Superb welcome, very friendly and good recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was perfect. We arrived late and the buffet was emptying, but it was quickly refilled. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is located right in the city center. Excellent welcome upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. I recommend it.

Good communication, warm welcome. Comfortable, spacious room. Very reasonable price. The only downside is that the pedestrian street is a bit noisy on Saturday nights when you're sleeping on the first floor and facing the street.

We received a very warm welcome and the hotel's location is perfect. We received helpful information upon arrival the evening of our arrival. However, the next day, the staff were less efficient in explaining the parking rates to hotel guests than those displayed. Fortunately, the parking attendants were very helpful.

An extremely well-located hotel in the city center next to the Vercingetorix parking lot. The price-quality ratio is very good. The hotel could certainly do with a little updating, but honestly, the room is large, the bedding comfortable, the location ideal, and the price attractive. The staff is welcoming.

Staff and reception excellent. Room so dated and tatty. Bathroom awful with marks on walls and dirty grouting on tiles above bath. Bed comfort superb with fabulous bedding. Towels old and thin. Breakfast - think we must have come at wrong time as had run out of eggs, ham and baguettes.

Ideally located, for sure. Very quiet street too. Very comfortable bedding, everything was clean. The only thing you have to be very open-minded about is the decor! But it's fun for a short stay.

No air conditioning on the 3rd floor above the rooftops during a heatwave. These rooms should not be offered to guests during these times, or at least warn them. The Logishotel room rate is €86 without air conditioning. My colleague's rate for the same evening is €72 for a room with air conditioning, via the hotel.com website. A €14 difference, but I received a €5 loyalty bonus. I'm looking for logic. Parking access is very difficult by car, so be patient. No one will respond to your comments or offer a commercial gesture, as the poor, very friendly operator filters and has to pass the information on to a manager who will not follow up. Terrible and disrespectful customer management. I will avoid paying in advance from now on.

Air conditioning would have been appreciated. The two fans provided were noisy and ineffective.
