A lovely hotel in a quirky position as it is surrounded by a commercial centre. It is an oasis of calm amidst the bustle. Our stay would have been improved had the hotel noted my requests. I booked through the Logis website & these were not passed on! So please note, the hotel suggest confirming special requests by telephone.
Everything else was fine, including good choices for breakfast and an ambient restaurant with excellent service.

A quality evening stopover
Stayed for one night, on journey to Alps. Finding the hotel was okay except for "last mile", where satnav gave different instructions to signs on road. When there, the stay was very good, overall - only slight negative was very clinical service in restaurant (although the food was very good). We will probably use hotel again.

Lovely hotel, staff very welcoming, if we ever play Lens again would definitely book again. Bit of a walk to town but knew that beforehand but didn't know taxis are rare in Lens. On a commercial basis, hotel might think about running a shuttle for a small charge but the walk didn't spoil the stay. Thank you

Cozy hotel in green garden behind the hotel. Upon arrival you are shocked around large companies. But yes, the hotel was there first, then the companies came. Menu not large but very good. We like coming here from Ned. Is it near Lille.

A decent hotel but a little expensive given the setting and its location. This hotel is in a commercial area in the suburbs of Lens, next to a supermarket and other stores. Not very glamorous... For those who, like me, are on a business trip and above all looking for a good hotel for one night: The rooms are OK, the bedding comfortable, but impossible to close the shutters and no possibility of adjusting the temperature in the room. The catering, dinner and breakfast, is excellent, even for the evening stopover, as is the welcome. In short, it's pretty good, it's a shame that the "Parisian" price weighs down the overall result

The hotel has many rooms. Nice garden. When we arrived there was just a wedding. Had little trouble. We stayed for two days The first day we ate in the restaurant. The meal was very good. The second evening (Sunday) we thought we could also eat. But that was not possible. The reception had forgotten to communicate that. We ate at a Japanese wok restaurant within walking distance. Too bad there were no extra pillows for the bed. This was our 6th hotel we booked with Logis. Our vacation has ended. We really enjoyed booking at Logis.

We come quite regularly to this establishment because its geographical location allows us to be close to our centers of interest. On the other hand, the rooms require an improvement in terms of lighting in the bathroom and above all an installation of sockets near the bed because these are on the other side… This time we were disappointed because the room luxury was not prepared; only one towel for 2, a plug not working, the toilet flush not filling up, no mini fridge and a label still taped inside the sheets... For a stay at nearly 600€ we could expect better.
We have been going back several times for almost 10 years now and each time we are welcomed by Nathalie the owner and her equally friendly team at your service. I recommend it and we look forward to going back.

Surprising hotel in terms of appearance on a business park. Excellent room and bathroom. Excellent restaurant and good breakfast. Beautifully landscaped garden.
Although we had read the reviews it does not prepare you finding the hotel in the middle of an out of town shopping area but once in the hotel you could be anywhere in France, the staff are helpful and friendly, the food rustic fine dining. Our room was upgraded free of charge and was generally very good although the carpets are very tired. The hidden garden within the hotel complex is a gem accessed from your room with table and chairs so you can enjoy the garden, within easy access of Leshuttle we would stay again
Friendly staff, comfortable beds and great food
Location of the hotel in the Lens Commercial Centre came as a bit of a surprise but the hotel itself was very nice, especially the gardens. Originally I had booked two rooms but due to illness I had to cancel one. The cancellation did not appear to have made it onto the system but this was sorted out very readily. Our fridge was malfunctioning and this was also put right very quickly. Restaurant excellent and service charming. I'd stay again if I were to go back to Lens

The reception is perfect and efficient whether on arrival or departure. A hotel where you feel perfectly good, quiet, very clean, impeccable parking, kindness of the waiters. In the evening, the meal served is very hearty, hot and good. I recommend this hotel and would gladly return on my next visit.
The restaurant was not open, even though when we booked days before, we requested a table for dinner, we were not advised that this would not be available.
Somewhat complicated to find but once there a good stopover. Food in the restaurant excellent and breakfast also. Good place to run a company conference or get-together. Nicely laid out with swimming pool and central garden.

Good amenities overall, room 130 lacks power outlets at the headboard, and the wire from the coffee maker was too short to be able to enjoy a welcome coffee or tea. Very correct breakfast, a plus for the lady who serves us in the morning, and I love her English accent when she offers orange juice, catering service, in the evening a different menu every day and good dishes prepared and well presented, very pleasant table service (despite that I did not have my peanuts with my whiskey), I recommend and would return

The room was desperately in need of refurbishment. All the fixtures and fittings old and looked grim. Lighting poor. Towels thin and of poor quality. Hardly any tea/coffee in room. Floor in bathroom and toilet sticky. A hugely depressing experience and not worth the money. Location is also poor, in the middle of a busy trading estate, poor amount of parking.

We only had a one night stay, but we could not fault the entire experience. Friendly staff gave us a warm welcome, and the room was clean secure with a lovely aspect over the rear garden. Liked the feel of the place.The only negative thing that comes to mind is the fact that the electric lead on the kettle did not reach the nearest socket outlet. this meant having to move a bunch of stuff before you could plug the kettle in. Minor but a pain never the less.

Very pleasant hotel overall. A very very charming and welcoming team. Small renovations should be undertaken in the rooms (apparent cracks in the ceiling, dull wall / wallpaper, non-functional mini fridge, calcified shower … etc.) nothing too bad in itself!!!! More importantly, the welcome was really natural, warm, and that's the most important thing. Thank you!!

We have hip problems and can only use the shower. All the rooms only have bathtubs, so toilets are made at the sink, but no washcloths are available, even at reception. Too hot at night. No sheets, just a warm duvet. Parking in front of the host impracticable for us given its state because of the works, so paid parking.

Busy weekend and trekker from out of the blue shows up at your hotel. Staff were very kind and got me to a room just minutes before the worst electrical storm in 20 ans unleashed torrential rains and 4000 lightning strikes. When I came down for dinner and asked for a salad, the waiter had the chef create an avacado and tomato salad with half a cantelope just for me. It was perfect and the service was impeccable. Merci beaucoup.

Superb hotel, very well appointed with quality furniture! Incredible bedding, the bathroom and the bathtub a little outdated, as well as some sockets in the bedroom. A dividing curtain between the parent-child side will not be a luxury. The breakfast room very beautiful service furniture, and French because we recognized the Schmidt brand! (sign for which we work and French) reception on our arrival impeccable despite the late hour! We thank the receptionist.
