No lightbulb in the bathroom above the sink the first evening, and the next morning the card didn't work the second evening; we had to wake the night watchman at 1 a.m.
The hotel is decent, with a few areas for improvement: the toilet flush mechanism doesn't work, and the breakfast is very basic for an establishment of this standard. However, the dinner offered is refined and quite reasonably priced.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful hotel, the meal in the restaurant was delicious, worthy of a great chef.
A good place to stopover if on a short business trip. Welcoming team, adequate rooms (albeit outdated) and good quality dining.
The dinner food was excellent but the service was very slow and unprofessional. The breakfast offering was not as good as most other Logis hotels we have stayed in and there was no coffee/tea making facility in our room

After a very welcoming entry er were send to our rooms. We saw the town Aumale as a very nice town.
At 19.15 we could have diner. The kitchen is very good! Nice service good wines.

We have stayed here before and once again we were not disappointed. The Hotel is very nice but the food is absolutely superb. The restaurant offers an excellent choice and the service is first class.
The only minor complaint is that the bed squeaked a bit but did not disturb my sleep too much.

A nice stopover
We travelled with our dog and it was wonderful to see how nice everybody from the team up to other guests were. Even in the Dinnerhall. Everything was fine. So it was a great experience.

Very attentive staff, nothing to complain about on this point. The quality of the bedding is good. The room was clean. However, a good refresh wouldn't be too much because the hotel is very aging.

Normandy-style hotel. We stayed in an impeccable room with a large bathroom equipped with Italian showers. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness and quality of the bedding and the room in general. The modern elevator facilitates access for people with reduced mobility. The gourmet quality table is worth the detour. Inventiveness of the dishes served, choice of cheeses presented on a trolley, which I haven't seen for 10 years... Kindness and helpfulness of the staff in the dining room and at reception. We were entitled to the half-board package for one night, the dinner offered was excellent with "trou normand", cheeses and dessert. Breakfast with eggs, cheeses and cold meats. We will come back with pleasure.
The beds and mattresses were in no way comfortable. The beds squeeked with nealy each breath and we could not sleep.

Very welcoming staff. Room as described, on the 1st floor facing the street but no traffic at night. However, constant noise from an air conditioner below, so you have to sleep with the window closed. Bathtub a bit high to climb over.

Prima hotel met uitstekend restaurant
Quality hotel Pleasant, smiling, competent staff. The only downside is that when you ask for water in a carafe, you are served lukewarm water with a chlorine taste that would have deserved a trip to the refrigerator before being served! A small attention that would be appreciated!
