Hello, the bedroom needs a major overhaul (poorly laid parquet flooring, bathroom tiles with cracks, mold around the bathtub, bathroom paper coming off along with the grout. When I arrived, there was a bit of dirt on the floor.
Room paid in advance, I was given a room on the ground floor with no possibility of closing the shutters, no roller shutters, no interior curtain. No privacy, no advance notice, and no possibility of changing. The bathroom shower was full of mold. Really didn't want to set foot in there.
Ideal, quiet location for a business meeting northeast of Lyon at a very reasonable price. Excellent restaurant! I will be back.

Minimalist room but perfect for 1 night, good bedding, clean overall, bath linens and TV. Very good value for money. The restaurant was perfect, we ate very well, a perfect menu with very good products. The service was top notch, the person who served us with great professionalism and very friendly. Honestly, impeccable value for money.

Hotel in need of renovation. Lack of staff and mechanical reception lacking dialogue. Breakfast should offer fresh local products and savory items. It's closer to an entry-level hotel chain than a Logis de France. It's a shame because the establishment has a family history that commands respect. The meal at the restaurant is good value for money, however. The menus offered by the Chef are very good.
Hotel in its original state, too old, not soundproofed, no proper VMC, does not correspond to the hotels of the Logis hotel group, misleading photo. On the other hand, the room, reception and breakfast staff are really very, very friendly Florence Larissa. The breakfast is okay, nothing more, for 12 euros, it's still missing some dirt.

Very old hotel, no air conditioning and no one at reception, we tried to find solutions, there were 2 phone numbers but despite our insistence no one answered...
Finding Chez Nous, in the calm of the Sainte-Croix countryside, is always a pleasure. If we were a little disappointed it was by the room, accessible to people with reduced mobility, which requires a little refreshment (curtain separating the room and shower/toilet, no toilet paper holder...) but we were confirmed that this was planned. Courtesy plaque very appreciated. Very good buffet breakfast, and we found, as a family and on the magnificent shaded terrace, the good table (the frogs ❤️) of Pierre Vincent!!! Top staff whether at reception, in service and in the room! Congratulations! We recommend!!!

The building in which we were accommodated had passed its heyday
This is my second time here on business. This time I stayed in a room that had been renovated - very well. The hosts are lovely: at breakfast, I was offered ham and cheese for an extra charge if I wanted them.
Little aged but super friendly and excellent dinner.
Bedding should be adjusted to the room temperature. Is a duvet really necessary in this heat? Cobwebs in the bedroom...not a great image-wise.

Once... not twice A slightly strange welcome where a lady asks to intervene in her room for a problem and it's not possible, no more room to change... then I said to myself ouch. Arrived at the meal a friendly but not accommodating waiter... Not eating fish I ask for an adjustment even if it means paying a supplement... not possible otherwise it goes à la carte... well only one of the lodges refuses... so I had a salad with tomatoes as hard as rocks, vinaigrette and that's it. If you need anything, wait because they are focused on the service and no point in making little hand signals it doesn't work. The night... the room is okay... but the pillows are as hard as rocks I didn't sleep all night (no spare pillow in the room). The only positive thing... I'm not there anymore and won't go back
Quiet hotel, nice room, small but very comfortable, very good bedding and pillow. Beautiful bathroom, large shower. Clean. The restaurant was great, refined and truly excellent dishes. Just a little expensive... Too bad there is no à la carte menu to lighten the bill a little. Or more affordable menus, with more choice. But we ate so well, that it makes up for it.

Hotel room is in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom. The restaurant was very good with good food and selection of wines.
I needed a hotel on a budget, and hotels in France have become very expensive. Overall, it was fine. I stayed in the annex because the rest of the hotel was fully booked. The rooms in this annex are now very dated and poorly furnished. But within the context, everything was very clean. There were no eggs, no sausage, and no cheese at breakfast. But that could, of course, be regional. All in all, it worked out; I had accommodation on my small budget, and it was definitely a valuable new experience.
No one at reception when we arrived at 5 p.m. The door to the establishment was closed. The phone didn't answer until 6 p.m. We waited in the car for an hour. At 6 p.m., we learned that the keys were in an envelope on the hotel's notice board next to the closed reception, which was something we should have known! Because we didn't see anyone! However, once the reception opened, we were well received. The hotel could do with some renovation.
The condition of the room was very disappointing. Mold in the bedroom and bathroom. No toilet bowl, only the fixings from the previous one remained. Torn towels. Bathroom ceiling coming loose. Headboard detached from the box spring.

This is the first time I've been downgraded. I paid for a comfort overnight stay and they gave me a classic room. Too bad.
Despite a mistake we made in the reservation, the receptionist made up for it.

The room is clean but it is dilapidated and poorly insulated. The bathroom is particularly dilapidated with traces of mold on the walls and the shower joints need to be redone. These rooms urgently need to be renovated. Breakfast at the price of 13 euros is much too expensive.

