Hotel is charming and the staff exceptionally accommodating ! The food was excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A hotel where friendliness and helpfulness are embodied by the entire team! From the welcoming smile upon arrival to the assistance with luggage, everything was done to ensure guests were well looked after. This care was also fully reflected in the perfect meals. Breakfast began with a wide variety of homemade delicacies. Dinner was a feast every evening. The dishes are seasonal and feature fantastic local produce. In short, this was our first visit, but it's a fantastic place to return to! Our thanks to the fantastic team at this incredibly friendly hotel!

Old hotel. Quite quirky. But not good value.

Our room was number 1: spacious with its very large bed, its wardrobe and its shelves, like a small dressing room closed by a pretty white curtain, its pedestal table and its two comfortable armchairs, its electric kettle and coffee-making facilities, its decoration based on travel, the large trunk at the end of the bed and small chests as bedside tables. The bathroom is spacious, too: an enclosed shower, toilet and two basins placed on a large "work surface" which allows you to put all your toiletries and a towel dryer. As for the catering, everything was perfect: we will not forget the excellent breakfast prepared in the kitchen: the caramel egg custard, the homemade yogurt, the gingerbread made with honey from the nearby beehives, the apple cake, the roasted peaches topped with cocoa marzipan, the pastries of course, the cheese and the excellent country ham, the homemade jams, ... and these are just a few examples! The evening meal also delighted us: we will remember the homemade terrine, we are still talking about the cod back in shrimp nage served with squid ink pasta, the lemon cheesecake and the cherry clafoutis. In addition, the location is ideal because it allows for beautiful discoveries like the nearby town of Foix but it is also the starting point of a circuit which passes through the Pérègue and Portel passes, through Tarascon-sur-Ariège before returning to Foix. And above all the welcome is warm and you can feel everyone's desire to make your stay perfect! We had an excellent weekend there made of simple little pleasures which leave us with beautiful and sweet memories! Quite simply, thank you!

Sehr freundliches und gemütliches Hotel. Nichts für Luxus-Verwöhnte, aber es fehlt an nichts. Die Eigentümerin ist extrem zuvorkommend und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Zudem kocht sie wirklich gut! Jedes Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet und zusammen mit dem kleinen Restaurant und dem fantasievoll eingerichteten Aufenthaltsraum und aller Nebenräume verleiht dies dem Hotel eine außergewöhnliche und charmante Atmosphäre. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

The location close to Foix and tourist sites, the very original decoration, the friendliness, the intimate and warm side, the calm and the very particular charm of a garden with terrace assigned to the room. On the restaurant side, inventive and quality cuisine, truly very appreciable.

Small Cozy hotel, Vintage decoration and a garden that welcomes voyeurs to relax and enjoy nature. The cuisine is remarkable, but above all the kindness of the manager is incredible.

Very nice stopover in this hotel, very comfortable and very quiet. The garden furniture is delicious and several other indoor lounges are perfect for reading in rainy weather. Several hikes are possible from the hotel. And I inaugurated the bus line that drops off at the foot of the hotel. Perfect!

Everyone is very welcoming and attentive. The meal and breakfast were very good and very complete. The wifi works well, comfortable bedding. The only negative point would be the soundproofing, the floor is noisy and I could hear my neighbor. But otherwise everything was good and also at the foot of the Pyrenees!

Excellent welcome, excellent food, spacious room ..... BUT .... wooden floors and very noisy ... when you have a family of 3 children above your head !!! Hostel on the edge of the main road (between 2 traffic lights) impossible to leave the windows open. Too bad when you need peace and quiet.

Welcome lovely food amazing

A very nice stopover of several days in this beautiful residence renovated with taste (we loved the decoration of the common areas and that of our room: the 1) We feasted on the good little dishes prepared every day: special mention for the tajine, the country pâté, the mille-feuille of tomatoes and aubergines, chicken with tarragon… in fact we loved all the dishes! Delicious breakfast with homemade pastries, fruit salad… We will return with pleasure

Ideally located 5/6km from Foix, at the foot of the passes for lovers of walks or bike rides. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, very well decorated. This is a hostel I won't forget! The warm welcome and surroundings, the copious and delicious breakfast and dinner, the comfort of the rooms, the pretty terrace... everything contributed to making our stay very pleasant. But above all there is the elusive, the soul of this Inn which certainly reflects Anne's personality. We will gladly come back !

We had a very good stay the room was perfect the friendly atmosphere The only problem is that the menu was almost the same from one day to the next and there is no children's menu On the other hand, the owner was great, she made a unique dish for my daughter who didn't like the menu offered (2 starters and 2 main courses to choose from). Thank you very much for this beautiful stay which recharged our batteries

A warm welcome from the very helpful, warm and attentive owner! Very pleasant decoration and comfort, super quiet at night, thanks in particular to the double glazing. What can we say about the almost perfect dinner with local products, I highly recommend! Perhaps some advice would be to remove the bathtub with a walk-in shower, very simple would be enough.
