All very good just as one would expect.
We chose this hotel because of its restaurant gourmand but the menu was very restricted with very little choice. For example there was no fish. It was very difficult to find something we wanted to eat. Several of the few main dishes were not very French. It was extremely disappointing.
Our third stay at the hotel. Happy and helpful staff, lovely food and decent rooms. We will be back!
A very comfortable Hotel with good Restaurant
The hotel is very well located for visiting the region. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Excellent with regional dishes... Same for the service, the waitresses are very helpful and very good advice for our choices. I will come back, thank you for everything
Welcoming hotel, bright and light room tastefully decorated, clean. Little extra: a well-stocked breakfast which is becoming rare in many hotels.
Perfect welcome, very pleasant stay
Well-located hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant, clean room but located above the entrance so noisy with the comings and goings of guests and staff, room facing the linen room, noisy in the morning. The room and bathroom could be more cozy by changing the light bulbs which are too white. For breakfast, local products would be welcome with less packaging.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years now and it is always a pleasure to return. We always receive a very warm welcome, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied and the restaurant food is delicious.
A perfectly maintained hotel with very friendly and efficient staff, set in the middle of a beautiful pine forest. The food served in the restaurant is of high quality.
One night in a family, to attend the Enduropale du Touquet. Disappointed by the size of the room, compared to the price.
First experience at the hotel, but have come to eat several times, and sincerely never disappointed. The location is great, large parking available. The quality and service is impeccable.. See you next year for the Enduro!!!
Great staff and very welcoming.
Reception staff excellent and breakfast was fantastic.
I asked for a quiet room and they gave us one opposite the lift, stairwell and laundry (where a washing machine was going). The room was above the restaurant, where there was loud music playing. On the window side of our room was the main entrance where staff were outside smoking and shouting. They started hoovering at 3am, staff left at 4am shouting at each other and then the kitchens started clattering at 5am. We got no sleep whatsoever. I asked to be moved rooms and they said they were fully booked which was a lie because we saw keys hanging up that didn’t move all night.

Pour le prix pour une chambre qui n avais meme pas un mini bar , porte vétuste, chaleur épouvantable et impossible de laisser la baie vitree ouverte qui donne sur le parking " bruit , nid de fourmis volantes ". Et sans compter mini parking pqs de place ...

Too much noise from the balconies and people who are disrespectful of the peace and quiet of others. Around 12:30/1 a.m. Disappointed with my stay.
Too bad that in a non-smoking hotel, it is not EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN to smoke in front of the front door while on the upper floors there are rooms whose French windows can be opened given the heat and the absence of air conditioning. .. In another area, thanks to the bartender for his very popular new cocktail!

Disastrous and very poorly run breakfast. We arrived for breakfast at 09:00. Many tables not cleared from other guests who had finished and gone. No attention to items at the buffet that need replenishing, for example: scrambled eggs - empty; yoghurt bowl - empty; jug of orange juice - nearly empty. Very limited choice: no fruit salad, limited choice of cheese. At 15 Euros it was also the highest breakfast price we paid on our tour of France using similar standard of Logis hotels.
This is a 3 star hotel with 4 star prices. No drink making facilities in the room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't stay there again. Better hotel 500 meters down the road

Une soirée dansante nocturne et très bruyante organisée à l'insu de la clientèle, voilà l'expérience à laquelle je ne m'attendais pas du tout au Régina Hôtel d'Hardelot-plage. Je n'ai été prévenu de cette nuisance prévisible ni à la réservation, ni lors du check-in. De retour à l'hôtel à 22h pour aller dormir, la surprise fut totale. La fête battait déjà son plein et la réceptionniste n'a pu me procurer de bouchon d'oreille ni ne m'a proposer un changement éventuel de chambre. A ma question sur la durée de la fête, elle a courageusement affirmé que celle-ci se terminerait à minuit, alors que c'est à 2h00 du matin que le vacarme a enfin pris fin, me laissant peu de temps pour me reposer. J'ai par contre apprécié l'attitude très compréhensive de la personne à l'accueil le lendemain matin qui nous as offert le petit déjeuner en compensation des désagréments subis (j'avais réservé deux chambres et un troisième petit déjeuner pour un ami). Geste très apprécié, mais symbolique. Malheureusement, le mal était fait.

great hotel, lovely welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. Room 59, lukewarm heating, no heating in the bathroom. They had to give us electric heating. The bathroom would need to be redeveloped, toilet not easy, too narrow!
