We apologize for not meeting your expectations. Indeed, you notified us at 9:15 p.m. that there was no hot water in your room. We found the problem at 9:45 p.m. and by 10:15 p.m. (the time it took for the pipes to heat up) the hot water was back on.
We went to check the TV, it's working normally. I don't understand. We'll check with the cleaning lady who cleaned your room again about the frayed towel and the lack of shower gel.

Small, super nice hotel, well located, quiet, with lots of things nearby. Room, staff, and pool very pleasant. We will definitely come back. It was a pleasure.
I didn't expect to find a hotel with such good value for money.

The person at the reception in the evening is not made for this job. Whether it is the owner or an employee, it makes no difference, she is not made to welcome tourists. I will skip all the details, but we are dealing with the worst in terms of reception, I am myself a hotel manager and master restaurateur, I have over 20 years of experience in this sector, I have rarely seen such an unpleasant person at the reception of a lodging/hotel. He needs to take care of something else and leave the reception to capable and smiling people. Apart from the unpleasant and unprofessional person at the reception, the establishment has great assets, unfortunately all unexploited. The swimming pool, the size and equipment of the rooms, and the prices make up for it all.

To avoid Aging hotel Too expensive for the service offered The reception is horrible, the receptionist was not interested in our stay (opening hours, restaurants 10% discount for a day at Nigloland) we found ourselves outside at 10:45 p.m. with the door closed... there was a gate to push in a parallel street, luckily the bar was still open! Regarding the cleanliness of the room: cobwebs in the room, smell of urine in the toilets, broken cupboard door and not replaced... The swimming pool is dirty, not cleaned in the morning We will not return to this hotel at 100€ per night The room was missing a cup, shower gel (the minimum in the bottle for 3!)
Our 4th visit as a one night stop off. Enjoyed dip in pool as hot. First time we've sat down to breakfast good selection & especially enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice & waffle making machine.
The staff was very friendly, but… - The floor of the room was completely dirty, which meant it hadn't been cleaned. Next to the desk, you can see a circle indicating they left a bucket or something similar. - There were cobwebs on the ceiling (not spiders). - The bathroom… After a day of hiking, it's best to take a shower. The surprise is when you see the tap running and realize that the bathtub isn't draining and the water level is rising quickly. It's been stuck there for who knows how long. - Fortunately, the smells mentioned in other reviews didn't occur in room 5. Next time, we'll look for another hotel, because of all the 3-star hotels we've visited, this one clearly has too many stars. Sorry for the review, but this room doesn't deserve 3 stars.

Very nice establishment, great welcome. The partner restaurant is great. But a small downside regarding the cleanliness of the room floor. A quick vacuum under the bed would not be a luxury for people allergic to dust... And a very bad smell in the room, very unpleasant.
Quality hotel, quiet, the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated; everything is clean and new. Very warm welcome. The pool is very pleasant, it was ideal this weekend with the high temperatures. I recommend this hotel which was perfect for us.

The reception area could do with a bit of a refresh... including the hotel's entrance door, which isn't up to par with the rest of the establishment... A nice surprise then for the common areas and the rooms.
Pretty good and the staff was great. But there was a really bad smell in the room (sewer back-up?) It spoils everything else.
We particularly appreciated: the spacious room overlooking the interior courtyard and the swimming pool; the comfort of the bedding; the bathroom and its large walk-in shower; the separate toilet; the large drawers and storage cupboards (perfect for a stay of several nights); the impeccable cleanliness of the whole; finally the quality, freshness and variety of the buffet breakfast (special mention for the possibility of squeezing your own oranges, and for the delicious jams. The absence of private parking in the hotel ultimately poses no problem, as it is easy to park for free on the street in front of the hotel. Just one small downside: the toilet is too low and may bother people with fragile joints: the installation of a simple grab bar would be useful.

Very well located with free parking right across the street. Very spacious and very clean room. The exteriors are very well maintained. Very good breakfast.

Very comfortable overnight stay
We didn't use the Wi-Fi, hence the one star, as we don't know if it worked properly. I'm disappointed that there were no scrambled eggs and bacon offered at the breakfast buffet, but I'm basing this on my tastes and desires, obviously, because the breakfast selection was still varied and very good. As for the bathroom equipment, the only thing missing was a small hand soap and cotton buds. Otherwise, the rest of the room and the hotel, in general, is truly amazing!

Hotel a little tired - furniture old & drawers needed a clean. Adequate for overnight stay. Like town but only option for eating in evening pizza or Asian all other restaurants closed or shut down.

Room was dated and in need of decoration. Room was cold, no heating, it didn't work and when we asked we were told 'it doesn't work'. There was hardly any toilet roll. Breakfast was adequate.
Booked the hotel thinking the Logis Hotels was a reputable group and the pictures of the rooms did looks nice and reviews were good.
After the receptionist told us where to go we find out the rooms where big but well outdated and not so clean. Mould in bathroom, broken tiles and lots of marks on wall. The room where untidy as well.
Room 9 to be avoided, very dirty TV screen, cupboard window full of marks, dirty floor, curtains also dirty, spider webs near the air conditioning, photos not in conformity with reality even for the swimming pool. Non-existent Wi-Fi connection.

We were just passing through and received a very friendly welcome. We liked the room with its old charm. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't lack anything at breakfast either. Unfortunately we had to move on the next day, otherwise we would have liked to explore the pretty town a little more. All in all, it's worth recommending!

Great experience, nothing to complain about the room, very clean. The only small problem, it would be good to close the pool or cover it, the disrespectful people who swim at 3am and who shout, who make noise it resonates a lot in the pool so not pleasant at all.

De quoi poser et faire sécher ses affaires dans la salle de bain serait un plus appréciable!
A welcome as pleasant as a prison door!
Unfortunately the fellow on the front desk was very rude and unhelpful: monosyllabic, refused to get toilet paper for the toilet in reception, answered multiple questions with a straight up “no”. The floor in our room was very dirty. The bathroom plug was blocked.

Quiet hotel. Charming little town.
Well located hotel, shops nearby. Spacious room, but catastrophic heating, 1st bedroom impossible to adjust a lowering temperature and blower at full blast with cold air and thermostat out of order, when changing rooms same problem this time no heating at all, catastrophic! A little work and renovations would be welcome! Despite everything, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast (preparation of waffles on site)
The welcome was very personable and the room was very comfy. Given information about the local area without having to ask - great for our overnight stay on the way back from the Alpes.

A very bad experience at this hotel. I don't understand the positive reviews about the smiling and helpful staff. We arrived and were greeted by a very, very cold person who simply said, "Good evening," and that was all he could say. After receiving an incorrect bill for an adult breakfast instead of a child's, and when we asked for a correction, it was as if he didn't care. The next morning at breakfast, we poured ourselves a coffee, and then the circuit breakers on all the electrical appliances tripped, which can happen, but then there was no service whatsoever. They didn't offer us coffee from the kitchen, for example, and the cold cuts, sliced bread, and hot chocolate were out of stock and hadn't been replenished. There were about fifteen of us, so we ended up paying €13 for a coffee and two chocolate croissants. When you see what's advertised on the website for breakfast, well, it was a dream for us, anyway. As we were leaving the hotel, he asked for our room keys, said goodbye, and went back to the kitchen. That's it... Not at all helpful, smiling, or friendly... A very bad experience for us, our first time with Logis de France...
