The bedding is excellent; it's a shame there aren't enough towel racks in the bathroom and that the hotel doesn't accept electronic holiday vouchers.
Decent hotel, one downside the first night with catastrophic service in the restaurant but much better the next day. Quality/price ratio quite correct.
The arrival went very well, the young receptionist in the EVENING was very polite and pleasant, but the one in the MORNING was unpleasant, impolite and haughty. The room was dirty, damp, with mold on the wall, the bathroom was moldy, and there was only a curtain as a shower. The smell was bad, and to top it all off, the picture at the head of the bed fell on us.
Very warm welcome, great meal and breakfast
I stayed in this hotel on the night of September 22 to 23, 2025 and the least that can be said is that my stay was catastrophic. In fact, I arrived and waited a good 5 minutes before the barrier was opened for me because the digital code present did not work despite my calls. Then I was assigned my room. It was time for dinner and I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for my meal to finish. Then I returned to my room around 10 p.m. at that time I wanted to rest in front of the TV but the surprise was that the TV was not working. I called reception who told me that they would see the manager to solve the problem but nothing was done about it, so no TV. When I woke up I went to have breakfast and to top it all off, nothing to eat, no croissants, no yogurt, there were just pains au chocolat and 2 miserable compotes left for a breakfast billed at €13. All this is intolerable. Despite my complaint this morning, no action was offered. Just a "we are sorry » I don't think I'll ever return to this establishment and I would find it normal if a financial gesture were offered to me
Very clean hotel, decent decor with an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast well stocked with good products, pleasant and friendly staff, responds to any requests. The only small downside is the carpet in the room, which deserves to be replaced, it is old and worn. Otherwise, a quiet stay and night, I would come back if the opportunity arises.
Very good hotel for the night. Very quiet environment. Very easy to find. Closed parking!!!! Of course, sometimes a refresh is needed but new manager, so you have to give it time. But in any case, no problems in any area. Will come back for a 3rd time without problem. Kind regards
I am a long-time regular and I was extremely disappointed with the way this new team failed to take my requests into consideration!! Unfortunately, like many hotels that no longer understand the concept of service, and for traveling salespeople like me, feeling at home is fundamental!!
The room was dark and very worn, the bathroom was very small, and getting into the bathtub to shower was beyond dangerous. The whole place felt like a juvenile detention center. Our request for a second towel (two people need two towels) was simply ignored. The young lady at the reception desk was unfriendly and ignorant. We will definitely not be visiting this hotel again.
Victor, the morning receptionist, is very professional and attentive to customer needs. Too bad about the limescale on the tiles in the shower room.
The new manager and the overall team were very pleasant! The hotel, however, needs significant investment in renovations…. It has great potential but you can see that the owners have let it live in its own juices! The quality/price ratio could be there if it were renovated! Top team, very good restaurant. Room ok just they have it renovated it is worn and the air conditioning too… The breakfast is disappointing, choice and product quality need to be reviewed!
The hotel is well located for the airport. The welcome was very warm, the room spacious and well insulated from outside noise.

Wat bandele dingetjes in de kamer, bijv. Drukplaat van de WC beetje losjes, je in spiegel en de badkamer kapot en nachtkastjes neet afgenomen na de vorige gasten. Verder, heel vriendelijk en comfortabel. Bedden schoon in comfortabel. Koffie, thee in waterkokertje op de kamer. Al met al, waar voor je geld!

No way to pay with Keytrade bank card - BIG PROBLEM No restaurant on weekends I would not classify this hotel as a family stay on weekends.
Very friendly staff, but hotel to avoid presence of bedbugs, paying to get bitten no thanks! I'm still waiting for someone to call me back for a commercial gesture! I understand better the price difference with other hotels in the same area.
