As others have said, it's a sort of motel; a small, clean, functional but a bit cold room. Good value for one night.

Et la carafe d'eau pas proposée, certe nous aurions pu demander mais n'y avons pas pensé car on nous a directement proposé bouteille plate ou pétillante. Dans la chambre planche wc à fixer.

Years in LogisHotel, very first time so disappointed, on the place, the breakfast, the room itself. A 3*?! It's a big mistake, a shame. Chose this hotel because it's close to Rouffach (very beautiful village) and Colmar, it's the only positive point. A hotel without charm, a mix between an American motel and a Campagnile. Parking in front of the rooms. Hotel 50m from a gas station and a very busy dual carriageway. Breakfast on the terrace is accompanied by cars passing so close that you can see the driver (and that's not a figure of speech). "Campagnile" type room with just a bed, a table stuck to the window, a "wardrobe" with a few hangers and the bathroom with a yellow and stained bathtub curtain. No courtesy tray. Nothing. A room without soul, without decoration. Breakfast is placed in a corner of the restaurant of 2m by 1m. So no space. Nothing friendly. ZERO regional products. Fruit juices directly offered in plastic bottles. Not a single freshly squeezed juice. Only 1 type of cheese and ham. Only hard-boiled eggs, no omelets or anything else. The pastries don't come from the local bakery... All this didn't make me want to try the restaurant in the evening. It was for a few days and we don't live in the room, but this is the very first time when arriving at a Logis that I immediately felt uncomfortable, wanted to leave. Between the location of the hotel, the quality of the room, the reality of the breakfast which is not worth 12 euros, I do not recommend it. We need to remove stars and lower the price, so the quality/price ratio will correspond to the reality of the place.

Perhaps a thing that happens only every once in a while, but the room was terribly hot and the so called 'cooler' did not work sufficiently.
Maybe investing in airco would help.
The matrasses felt synthetic and sweaty.
The room was clean, though. Hosts were friendly and professional.

Having booked through Logis, the site did not communicate my request for a reservation for the evening meal to the hotel and it was only a few days before that I received the information even though my reservation had been made for more than a month!

We booked the hotel oneline and did not notice that it is hard to reach by bike. We had to ride through the meadows. By car access is perfect, because the hotel is next to the motorway.

This Logis hotel is closer to the "Campanile" than to the entire Logis hotel chain, which is generally very satisfactory. The room is dated, the amenities are missing, and the meals and breakfast are very standard. The staff is very friendly.

We were surprised by the access to the hotel but the rooms are nice. The reaction from the hoteliers (error in basic accommodation) is very satisfactory as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation (towels changed every day). However, during the Christmas holidays, we know that prices are increased but normally reasonably.. more than 300€ for a stay with breakfast (2 nights + breakfast for the modest sum of 12€/person….): little space for the buffet which forces the staff to constantly restock and therefore little choice on the buffet + waiting for customers. In an ibis hotel we have more choice. The value for money needs to be reviewed! A toilet/bathroom door that does not close, a small bottle of water served.. when we are told about a comfort room: it is there, but only for the bedding.

The appartement was a bit outdated. But worth for the price we payed.
The staff and the restaurant were great!!! The hotel room and facilities were very good. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise until late at night and in the morning suitcases, loud conversations and little soundproofing. Thanks to all the very professional staff and delicious meals!!!
Well located on our route. Friendly welcome
The family suite is ok but would benefit from a refresh, especially with regard to the interior decoration (aging walls and floor) and the bathroom which is no longer up to date with a bathtub. To review some details on the electricity, in particular the bedside lamp and faulty TV aerial socket. For the rest, the meals and breakfast are plentiful. The only negative point is the proximity of the main road.

In full development. Very good mattress, we ate very well, we can see that all the staff do everything to make this place a must if you are in the area. Very clean, nothing to say. The description of the hotel is simply wrong: "In the heart of Rouffach"... about 3 km away! Regional cuisine? There was the usual grill stuff. The descriptions of other Logis hotels were more realistic.

This hotel is practically impossible to find, because the entrance is very poorly indicated if you do not know that access is directly in the TOTAL station on the edge of the national road

Excellent stopover! We will definitely come back. Restaurant and terrace: great! The room and bathroom are very clean, spacious, comfortable. The bed is super good. We appreciated the slightly old-fashioned side of the accommodation, but that's what makes it charming 😉

A very decent accommodation at a very decent price, quality service. Rooms are being improved, they are a bit dated in the bathroom area. Showers would perhaps be more practical than bathtubs. An electric towel dryer would be a little extra.
