Good hotel located in the city center. A little traffic, but well insulated rooms. Very good bedding. Some rooms still have bathtubs. Hotel on 2 floors with elevator.
Toilet space too narrow. Toilet seat needs to be changed. And bathroom corners need to be reviewed and cleaned.

We had specified to have 2 rooms close to each other with showers because we had the grandparents with us, and the necessary was done. In addition our dog is accepted. Bravo! We come back every year because the staff is pleasant, bedding nickel, TV and safe functional. Varied breakfast. We did not try the wifi. For a perfect 2 star.
Very warm welcome. I would like to say the quality and kindness of all the staff.
Regarding the room, the quality/price ratio is good. However, breakfast (€12) is really not great, the choice of products is relatively limited, the automatic coffee machine no longer dispenses cappuccino, instead of individual rolls, baguettes are offered, which everyone cuts as they wish!!! Hello hygiene….

Difficult to criticize the hotel as a whole, the welcome is friendly. But a very strong smell of deodorant attacks your nostrils. It is very possible that we got it wrong with regard to the room (112), the bedding is pleasant, but the bathroom needs to be reviewed (a little dilapidated), the shower does not work properly (the two shower heads are leaking at the same time) for a man it is not in itself very serious but it is not the same for a woman, especially when you have an important meeting

I was satisfied so far. A few moldy corners in the bathroom are unavoidable given the age of the house. What bothered me was that the toilet cistern was leaking, small amounts of water were constantly running into the toilet and the water level was being refilled every few minutes with the corresponding noise. I temporarily fixed the problem for one night. A specialist should take care of it.
Stay without any problem, room and breakfast services provided by competent and friendly staff, just a problem with the height of the mirror in the PMR room, so very satisfied with my stay and I recommend this hotel to tourists for short stays or for a longer vacation PS; I also recommend the Basque cake for breakfast, it's a real treat...

Our stay in hotel apartment was very good. Clean, big and pleasant apartment.
We spent one night in this hotel and we were very well received by the receptionist who explained everything to us perfectly The room was air-conditioned fortunately since it was 38 degrees Impeccable bedding as well as the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom We had our breakfast in the room which was very rich and excellent and we were even offered to have other coffee if we wish Contrary to some comments the hotel was very quiet we did not hear any noises the night In short everything was perfect we will come back for sure
The door locks would be magnetic rather than keyed, it would be quieter and an insulating seal around the doors would be a big plus!

Spacious apartment. Two bedrooms with one double bed and the other two beds. There is a furniture with a sofa bed in the living room. Tv in living room and bedrooms. Kitchen with appliances. Nespresso coffee machine. It leads out onto a patio that overlooks the hotel's free car park. The apartment is accessed from the hotel.
Very pleasantly surprised for a 2 star nothing to complain about, at the top. If I had to come back I would stay there with great pleasure.

Excellent welcome, very good advice on the activities of July 14 and on the restaurants near the beach. Quality accommodation and a generous and quality breakfast buffet.
The hotel is located on the Velodyssey long-distance cycle path. There is a large storage room for bicycles. The hotel is in good renovated condition. On request we got a quiet room, which was an advantage because of the nearby main road.

This stay was a nice surprise. Both by the friendliness of the welcome with its bouquet of fragrant roses and by the attention to detail that makes you feel welcome when entering the room. The hot drinks available, the products care in the bathroom, enough towels, the plurality of channels for those who relax in front of a television program, a safe, impeccable cleanliness even in the windowsills which allowed us to lean over without fear of scoring a blouse. The bedding allowed us to spend a good night in peace, soundproofing. The breakfast is continental and hearty with good quality products without forgetting the squeezed orange juice. After making a reservation date error, I booked for a WE with 1 more days. I was told "no problem, don't worry". Despite everything, I was debited 74€. Either I booked and didn't come (wrong date) I took a second reservation for 4 days, or one more day and despite everything I was charged €74 for one night. If I hadn't come back by taking one more day I would have understood, but despite being told not to worry, I can only see that you have no respect for your word. Being a Pilot and doing an internship in Biscarosse, I would take care not to recommend this hotel to the aeronautical community who come for an internship in Biscarosse..
It is an unpretentious hotel where the welcome is perfect, the rooms clean, and the staff very attentive. We will come back with pleasure if the opportunity arises.

Certainly the principle of requesting compensation for late cancellation of less than 48 hours can be understood. for my part, I shortened my stay and therefore made a partial cancellation. So I paid two nights for one night, which made the constraint that forced me to shorten my stay expensive. I therefore do not recommend this establishment if a last-minute imperative falls on you. Let's be objective, they made a commercial gesture by not charging me for my dog…. Or 5 € … Royal.

Staff very welcoming and attentive to their customers. Clean and functional apartment. Very quiet compared to other competing establishments. Very complete breakfast (salty and sweet mix) and moreover the staff replenishes as and when there is a shortage (squeezed and homemade orange juice). We will definitely come back to this hotel and advertise around us to value it even more.

Quality and friendly welcome; rectification of the bedding arrangement made on the spot; entry code given for midnight exits, only surprise: the room had been cashed in before we even spent the night there? (no request for identification either, anyone could have slept there in our place, so?) For customers who like calm, the blower can be adjusted with the temperature (if you can see well because no lighting at this location).
There is absolutely nothing negative to mention. Everything is perfect, the staff pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend.
