I recommend the establishment, a very welcoming team of professionals, and very good cuisine, I really enjoyed myself. Do not hesitate !

This is a beautiful spot. The welcome and facilities are excellent. For a hotel of this price you expect smaller rooms, but these are very well laid out and perfectly adequate for a short stay. If I had any criticism I would suggest they address the plumbing noise and invest in a carpet for the corridor to lessen the noise of people coming and going. Overall though, excellent and would return.

Meuble salle de bain abîmé et finitions pauvre, airco/chauffage fait beaucoup de bruit, et chambre mal isolé (son et chaleur)

Cleaning not done in the room (we were not warned and two different versions were given to us), lack of heating in the bathroom (we are in winter). We won't be back.

Perfect !!! The only minor complaint I could make is the strong smell of the toilet cleaner Otherwise perfect! I loved it, very nice welcome, superb place!

Very warm and professional welcome. The bedding is perfect, the rooms are clean and functional. The breakfast is very varied.

I booked 2 nights for 2 people. 72€/night or 144€ When I finalized my reservation on the internet, I received an email confirmation of my reservation. Supplement 10€ per dog per night, we have 2 small dogs total 40€ We were given a room upstairs, we asked if it was possible to change to a more practical ground floor room to take the dogs out . 10€/night or 20€ Tourist tax 1€/person/night evening 4€ In total reservation 144€ paid on leaving 208€ The hotel gave us a discount of 10€ on the 1st night, we had no didn't sleep due to a water leak we heard all night. We paid €198 thinking we had booked a room at €144. We were happy to have found a room at that price, but we were disappointed.

The hotel is right in the middle of a calm area with vineyards, which already emerges you in the Bordeaux experience. Very welcoming service from the hosts, with a relaxing sense of feeling. We got out of the car and entered the facility already feeling at piece and in "awe" of the location and view you have from the premise.
The restaurant they have is an amazing experience to strengthen the Bordeaux feeling, with a fun way of providing a wine degustation during your meal. For the breakfast, it is simple but perfect. Meaning it is not too much of different types of bread, charcuterie, etc... But just a perfect amount to provide enough variation.

Very small room, not in accordance with the price. The balcony was not clean and not taken care of. Dead plants in the planter.

A lovely hotel situated in a beautiful landscaope; however the rooms are cramped and the balcony tiny.

The Hotel was small but nice. All staff absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. We were staying for 8 nights, so for us the breakfast was basic, nothing hot.
The rooms were very small for the length of our stay, would of been perfect for a couple of nights but no room for a 8 nights worth of luggage.
Sadly No mini bar/fridge in room, so was tricky to keep foods/drinks cool.
No restaurant at weekends, the menu was the same all week, which as I have a fish/shellfish allergies made my choice extremely small.
We Would loved to have dined there more as such a lovely setting and service, but I can’t eat the same 2 meals for 8 nights.
Would definitely stay again, but just not for so many nights.

Lovely peaceful setting

Great experience! I came for a wedding at the Château de Camarsac. The staff is super nice, accommodating, the bed very comfortable, good shower jet. Incredible view and lovely pool. Small downside: poor soundproofing but otherwise everything was great!

Very nice experience for a relaxing and exotic stay. The hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool for lounging. The breakfast is very rich and varied.

Very pleasant stay, beautiful setting and attentive and smiling staff. We came with our dog who was also very well received. If the opportunity arises, I will not hesitate to return to this establishment.

A very nice stay in this hotel, located in a magnificent setting.

Pleasant stay, the room with air conditioning, view of the vines + the swimming pool, just a few spiders but nothing serious! The little + important for me and very pleasant: The bottle of water, even if there is no small fridge to keep it cool and the mosquito repellent plug!

The restaurant is amazing, could almost be Michelin starred food it’s so good.

The moisture content in the rooms is very high and you can hear everything in other rooms

The standard room could idee an update. The room was quiet outdated and the pillows weren’t that great.

But overal i would definitly stay here again (with an roomupgrade).

Very pleasant hotel, quiet, in a green setting, in the middle of the vineyards. Friendly, helpful, caring staff. Beautiful swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols in sufficient number (a sign obliging to go through the shower before swimming would be welcome!). A downside for the bedrooms upstairs: no elevator, small bedroom and little storage (only a wardrobe), poorly insulated from noise from the hallway. On the other hand, the bedding is comfortable and the toilets are independent, which is appreciable. The breakfast room is bright and pleasant. The buffet is correct but lacks space to be able to put the small trays and help yourself. The restaurant offers refined menus, the waiters are quick and efficient; portions are a little small for the price.

Great location - but the room was small, thin walls, bed was just OK, desk too small to work at, uncomfortable chair, disappointing view of the car park. There was a lot of noise penetrating the room from people in the car park immediately outside the room and from the reception area.
Also I found the mint green wall colour of the room unpleasant, clashing with the beige tile of the toilet. Obviously this is a personal view.
The toiletries were fine and I appreciated the bottle of water.
The view from the terrace in the morning was beautiful but did not compensate for the rest.

