Hotel très agréable, confortable, bien chauffé, super accueil. Nous faisons la route une fois par mois et nous arrêtons à cet hôtel avec toujours autant de plaisir. Le restaurant attenant propose d'excellents plats et le parking est vaste.

Bergerac was the middle stage of our 700 km journey. Outside the city (with the GPS, the hotel was easy to find) we did not waste time venturing into the center, we avoided parking problems and we only had about ten meters to get to the restaurant, so it was perfect for a stopover. On occasion we can come back to enjoy Périgord.
Unexpected is the word that comes to us. This place is a world dedicated to games with a pleasant atmosphere all its own. It was for us a stopover in our motorcycle tour. And it was relaxing, nourishing thanks to the good Ludik restaurant and its very good and very pleasant cocktails. Thank you for everything.
Quite a strange welcome when you arrived, you had the impression of being in a youth hostel. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable bedding.

The room was beautiful but the bathroom was quite disappointing. The shower is almost non-existent! It was a shower bulb and the tiles in the bathroom/toilet
Bedroom 1 next to the laundry room with dryer that runs until 11:30 p.m.: ☹️ TV locked in store presentation mode, reception who doesn't know the unlock codes and no one who can help. Correct and comfortable room spoiled by these details.

Disappointed with the room (no privacy curtain, being on the ground floor obliged to draw the blackout curtains therefore having to put on the light). On the site in the presentation of the superior room there was a mark for independent WC (not the case). Hotel laundry room adjoining the room, hence not pleasant noise. Inoperative air conditioning. No cleaning on the second day, so wet towels despite the poster indicating that you can clean the room placed on the door. No more toilet paper provided as well since the room was not cleaned. This being pleasant hotel and restaurant staff. Despite the very attractive price, we would have liked to pay a little more; Usually we are satisfied with the LOGIS DE FRANCE brand but not for this stay.,

The hotel presents itself with an atmosphere of board games and it is really a pleasure to move around in the middle of this decor. Games are available. The staff is friendly and the room unique. We took advantage of the restaurant which is also atypical and its refined gastronomy "hits the mark" without a doubt. There is the swimming pool, very pleasant and above all secure! The hotel is located after having crossed an alley of magnificent plane trees... The only downside is the room being located under the roof and on the mezzanine, the heat of the upstairs part of the mezzanine was such that we were suffocated! I slept with my 2 daughters in 2 single beds that we pushed together, air conditioning on full blast all day and since there are no shutters, we had to close the curtains at noon because the room was facing south. I came forward and well "we take good note ma'am" ... no compensation! In short, it's a shame because for a 3 🌟 it was really nice. If you go there, even with children, don't take a mezzanine room because the differences in heat are enormous... and I'm not talking about the dust that comes through a roof opening in the mezzanine. The housekeeping staff really does the best they can and they are very friendly. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness...
Unfortunately, we were disappointed by this hotel with the Logis de France label, which we trust. Unfortunately, the quality was not there. Swimming pool located near garbage cans (odors) and ventilation (noise). Missed dinner after an interminable wait. Bedroom with bed on the mezzanine where the heat was suffocating (very inefficient fan). Reception of the breakfast rather unpleasant as well as when we left. A special mention nevertheless for the two young waitresses of the restaurant who struggled for us despite the endless wait and were as professional as they were warm! Thanks again to them both!
two storey room. it was nice and clean room. the bathroom is a bit small, but still acceptable. The wifi access was something wrong, i could not use Free-Wifi. This hotel is recommended especially for family, as many kinds of board games are available, and you can play them.

Set back for the calm, but close to the center of Bergerac, very nice discovery of this atypical hotel by its themes (dozens of board games available for example). I had booked a Premium stopover evening: excellent value for money! Quality bedding, Italian shower, top cleanliness: beautiful superior room. The restaurant combines service combining efficiency and friendliness that I appreciate. And I had fun! Special mention to the plate of local charcuterie, and Thai beef.
Only problem we found was that it was not possible to walk to the town due to there being no pavement on the main road which meant we had to call taxis to go anywhere.

Or a taxi. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The hotel and rooms do need an update with more variation for evening meals would be really good too. A nice place to stay nice and quiet with a lovely pool. Thank you all look forward to returning.

In the evening stopover, the restaurant is very good, simple and good. The bedding is correct, however, in this winter period, the heating blower is unpleasant at night. Lighting problem and insufficient to be able to work in good conditions.

Certainly welcoming at reception. Hotel is situated in an industrial area but easy walk to Bergerac. Bedroom would benefit from sliding door to bathroom due to position of the toilet. The crinkly duvet and pillow cases are dreadful, please use standard sheets as most hotels. No idea why even in the night you can hear water running, it sounded like a washing machine or is it from the pool ? The Ludik side is just not for us at all.
Too bad it is not specified that the restaurant is closed on weekends. Billing error but corrected.
