Personne pour accueillir pendant 2h...... Pas de réponse au téléphone. Très désagréable comme accueil !

Accueil "exécrable". Le deuxième soir j'ai attendu 20mn ma clé sans qu'on s'occupe de moi, j'ai fini par la récupérer sur le panneau derrière la réception. Hôtel pratiquement vide mais j'ai droit à la chambre près de l'ascenseur. Téléviseur pas plus grand qu'un écran d'ordinateur. Barre de douche "bizarrement " positionnée à plus de 2.00 mètres de haut...Quel géant peut manoeuvrer le pommeau à cette hauteur. Buffet de petit déj."minable" pour un 3 étoiles...Peu de choix dans tout...Mignardises au compte gouttes (mais je n'en mange pas)...le deuxième matin, il restait un tiers de buche de chèvre et une part de brie pour sept clients...Une seule confiture (de pruneaux j'ai présumé) pour agrémenter un yaourt nature périmé de la veille. Pourquoi, en plus de ces désagréments, ai-je eu l'impression de me faire "arnaquer", en effet j'ai réglé 158 euros à Booking pour 2 nuits, la facture finale étant de 190.20 avec un repas, je devais 32.20 euros j'ai réglé 52.20, pour 20 euros de trop ai-je payé deux fois les petits déj ou la commission Booking???!!!Cherchez l'erreur

Extrem unfreundlicher Hotelier, überhaupt ist der Empfang nicht besetzt, man hockt in der Gaststube. Das servierte Essen wurde von Tag zu Tag schlechter.
An dem Tisch im Zimmer konnte man quasi nicht essen., da er ständig drohte zusammenzubrechen, der Stuhl durchgesessen, die Möbel auf dem Balkon reif für den Müll. Nicht mal zur Verabschiedung erhob sich der Hotelier. Unglaublich, einfach schliessen und die Besitzer in Pension schicken...
