Very good hotel
A night spent in the charming little town of Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire. We visited the Abbey, took a short stroll through the cemetery to see Max Jacob's grave, visited the museum, and enjoyed a delicious New Year's Eve dinner at the Grand Saint-Benoît restaurant. The hotel's receptionist is lovely, and the hotel itself is very quiet and family-run. A full breakfast is included, and dogs are welcome. A very pleasant experience.

Great restaurant - very mediocre hotel
It's a shame the restaurant assigned me a table on the terrace when I specifically requested an indoor table to avoid contact with potential smokers. The waiter told me that service was only provided outside. When I arrived, there were few smokers on the terrace, but as the meal progressed, more and more arrived. I find it regrettable to have to breathe in tobacco smoke when it's possible to avoid it.
Decent hotel, nothing special. The room is very small, the breakfast is basic, without local products.
