Chambre Bonnieux N°7 à éviter absolument sauf pour personne handicapée.. Au moment de la réservation sur le site logis hôtel, rien n’indique que la chambre est une chambre PMR ( personne à mobilité réduite) avec ,par conséquent , une salle de bain sans vraie douche ,sans meuble ( juste une desserte style hôpital).Bien sûr , ce type de chambre doit exister mais on doit être informé de ce qu’on réserve.
De plus, les fenêtres de cette chambre donne sur des panneaux de bois situés à 1 mètre devant les fenêtres.Aucune vue .C’est indigne du standing revendiqué par cet hôtel. Même si toutes les chambres ne peuvent pas donner sur le parc, l’absence total de vue sur l’exterieur est inacceptable.
A signaler, un geste commercial: Ayant signalé notre mécontentement, on nous a offert le petit déjeuner

Cadre magnifique au bord de la Sorgue .accueil chaleureux. Grand parking. Literie top. Calme et silencieux.
Déçu par la qualité de la chambre (pourtant chambre supérieure), porte serviette casséws dans la salle de bains, jour important sous la porte de la chambre...
Le plus décevant étant les repas.

Warm welcome and availability of staff
The hotel is somewhat hidden at the roundabout, quiet and directly on the Sorgue. Quiet and central location. Parking secured with a gate. The rooms are ok and clean. The dinner (menu) in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. 2 menus are offered. The wines are also appropriate in terms of price/performance. The breakfast was also very lovingly prepared, delicious and with a view over the Sorgue. All in all a hotel to feel good about.
Avoid room no. 7: bonnieux. Very noisy: all night, exterior air conditioners keep you from sleeping, hospital bathroom, window view of wooden panels 1 meter from the window. Breakfast at 16€ (it's a steal!) and finally no commercial gesture for all these inconveniences.

Great stay. Everyone takes care of themselves. At breakfast SANDRA is attentive to all our needs, and her smile is infectious. Excellent cuisine, the chef delighted us throughout our stay. We will come back.

Do not hesitate to ask what view the chosen room gives if it is important for you... which I did not do. This earned us a bad surprise; despite this we really enjoyed our stay because the room itself was comfortable: we slept very well there. Excellent hospitality and delicious meals...

Hotel located in a very beautiful setting on the banks of the Sorgue. Very nice terrace, large park and a large secure car park. Very warm welcome whether on arrival, or in the morning at breakfast. All the staff were attentive and friendly. The “Hė Bonjour” at the entrance to the breakfast room is worth all the suns.

Quality hotel, but the restaurant does not follow, it is equal to a pizzeria brasserie, it is a shame the setting is nice but the rest is not up to the hotel. departure the way to leave the hotel was obstructed by the van of the hotel, a personal individual of the hotel attacked us verbally (you are on vacation, you have time, come help me etc.... .) this individual simply forgets that we are a customer and that we have just spent €720 for 2 rooms and 1 meal for 3 people. We will not be returning and will not recommend this establishment to our friends.
