Dust mite and dust allergy problem: Carpet in the bedroom and curtains on the windows. No elevator and bedroom upstairs. As a person with reduced mobility, no wheelchair access. No details on the website. We were unable to stay due to allergies.

The rooms are really not clean, huge cobwebs and very very dirty carpet with lots of residue on the floor. The shower is catastrophic
