The hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom too, but the soundproofing is a big drawback! At 7:30 a.m. we could hear the floorboards creaking and the church bells, etc., which is a shame. Friendly owner.

The hotel's setting and surroundings are very restorative. Peace and nature are the order of the day. A very pretty, well-located terrace. The chef is amazing, the meals are excellent, the produce is local and of good quality, and the presentation is very careful. I really enjoyed myself. The maître d' is attentive and professional, and all the staff are efficient. I hope to return.

The quality of the cuisine (meals and breakfast) is exemplary, simple with fresh quality products! The wine list is sought after and affordable in price like the meals. The welcome and service are also very good. Accommodation for the rooms located on the 3rd floor is complicated in summer because they are not air conditioned and the parquet floors are particularly noisy and do not allow for proper rest. Secure car parking because it is a quiet town.

The restaurant is fantastic: cloth tablecloth and napkin. The dishes are surprisingly creative and high-quality. Only top-of-the-range dishes, such as shredded rabbit, saffron-flavored pikeperch, and exceptional desserts. All this in a 2-star establishment! Leaving the next day, we felt light-hearted, excited by this enchanting interlude in the heart of nature.

Despite a period staircase, there are several very good points such as: A clean room with plenty of space, a very clean bathroom with a large space, a very well decorated restaurant and a very good quality meal, a very pretty view from the window, I recommend a stay in this hotel with your eyes closed.
The owner is very friendly and welcoming. He kindly gave us a large room, however the bed was a 140 cm bed... a bit small. The decor is very simple, the curtains a bit old, but the room was clean and the water seat quite recent. The old building has a certain charm, but the floors in the side rooms and above were very noisy, so we woke up very early on Sunday with the first visitors moving around.... in short, we will return to this establishment to try the restaurant because it has a very good reputation, but we will not sleep there :)

Overall ok, but I think some improvements could be made in terms of catering service: example crumpled tablecloths, placing cutlery on the table. This gives a neglected look. On the other hand, nothing to say about the quality of the products served. Room: painting of the doors needs to be reviewed. The bedding is very good. These are some criticisms that I make are not meant to denigrate but rather to help.

Coming from Gironde to go to Oisans, this hotel is perfectly located if you want to travel, without excessive fatigue, in two days. Choosing a “Logis” hotel is always a guarantee of quality and security, with no unpleasant surprises, and the Saint-Clément is no exception to the rule. It's an experience that we will repeat during a future Alpine stay: close to Lyon while being in the countryside, it allows for a stopover that is both relaxing and delicious. Thanks to the whole team, small but very efficient.

We had a great time. The welcome was very warm, everything was done to make our stay pleasant. The restaurant is top notch. The quality and presentation of the dishes are undeniable and represent value for money rarely seen. We can only congratulate this approach at the present time when the trend is towards increasing prices without real just reasons. This shows that we can produce excellent dishes for a low price. Other restaurants should really take note. A big thank you to the owner and his chef for this magnificent stay. We would like to come back to visit you.
