From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, but the inside is very cozy. The rooms are old and could use a refresh, but they are clean and quiet. I recommend it.
Very pleasant hotel with welcoming staff
The hotel is well-located, spacious, and nicely decorated. Benjamin, the recently hired head waiter, is exceptionally dedicated. He goes above and beyond to handle all the special situations single-handedly to satisfy his guests: reservation requests, reception, rooms, the bar, and the restaurant, with a young, helpful, and smiling waitress. The hotel shows numerous signs of wear and tear that appear neglected (broken toilet seat, broken closet door, makeshift bathroom wiring, a floorboard that creaks so loudly it wakes up the entire floor...). The manager, while sympathetic, seems overwhelmed and abruptly enters the room for no apparent reason, knowing we were there, and without apology. Consequently, we have no desire to return. P.S. Be aware that Google Maps directs you to the wrong place.
An interesting experience as we met a lovely person who is sure to revitalize this establishment. She single-handedly made our entire weekend a delight.
Ghost hotel. We arrived around noon. Nobody was anywhere. I knocked on the doors, rang the bell, and called, but no one answered. Then they had a problem with the key cards for the rooms, so there's only one card for all the rooms. So much for security! There's a TV in the rooms, but it doesn't work. Judging by the discussions, it's a recurring problem. For dinner, there was a tasteless minced beef dish with unsanitized meat and instant mashed potatoes. As for the Bavarian cream, the mousse was good, but the biscuit was hard and stale.
I come regularly. I appreciate the service, the food, and the cleanliness of the rooms. I recommend it.
The welcome on arrival was frankly terrible; I wondered where I'd arrived... a woman with her children who wasn't pleasant at all, and then another woman, much friendlier, who tried to improve things. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal; it was delicious, the ribeye steak looked very appetizing—thank you to the chef! And to top off my stay, a huge thank you to the last woman I met, who had apparently just arrived, who was very professional and friendly. All in all, a rather pleasant stay!

The staff are friendly but don't seem to know how to smile. At breakfast, someone from the establishment sits among the customers and monitors everything we eat; it's a very strange concept. The manager is very rude to her staff. The food was okay, but nothing special. The waitresses don't seem to know much about what they're serving us. 😵💫
Quiet and quiet hotel
A very nice experience for this 2-star hotel, in line with what one would expect for a hotel of this standing. The rooms are spacious, the common areas spacious and pleasant, the food is excellent! An establishment with real potential! A professionalization of the reception and the service would be a real plus!

Easy-to-access hotel with parking - beware of poorly parked cars and wasted spaces. The room and bathroom are quite large and comfortable, but be careful in summer: there's no air conditioning, just a simple fan. A good, varied breakfast is served in a spacious dining room.
Room on the road side is very noisy, no bike storage even though the majority of guests are there for the cyclo... refusal to let the bike into the room... free access parking outside without surveillance (apart from a camera, what a deal). Nothing works, not the TV, no picture, no light in the bathroom, the bedside lamp bulbs are out of order... very very DIRTY... cleaning not done, 2 used tissues under the bed... I left them... very noisy, you can hear everything that's going on in the hotel... a disaster and 95 euros with a ridiculous breakfast. I will never go to this place again and will advise against it to anyone who comes to Saint Girons to do the Casartelli or other
Absolutely correct! Good value for money. The only downside is that the pool is a bit green...
Average hotel on the highway with free parking, quiet, and a pool. The decor and colors of the room are awful; the red and orange aren't relaxing. Breakfast is very expensive: €11 for baked goods, when Booking.com said it was €9. The reception and breakfast staff are short.

Super professional, the rooms are very nice, it's a shame there's no air conditioning, the breakfast is very complete, nothing to complain about.
The room had an unpleasant smell. We were told that the menu was included in the smartbox and then we were told that it wasn't. We had to ask three times to get a carafe of water. Disappointed with the meal for the lady. For the gentleman it was fine. The breakfast was perfect. Lots of choice.

After an error on the website, I was going to be sent to another establishment when I arrived with colleagues. The establishment made sure to resolve the problem. However, I did not get the room I had requested and no action was taken. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, spiders and webs. A very narrow shower and a slippery drain plate. You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms, I personally felt in a rather gloomy space, fortunately it was only for one night. It's a shame.
PLEASANT FAMILY HOTEL, VERY GOOD RESTAURANT, RECOMMENDED
When we arrived, we received a frosty welcome. The staff were not at all friendly and very sad.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was good but very poorly soundproofed (ground floor). Meal was very good but very, very long (there was surely a reason...). Stayed 2 nights + 2 dinners at the end of May 2025.
The staff were very pleasant, and the place was clean. My only negative point was the bathtub; it wasn't very easy for elderly people to get in and especially out of the shower.
A very satisfactory stay, although the room needed some minor repairs. Dinners at the restaurant were very good.
Good overall, the only downside for a superior room is the size of the bed, we would have preferred a slightly wider bed.
The welcome was not very welcoming, the room was very old with a broken lightbulb and very uncomfortable bedding. The mattress was bigger than the bed frame and the duvet bigger than the duvet cover. The restaurant service took over three hours. We had to ask again for the aperitif, bread, and water. The waitress was neither pleasant nor competent. The property left much to be desired, both in terms of the tableware and the staff.
