No complaints whatsoever, except that the value for money is excellent! Everything is great: service, food, accommodation. I highly recommend it.

The pros: the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast. The cons: noise from the floorboards between floors, sharp bathroom floorboards, avoid the restaurant appetizers if you have gout problems.

A lovely establishment on the banks of the Seine, with a friendly welcome despite arriving during the busy service in the kitchen. I highly recommend the restaurant if you're passing through La Bouille. Bravo, it's excellent.

The location is great. Room and breakfast were also good. The only downside was that the bed was a bit small for us (at home we are spoiled with a big bed)

The hotel is in a very attractive village and faces the river magnificent Seine. Arrival is a bit awkward as there was nowhere to park in front of the hotel to unload luggage (the parking opposite was full) and the hotel doesn't have a car park. I parked several hundred yards away, which was fine. The restaurant was very good, with an inclusive menu, an interesting wine list with reasonable prices and tasty food. I went down for breakfast at 8:45 but it had been cleared away. The bathroom was a bit cramped. It is a tall hotel, but has a lift. It would be a good place to stay for several days, as the small village has about 5 other restaurants!

Delightful and welcoming, with a superb restaurant

Nice clean and tidy hotel which provides good accommodation and a great restaurant. There are nice touches everywhere which proves that the owners care about providing a good stay to customers. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel. We have stayed a few times on our way south. It's definitely worth paying extra for the Seine view, it's spectacular. The hotel is full of character, especially the mosaic floors. Really nice staff. We haven’t eaten here (we have a dog, and they aren't allowed in the restaurant in the evening) but it looks good. Great breakfast. Lots of local produce. Our room was fabulous. It appears that the hotel is being refurbished and our room looked like it had been done recently. Huge shower, incredibly comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very well-located hotel with a magnificent view of the Seine. The room was a bit cramped, with no welcome tray but a small bottle of water. The bedding was too firm. Free and easy parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel is beautifully set on the banks of the Seine in a pretty Normandy village. The interior is very dated but some modernisation is being undertaken. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side. Breakfast is continental style and adequate.

We were able to take advantage of an offer and got value for money. There was also a safe place for our e-bikes. Everything to our liking in a very nice location.

A delightful location. Our bedroom overlooked the river and was high enough to avoid road noise. The food at dinner was imaginative and delicious, as was breakfast the next morning. Everything fresh and appetising. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to revisit.

Very warm welcome, efficient and friendly staff, very good quality food whether for dinner or breakfast. On the other hand, choose rooms identified as "Comfort" rather than "Standard" if you want to benefit from quality amenities and a top-notch bathroom. But since the establishment, housed in a 19th-century house, regularly undertakes work to modernize the oldest of its rooms, these comfort gaps are gradually being resolved. I nevertheless recommend it for the location, the quality of the food and the kindness of the team.

The room was fine for 1 person, though tricky to sit at the table, for lack of space. For a couple it would have felt very small.
The location, views at the back too, and tranquility were big pluses.

This is a lovely hotel in the village of La Bouille which has so much character and history and is right on the river. The owner of the hotel is very welcoming and the food in the restaurant was spectacular. I will definitely return.

I am very often on the road, and I can say that the Bellevue hotel and its restaurant are among my favorite hotel restaurants....super welcome and service, and excellent food! Thanks to the whole team!

The only downside is the telephone number given on the internet. When calling, you get a voicemail saying that the hotel is closed until November 4, 2024, and unfortunately for me I paid but forgot to give my logis number and there is no way to contact the hotel either by email or telephone.

Excellent food. The rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of parking, free spaces in the vicinity of the hotel are rare.

Friendly reception. Room was good but the toilet and the room was a bit cramped. No noise from traffic, so our night rest was going to be good, or so we thought. However, at around two o'clock at night we were woken up by a repeating clicking sound that lasted until 4. Then someone fixed that. Really weird experience. Dinner and breakfast were good.

This hotel has a lovely position on the south bank of the Seine with views from our bedroom across the river with small cargo ships heading to the port of Rouen passing by along with smaller craft and the little car ferry crossing the river just upstream.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we slept very well.
The food was excellent.
Other reviews have mentioned no on site parking. This is true but we had no trouble parking our car right below our bedroom window.