Joli cadre bien que la bâtisse chambres manque un peu de charme. Les chambres sont jolies mais fort petites, heureusement que la terrasse permette de s'ouvrir un peu. Point négatif pour l'isolation sonore côté couloir!
Le restaurant annexé par contre est une merveille, et pour la qualité du repas et pour le cadre

A very pretty place. In the countryside, in the quiet vineyards A nice welcome and a very correct breakfast But, impossible to sleep because outside light on all night and no shutter. An ill-suited blind that does not allow darkness The restaurant offers a nice menu but mediocre dishes. The fish (Pollack) was “boiled” too bad… we were on Monday, that may explain it!

disappointed overall; coffee machine did not work even if replaced immediately after report; sample of cream started in the bathroom when I arrived... water leak in the toilets not repaired during the 3 days. Suddenly bathroom floor mat used to mop but not replaced in the shower outlet. Ant colony in the toilets, no additional electrical outlet to charge a phone eg. apart from unplugging the bedside lamp. the reception is on the other hand very good; the pdj varied and of good quality too.

We had a very warm welcome, the room was very french country and the bed linen was very comfortable. We arrived in the dark but in the morning we were enthralled with the beauty of the surroundings, with early morning fog over the close-by vines. The breakfast buffet was of good quality. We would love to go back here and would thoroughly recommend.

La chambre avait beaucoup de poussière (derrière la télévision , sur la tête de lit et bcp de moutons sous le lit (ch 217). Chauffage par la climatisation donc bruyant la nuit. Séchoir à cheveux sur demande ce qui n est pas très pratique . Rideaux de douche pas agréable .
Le bâtiment est vieillissant et mériterait un ravalement.

Un établissement ayant réussi à cocher toutes les cases:
Cadre, équipements de bonne qualité, petit déjeuner agréable, restaurant de qualité, accueil, localisation agréable.
Les chambres pourraient être plus grandes mais c'est une option.

The value is good and the location was ideal since we wanted to spend our time in Bordeaux. However, our room was noisy, I would recommend that the hotel put a mat in the hallway because you can hear people walk by and speak in the corridor. The breakfast was satisfactory, the view is nice. Our room did not match the photos posted on Booking.com. We were surprised that the hotel called us each day around 3 pm to get us to reserve in their restaurant, they explained that it was a busy time of the year etc., but sometimes it's better to play hard to get, because we ended up not trying the restaurant simply because the phone calls were annoying.

Bon accueil, cadre très agréable, chambres propres et bien équipées, piscine sympa avec vue sur les vignes. Le point négatif est le bâtiment principal accueillant les chambres avec son look 70's qui dénote des autres bâtiments dans cet environnement au milieu des vignes.

Très bon accueil et cadre magnifique et restaurant à l extérieur très bon!cependant chambre toute petite, avec une porte qui ferme mal, très bruyant , toute la nuit des meubles, des portes ouvertes et fermées : ça n a pas arête !des moustiques écrasés au plafond donc non nettoyé .

Derrière une belle façade se cache une chambre très petite et décevante. Le petit déjeuner était le plus rudimentaire de la dizaine d' hôtels que nous avons faits lors de nos vacances, pour un prix parmi les plus élevés. L'ensemble est propre et le personnel accueillant, l'extérieur de la propriété est beau, peut-être avons nous reçu une chambre moins bien que les autres ?

Le restaurant est plus à la hauteur que l'hôtel. Déçue par la chambre et par l'accueil un peu froid du personnel. La chambre toute petite et pas rénovée, alors que les autres correspondaient aux photos vues sur le site web de l'hotel, du sang sur les drap à l'ouverture de ceux ci, pas de serviette de piscine mises à disposition, je ne trouve pas le prix justifié. Le personnel au restaurant qui dit "prend soin d'eux ce sont mes copains" en parlant de certains client, on ne s'est pas sentie très bien accueillies. très dommage! mais cadre idyllique tout de même!

Chambres mal insonorisées

Bon hôtel mais chambre et salle de bain exigus et restaurant associé moyen et très cher. Petit déjeuner et piscine constituent les points forts de l'hôtel. Prestation ne valant pas le prix globalement ni le label Logis de France qui nous avait fait choisir l'hôtel.

Séjour et cadre agréable, si je devais donner un axe d'amélioration, se serait sur le remplacement de la baignoire par une grande douche.

Piscine agréable avec belle vue sur les vignes.
Restaurant agréable bien que un peu cher. Thon rouge très bien cuit (et nous sommes breton…..) et dessert à la mangue léger, très original et savoureux

Lieu très sympa et très bon service, dans un décor magnifique ! A recommander !
