Upgraded, unpretentious but welcoming. Very good dinner in a beautiful setting.

Very good accessibility, and not too much road noise. Perfect catering. My 2 dogs were accepted at no extra cost, very warm welcome.

Impeccable welcome, the waitress is attentive, efficient and very friendly. The restaurant is very good, very happy. The downside comes more from the room especially on the equipment: toilet seat poorly fixed, and location of the dispenser too far back, (not practical) ditto bathroom no towel holder, no handles to get out of the shower (slippery) and the attachment of the shower head does not allow you to shower without hands, it does not hold. Even if the room is small, the space has been optimized. Finally the TV is very capricious it turns off by itself and randomly (after 1 minute or 5 or 10 with luck). These downsides pass simply because we only spent one night there.

The person in charge of the hotel should go back to business school to learn how to communicate professionally with ALL of his customers. Declaring loudly that he is the boss, and telling the customer "Calm down!" is not the way to handle a customer complaint. If it is too hot on a scorching August 15th in a room without air conditioning for 110 Euros, then we at least offer a fan...and we don't tell the customer "calm down!"... Also when a customer tells you that he is leaving the next day at 7:00 a.m. we don't tell him that breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m., we at least offer him a minimal formula: a coffee and croissant or we will refund him! Words from a former professor in one of the biggest hotel and restaurant schools in Paris!

Boiler room noise all night. Too bad, everything else was almost perfect.

I tried the rooms with terrace twice; spacious, clean and perfect bathroom. Quality catering.

We had some difficulty finding the hotel due to roadworks, which was completely beyond anyone’s control. The owner was incredibly kind and apologetic, and explained he’d tried many times to call us, but our international SIM prevented the calls from getting through. We really appreciated how concerned and welcoming he was once we arrived.

We had already stayed at this establishment and stayed in the extension on the ground floor. This time, before booking very late, we had rooms on the 2nd floor, less spacious and very small bathrooms and old-fashioned equipment. The food is still as good.

However, the comment is there, be careful with the 2 rooms on the national road 12 side woken up at 5 a.m. by heavy goods vehicles

We stopped over on our way back to Calais with our two small children. We arrived later than planned but the chef waited for us and cooked a good meal.

Really lovely hotel, we were delayed 3 hours reaching France so we knew we would miss dinner. I emailed them to let them know and they offered to do us a cold plate for us to have at the room when we arrived. When we arrived the receptionist greeted us by name, and brought us a lovely salmon salad and desert (we were not expecting something so lovely) which we ate outside with a lovely view. After a really stressful day this really helped us to begin enjoying our holiday. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, wish we had booked an extra night.

Wij hebben hier een nachtje geslapen op doorreis terug naar Nederland. Ongeveer 15 km van de snelweg af.
Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Kamer is basic, maar netjes en schoon, met een goed bed en fijne douche. We hadden een kamer aan de tuinzijde grkozen en daar was ik blij om, want zo konden we het raam open zetten. Het was namelijk wel wat warm in de kamer, ondanks het rolluik dat de zon buiten houdt (ik heb geen airco of ventilator gezien). Wel een rolluik. Het hotel heeft een restaurant met eenvoudige maar goed bereide gerechten voor een schappelijke prijs en dat is natuurlijk fijn als je op doorreis bent. Ook in het restaurant werden we zeer vriendelijk bediend. Al met al een prima tussenstop voor ons. Ik zou er niet voor langere tijd verblijven, mijn persoonlijke voorkeur gaat uit naar een plek met iets meer vertier in de omgeving. Als ik langer ergens verblijf, kies ik graag voor een appartement, of een hotelkamer met wat meer ruimte en bijvoorbeeld een koelkastje op de kamer.

We already knew the restaurant having stopped there several times during our travels in the Marne or on our return to ST NAZAIRE. We stayed at the hotel for the first time for our wedding anniversary.

accommodation ok. Overall pleasant place despite the proximity of the RN12. More questionable meal.... The base of the burger was inedible (very hard). The meat was overcooked even though it was requested rare. Obviously, some time has passed between preparation and serving at the table. Same comment for the tagliatelle which accompanied the other dish: they had partially hardened. Probably because of the wait in a hot area....Disappointing given the price of the menu...

Room a little restricted

Very nice welcome - staff very friendly, informative and attentive - and comfortable stay at the Logis La Lentillere. We also ate in their restaurant, good food at good prices.

Very clean room with a good bed, we slept very well and we thank the manager for offering us a room on the park side which allowed us to sleep in peace. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast is complete with fresh products. The manager is very welcoming and did everything to satisfy our requests.

The accommodation makes a very good impression, but the rooms are very small. A stay with two people for longer than one night is hardly imaginable. Otherwise, the rooms are very good and functionally furnished. Otherwise, there is nothing to criticize. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very suitable for cyclists. Directly behind the house you come back to la Veloscenie.