We really liked the hotel, it is very charming. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that day. We chose this hotel as a stopover on the way to our holiday destination. The location on the Seine is really beautiful. The only problem was getting there; we didn't know that you need a French environmental sticker for Rouen.

The rooms in the cheap price range are small, the bathroom is very cramped and the toilet is much too small. The breakfast was outstandingly good, great regional, high-quality products!

Excellent value. Very good restaurant in the evening, short digestive stroll along the Seine. The defects are structural, including sound insulation, but it is also the charm of these little Logis. Tip: (Ask for a room away from the elevator)

We spent one night in this hotel where we were very well received. Attentive, welcoming and competent staff. We took a room with a view of the Seine. Small downside for the bathroom, certainly functional, but a little small. Good value for money.

Very nice home. Lovely hotel. Very pretty view from the room on the village side. Excellent restaurant. Perfect breakfast. Separate toilet and bathroom, it's very good. But the toilet opens directly at the foot of the bed and the bathroom in the small entrance hall to the room. The opposite would have been better. The hotel environment is very quiet but the interior is not at all soundproofed. It's a shame.

A simple hotel in a perfect location right on the Seine. Everything is a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The place is very pretty, great as a stopover on the way to Brittany, for example.

Its not a criticism of the hotel, but finding parking near the hotel was almost impossible. There is no parking available at the hotel and on-street parking was already (at 4.30pm) completely taken - its very difficult to recommend the hotel if one is disabled.

The rooms are a bit cramped, the dinner makes it worth visiting this hotel. An excellent, resourceful chef makes dinner an experience that is far above average.

Een leuk kleinschalig hotel met een prima restaurant! Wij hebben zeer genoten van het diner en ontbijt. 's morgens werden we wakker met de geur van versgebakken brood. Een goed bed, schone kamer! Niets dan lof!

Very good evening stopover

Frank and professional welcome, beautiful dining room, very good catering with homemade food. The simple and basic decoration of the room is not of the standard of the establishment. Nothing serious, but we would like to find the style of the house and the dining room also in the bedroom. No WIFI problem in my room located on the 2nd floor. I recommend this establishment, the home spirit is very present. The friendly and efficient team.

Very well located hotel on the banks of the Seine! We had a room overlooking the river, magnificent view! The dinner was tasty, careful cooking, good products. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and its delicious homemade or local products. The restaurant room is very pleasant. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, although the shower in the bathtub was a little difficult to access for people who are no longer 20 years old!!

The hotel is well located and clean, the rooms are very simple. The hotel stands out for the kindness of the welcome, the excellence of the products served at breakfast, and if you opt for the restaurant the great finesse of the cuisine served

The room is very shabby as is the bathroom. Nothing to do with the photos on the site. The bedding is also tired. The blackout curtains are shorter than the window or poorly positioned so the blackout is not correct. The free WIFI does not allow internet access so it is of no use. This is the first time I have found this type of WIFI in a hotel.

Excellent view and quaint room with very good soundproofing. However ,
every Logis we have stayed in has at least tea/coffee making facilities except for this one. Also, we were disappointed that the only WiFi available was in the reception area - surely this is a basic requirement today? On the plus side, the hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Love this hotel. Rooms at the front have the most amazing views overlooking the Seine. The building is beautiful, particularly the dining/breakfast room and the foyer. La Bouille is a gorgeous place, not well known to Brits. We will always stay here when in or passing through the area.

Clean rooms but very uncomfortable bedding. No soundproofing we could hear all the outside noises in the stairs and above, very noisy. Damage! Maybe the more expensive rooms are better but that was all we got.

Table as good as ever. The room needs to be refreshed. But the bedding being good, that's the main thing. Small minus for the bathroom. A little too cramped.

The room needs a little renovation (floor cracking a lot, worn carpet) and the equipment needs to be reviewed (toilet seat, wi-fi that will drive you crazy). Special mention for the quality of the restaurant and breakfast and the welcome of the room staff. For an evening stopover, it was perfect.

The welcome is very warm, the restaurant room is magnificent in a modern Norman style. The service is perfect when it comes to dishes, we are dealing with a chef who "orchestrates" fresh dishes, with great inventiveness and excellence. The rooms have aged, regardless of whether they are being renovated. I'm just hoping for a bigger TV and that's the only slightly negative point! I can't wait to come back in April.
