pas du tout à la hauteur du reste.

Très bel établissement atypique . La piscine est très agréable ,originale et spacieuse.

Chambre trop petite et peu fonctionnelle pour le prix (impossible d'ouvrir le placard avec une valise sur le porte bagage) ,salle de bains petite ,éclairage insuffisant pour le miroir.

Très bel hôtel, au calme et bien équipé.
La restauration est d’un bon niveau..

Chambre standard trop petite. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de coin dans la chambre pour se préparer un café ou thé.
Le coin piscine est excellent.
Séjour apaisant dans un cadre magnifique.
Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel.
