Nice hotel with impeccable cleanliness! Nicely decorated room, beautiful terrace overlooking the river, very cozy lounge, very pleasant breakfast inside, directly on the river, in short, a little haven of peace for a very pleasant weekend. The welcome is also impeccable, bravo!
Two categories of staff, one contemptuous and one pleasant (the people could have breakfast and a very good welcome). We booked 4 nights, incomprehensible change of table each evening, unfriendly dining room staff except 1, unpleasant remark from the manager concerning the aperitif on the terrace, absolutely wanting to set tables when in the end 2 tables were occupied out of the dozens available. Too bad.
The value for money was average considering the price. The air conditioning was noisy, both inside and out. The housekeeping was poor, and the shower damage repairs were inadequate. Also, the TV was small.
Whilst the staff were all very welcoming, there was a serious lack of staff serving in the restaurant in the evening - three the first night and two the second night. As a result the service was very slow. Despite being over-worked all restaurant staff were good and the food was good.
Everything was perfect
Excellent séjour. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Bel, bien situé. Superbe terrasse pour le restaurant au bord de la rivière. Juste des petits détails à améliorer: le drap du lit est une sorte de dessus de lit (synthétique), lavabo sdb partiellement bouché. Restaurant très bien mais juste un peu cher par rapport à la qualité.

Very good hotel, nice park and private parking
The only thing missing is a swimming pool, it's difficult to swim or soak in the Sorgue when it's 37 degrees. Otherwise, perfect.

This hotel is very well located in Fontaine de Vaucluse, on the banks of the Sorgues. The strong points (in my opinion): the private parking, the park along the river, the friendly and attentive staff, the quality of the cuisine for meals and breakfasts, the comfort of the rooms, even standard. Weak point: well I don't see any. Maybe just the lack of a swimming pool. I come regularly for professional reasons, I came on personal vacation last year. I really like this hotel!
Could be much better
A chic hotel in appearance, behind this facade we find aging rooms and low quality bedding. Not even a kettle in the room! Only one small bottle of water for 2 people. A mini soap and a sample of low quality shampoo. A breakfast at 16€/person with less choice than a Campanile hotel! Unfriendly staff. In short, too expensive for what they offer!

Perfect. Very comfortable room, King size bed, very good table and very varied and complete breakfast (sweet AND savory with not just pieces of cheese, ham how often). And welcome.
Bonnieux Room N°7 to be absolutely avoided except for disabled people. At the time of booking on the Logis Hôtel website, nothing indicates that the room is a PRM room (person with reduced mobility) with, therefore, a bathroom. bath without real shower, without furniture (just a hospital style trolley). Of course, this type of room must exist but we must be informed of what we are booking. In addition, the windows of this room overlook wooden panels located 1 meter in front of the windows. No view. This is unworthy of the standard claimed by this hotel. Even if not all rooms can overlook the park, the total absence of a view of the outside is unacceptable. Note, a commercial gesture: Having indicated our dissatisfaction, we were offered breakfast

Magnificent setting on the banks of the Sorgue. Warm welcome. Large parking lot. Top bedding. Calm and silent.
Disappointed by the quality of the room (yet superior room), broken towel rack in the bathroom, important light under the room door... The most disappointing being the meals.

Warm welcome and availability of staff
The hotel is somewhat hidden at the roundabout, quiet and directly on the Sorgue. Quiet and central location. Parking secured with a gate. The rooms are ok and clean. The dinner (menu) in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. 2 menus are offered. The wines are also appropriate in terms of price/performance. The breakfast was also very lovingly prepared, delicious and with a view over the Sorgue. All in all a hotel to feel good about.
Avoid room no. 7: bonnieux. Very noisy: all night, exterior air conditioners keep you from sleeping, hospital bathroom, window view of wooden panels 1 meter from the window. Breakfast at 16€ (it's a steal!) and finally no commercial gesture for all these inconveniences.

Great stay. Everyone takes care of themselves. At breakfast SANDRA is attentive to all our needs, and her smile is infectious. Excellent cuisine, the chef delighted us throughout our stay. We will come back.
