Malgré un souci à l’arrivée, tout a été très vite solutionne et avec le sourire en plus !
Pour travailler sur la table dédiée à cet effet, c'est très compliqué, pas de place entre le lit, la table et l'espace libre!
La douche est vraiment très étroite, c'est dommage!
Le wifi n'est pas satisfaisant!
Impeccable service and neat room I recommend
Already a user of this hotel, pleasant stay but be careful, the equipment is old, don't wait too long for an upgrade (e.g. faucets, bedroom lighting, etc.). A place that we always appreciate with a discreet, attentive and efficient team of professionals. Professionals!!!!!
Restaurant closed for the weekend (similar to other Loire hotels in this area). Good restaurant a short drive away.

A perfectly located Hôtel, near to all important touristic atraktions. We recieved a very quiet room ( we could even sleep with open window), very friendly men at the reception helped us with our bikes and questions.
The rooms are correct but the value for money is very average. The restaurant is absolutely terrible. A salad of sardines full of fat, inedible pollack, and corked wine.
It's very good but it's expensive for the service
Convenient location but close to the road. Decoration and equipment of the dilapidated room (carpet stained and worn, bathroom and decoration of the room to be redone).

Pleasant stay, professional service, reception, cleaning and catering. Please note that the equipment in the rooms is starting to date, in particular the bathroom. The bathtub is no longer relevant when the economical and functional showers, on the other hand, the lighting in the bathrooms are poorly positioned. A point of vigilance on the maintenance of the rooms which are clean but the doors in particular are not washed regularly ...... A discreet but attentive staff!!!!!
When we arrived we learned that the restaurant did not work on weekends and public holidays.... Fortunately, the person who welcomed us, extremely pleasant and professional, searched the fridges to compose two excellent meal trays for us. Smile, concern for the customer and availability were there. The next day with the morning shift, no smiles, no looks, not a word, hardly a hello. And yes it's not easy to work on a weekend, but we should avoid showing it to this point. What a pity for this rather pleasant establishment.

The hotel needs to be refreshed. The cleaning in our room (although a double superior to 84€ per night) was disappointing. Trash in the bathroom not emptied, cobwebs,. dust on desk and lamp.

Good value for money. Clean and silent. We had chosen a very comfortable 1.60m bed. Helpful staff.
A comfortable hotel of good quality, coming on a professional basis I benefited from the stopover evening at a very fair price. A good dinner, a pleasant and quiet room and a varied breakfast. The only downside was the welcome from the "receptionist/waitress" who was in a hurry: to leave!
One night stay over the weekend. Warm welcome and availability. Very clean and very well equipped room. Perfect accessibility. I would happily go back there if needed.

Standard hotel a bit outside of Ancenis. Rooms are small, no patio furniture near our room, no air conditioning. Nice reception. The experience was completely made up for by the fact that we could leave the car in the parking lot for 10 days during our cycling trip. When we returned, we felt that it had really been taken care of. Very pleasant.
Our room had a very bad smell in the bathroom that carried into the room. The mildew-stained bathroom towels at the bottom of the shower stall;

Foul smell in the room due to a plumbing problem in the bathroom. The problem is known to the hotel but the reception tells us that they do not know how to solve it. Very disappointing response. This chamber should not be used until repaired.

Very good value for money. Pleasant and relaxed welcome. The room was ready with a travel cot ready to accommodate our daughter. Perfect !
Superior room booked, total lack of space. Toilet seat too small for toilet pan. No air conditioning!! Restaurant closed. Far from what is expected of Logis.