Arriving late with the storm, I had a very warm and friendly welcome. The menu (starter, main course, dessert) was served to me despite the time. The staff were very friendly, smiling and professional. The local cuisine was very good. Very pleasant, clean room, very good bedding, functional and clean bathroom. Large free parking lot. Breakfast of choice and fresh products. A restaurant with modern decoration, rather Nordic atmosphere, very trendy, very pleasant. I hesitated to book this hotel because of negative comments and finally, I did well to stay there to be able to judge for myself. Some comments indicated that to get to the hotel, you had to cross the road. Indeed, but it is a small country road, barely 4 meters to cross and the parking lot is located where the rooms are. So very easy for accessibility and dropping off luggage. To answer these people, I point out that at Georges Blanc (3 Michelin stars), only a few privileged people have access to the rooms located in the restaurant building, for other customers, the rooms are also located opposite and there, you have to cross a square (and not a street !!) and this does not trigger any negative comments. In addition, I draw your attention to the fact that the price of the rooms is more than correct. It is a well-kept family hotel, relaxing where you can find a good table, nowadays, you have to support them because it must not be easy every day for them. I will not hesitate to return to this hotel. I hope that my testimony will convince other professional travelers (like me) and / or tourists to stop at this hotel.
Awful! No one at the hotel when we arrived, water pouring through reception ceiling soaked the Logis catalogue I was trying to use to get a phone number for the hotel to raise someone. A passer bye managed to phone for me, when someone appeared they had no knowledge of my booking but then found it, the restaurant was closed. The bathroom had no sink plug, no shower curtain, do I need to continue. A wet night munching homemade sandwiches!

I don't know if the other rooms are the same but No. 9 is very disappointing. However, this one was clean, poor soundproofing.
Room very poorly insulated against noise from neighbors, WIFI impossible to connect, 2 single beds for a one-person stopover. Simple meal.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the location of the hotel and a very friendly (Moldovan) member of the dining room staff.
However, on arrival, we waited 20 minutes (including ringing doorbell and phoning), only eventually to discover that reception was in another building (a note on the now redundant reception in the hotel building would help). The lady on reception was quite perfunctory (language may have been a problem) on sending us to our room. I had to return to reception to confirm that we hadn't been given correct type of room and then we had to move. On check out, we had been overcharged for the evening meal. Same female member of staff who didn't apologise on either occasion but did rectify the situation.
In contrast the (Moldovan) waiter was very friendly and attentive to our requests in the restaurant.
The room was adequate because it was in great need of refurbishment, as were most of the hotel areas - the restaurant was smart - a shame because great potential in the site and facilities to be a fabulous hotel.
I booked this hotel for a short stay in the Dombes. Unfortunately if I had followed the reviews posted on the site, I would not have done it. The rooms have been renovated and very comfortable, as for the catering we were very pleasantly served.

We booked online. Arriving on site with our reservation number and the confirmation email, we were told that we were not listed in the database. The hostess was very annoyed and we can understand. A system to obviously review! Luckily there was still a room left to accommodate us. The latter was quite basic and outdated. We made do with it... The catering is of an excellent level! The place is pretty and the cuisine refined. This to compensate for that. We should still think about refreshing these impersonal rooms. Peeling wallpaper, holes from an old TV hanging that weren't filled, a slippery bathtub without a curtain or shower screen. Our stay was good in terms of taste but unsatisfactory in terms of sleep. I forgot! The mattress is curved on one side of the bed...

The services offered on the site and in reality unfortunately differ... We had reserved a room with a king size bed (for €15 more...zig...) and a sweet/savoury breakfast with local products. Our room had a 140 bed. When we indicated this at reception, we were told that there were no others... The next day, we asked to pay only for the service of base, we got lost in explanations saying that the price was due to the renovation of the bathroom... We finally won our case, after being yelled at... Which is not said in the ad, is that if you want to eat savory food for breakfast, you will need to reserve the day before (which can be understood to avoid waste), for an additional charge for each item ordered... The The choice of sweets wasn't bad, but nothing homemade or local except the bread... Very disappointed with our stay, we won't come back...

It's a charming stopover, with a nice restaurant.
Unpretentious hotel but in line with my expectations for a 2*. In the short evening to take a plane, it is recommended, close to the airport and much cheaper than hotels directly on site. The restaurant is expensive, however.
The evening stopover rooms are dated, the bedspread and pillows need to be changed, the kettle needs to be thrown away. dilapidated bathroom with bathtub, really not practical. The price is high. Decent restaurant, be careful not to salt your dishes too much. Satisfying breakfast

There is a bit of a lack of human warmth in this hotel.
Bad reception, hotel was on the other side of the road. No lights outside nor inside. Impossible to find the room. Reception should show the room and explain. Also the lights should be working. Never again. We've had many hotels of Logis, this was the worst.

After reading reviews before our arrival, we realized that people were being mean and not at all objective. The hotel is clean and quiet. No complaints.
