Unique location and building, was like a luxury rural experience

Excellent breakfast disappointed with the catering part in the evening I took the large discovery menu I specified my allergy and I felt the discomfort of the kitchen and suddenly I found myself with a meal which did not correspond to the other dishes send the chef should be more understanding especially since I warned 48 hours in advance of my arrival of my allergy in 2025 it is unacceptable such behavior from a chef

We booked with our young children, validated by the booking site, with the arrival time specified but once we arrived no one to welcome us A telephone number where no one answered and after a while we were told that the reception was closed to go and see the hotel next door...

We booked this hotel as a stopover on the way to the ferry at Bilbao. The staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean and although on the small side had a balcony but rain prevented its use. In the restaurant for the evening meal we had the fixed price menu of three courses for E19 which was excellent value. The food was local, fresh and well cooked an enjoyable evening.
Overall we had a comfortable stay and the Hotel was certainly good value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities available in the room and bathroom, very clean. The dinner was very good, very fresh. The staff very helpful, pleasant and smiling. Bravo to the whole team

Lovely hotel in very rural location. The room was lovely although the table on the balcony was broken and in a bad state. The room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The pool area is fabulous. Supper at the hotel was very good and the chef puts together a super menu. The cocktails (especially the Mojito's) were very fabulous and happy hour is always a bonus.

The hotel is charming and the restaurant delicious but the service is not up to par. Due to the behavior of the receptionists we were not able to have breakfast (lack of information, poor signage, lack of desire...).

We stayed one night at the inn at the relay. The welcome was warm, the room very decent (the air conditioning a plus in these hot and humid times), the swimming pool very relaxing, the night calm. And above all, the meal at the restaurant was a delight for a very controlled price and even very advantageous for the menu at 19 euros: a tasty meal, with good products, in sufficient quantity, quality wines at low prices. In short, a step to recommend!

Among other choices of this Hotel, there was the presence of charging stations for electric cars, in fact it was impossible to recharge through these and thanks to the sense of service of one of the employees we were able to continue our stay without difficulty. Thanks to him ! I invite the management of this establishment to ensure the proper functioning of these terminals, the current company (Zéphyre) which manages them is far from being efficient in terms of service... more and more electric cars are circulating and you would benefit from this service (paid for) being up to par!

Delighted with our stay with you, we will come back and it is very good that we accept small dogs. A little extra with a small fridge wouldn't be bad. For breakfast a little more savory products would be welcome.

Very pleasant hotel with good services, the evening dinner included in the evening stopover was very good, the breakfast of a very good standard with a wide choice of fresh products including some homemade. The superior room that I had reserved on the second floor, although very well renovated, was not very well sound-insulated, we could hear the neighboring room a little too much, this was the only downside of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, decoration, staff and catering

The arrival of delicious scents emanating from the kitchen flatters our senses. The welcome is warm, the room charming and the bedding ideal for a restful sleep, and, the height of luxury, there is a bathtub! Outside, a pretty terrace, a garden bordered by a stream (very angry on the day of my visit!), a swimming pool which I will certainly see in the next summer, and the view of the church tower. To end the stay well, a breakfast that definitely makes you want to come back to taste each product!

This is the third time my husband and I have come to this establishment. We go to the Thermes de Salies de Béarn for a week of treatments and stay at the Auberge du Relais. We were unable to come in 2020, 2021 and 2022 due to the covid pandemic. What a pity ! This year, we have resumed our good habits. The welcome is very friendly. We have a PMR room because of my osteoarthritis in my knees. The staff is very attentive. The cuisine is excellent. The magnificent setting. From the bedroom we hear the stream flowing and the birds chirping. Each stay is a moment of well-being and tranquility in this charming green setting.

Having reserved room and dinner, receipt of an email the same morning of arrival to inform of the non-possibility of catering following the managers' choice to favor a catered trip. Obvious lack of professionalism of the management team.

We knew in advance that the hotel would not provide evening meals on the day of our arrival (Friday) but we did not realize that no other facilities would be available. After our arrival and being shown our room the member of staff left the hotel. The hotel was "closed"! The following morning the same member of staff returned to serve breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and our departure was managed satisfactorily. We had heard very good reports of the hotel's catering and it was a disappointment not to be able to dine there.

Upon arrival we did not see any staff. There was no menu anywhere for the evening, so we had to go downstairs and ask. The restaurant, in our opinion, had no soul. There was a lack of atmosphere. The hotel is also not located in a real village and since the weather did not allow the swimming pool to be open, it was boring. The bar is also really not cozy. I can imagine that when the weather is really warm, and you can enjoy the pool and a meal outside on the terrace, the atmosphere is completely different. At breakfast there were no croissants and no more baguettes. There is also a missed opportunity. The lady had definitely seen it, because she passed the buffet several times without replenishing it. It was not even 10 o'clock yet. The room itself was very nice and functional.

We couldn't get to our room because it was closed! The key was not in the door as it was written on the front door. I called the emergency cell phone indicated on the door - no answer. I sent a message and got a response at 9:30 p.m.!! We arrived at 7:00 p.m. We had to look for another hotel, Saturday evening at 7.30 - not easy. There was a lack of professionalism on the part of the owner. We have been traveling with Les Logis for 25 years and this is the first time something like this has happened to us. Plus the restaurant was closed!! Without notice.

Everything was perfect ! The dinner at the exceptional restaurant, the super large and pleasant swimming pool, as well as the friendliness of the staff.

The restaurant is really great but the hotel is not up to standard. No hot water, and apparently that's a recurring problem. And the bathroom door is more of a screen than a door. You really have to be very intimate to share a room!

This house is one of the top 5 in France and 1 in Béarn and the Basque Country. After a break of 1 year 1/2 following a stay in the islands. Here I am back on the roads of the South West and it was impossible for me not to go back to basics. I have been frequenting this establishment since 2018 the quality is constant. It's a family story, the parents were remarkable Hoteliers and Monsieur Maître Restaurateur recognized by his peers. It is now their daughter who has taken up the torch, we feel that she went to Good School and endowed with a strong hereditary personality, she knows how to imprint her personal touch and her creativity on her dishes. It's great. A relay station in the middle of the fields of the teams accessible and at your service. It seems impossible to me not to feel good there.
